《Hamilton One Shots》Hurcules x reader- The Seamstress (pt. 2)

(Y/N) was in her Grandfathers living room, sewing a dress out of boredom. After the months she has been here, she has grown close to the little town. She even met the little boys that ran up and down the streets, just like the boys from her town. One boy really stood out; his name was Kevin. When ever she saw him in the street playing with sticks, he'd ask her for sewing lessons so he could make a dress for his little sister.
Of course, (Y/N) agreed and he was supposed to come over later in the day. Therefore, she was sewing a dress to pass the time. Until someone thought it would be funny to play a little trick on her.
"Brah!" (Y/N) let out a shriek if terror at the sudden sound. She dropped her the dress she was sewing, along with the needle and thread. She turned around to see Hercules on the floor laughing at what he just did. "Not funny!" She shouted through gritted teeth. (Y/N) and Hercules became close throughout the months, she even met some of his friends. Even one named John Laurens that always asked for a dress when she met him.
(Y/N) got on the floor and picked up the dress, and also started to look for the needle. "Here, I have it." Hercules said with a chuckle as he handed her the needle. As she was about to forcefully take it out of his hand, a jolt of electricity zapped throughout her body leaving her motionless. Hercules felt the same thing, so his hand was kept right on (Y/N)'s. Their eyes locked and they both seemed to be in a trance.
"Um... I have to get ready. Kevin is coming over." (Y/N) spoke quietly while breaking the silence. She got up from her position on the floor and sat back down on her chair. "Aww, come on! I was going to invite you to come drink with me and my friends tonight!" He whined as he sat on the chair across from her. "Another night. And I told you yesterday that I'm trying to focus more on my work than drinking." (Y/N) answered as she rolled her eyes to the floor.
"Fine, I'll leave." Hercules said with a sigh while walking to the front door. As he opened it, there stood a little boy with brown hair and bright green eyes. "Hey Kevin! Come and sit down." (Y/N) shouted with a smile as she motioned him to sit on the couch. He let out a loud cough before running past Hercules towards her. The front door slammed shut leaving the both of them alone.

Just as the young woman was about halfway through the lesson, Kevin started to cough up blood. "Kevin! Oh my lord! Let's get you home." She shouted with fear as she half carried the boy out of the house.
When she arrived at Kevin's house, which was small and uncared for, a little girl answered the door. She resembled Kevin in so many ways: to the black hair, skinny build, and the bright eyes they both shared. "Go get your mother!" (Y/N) asked quickly and out of breath. The little girl did as she was told and brought back a woman that had gleaming black hair and green eyes, just like Kevin.
"Oh my! What happened?" She shrieked as she took the almost limp boy out of (Y/N)'s arms. "I don't know. I was giving him a sewing lesson and then he started coughing blood." She said while wiping the sweat off her forehead.
"Thank you for bringing him here. I will fetch a doctor and bring him to bed." The woman said while turning around with the boy in her arms, leaving the little girl at the door. (Y/N) bent down so she was eye level with the girl. "Take care of him, okay?" She spoke quietly with a smile as she pushed a free strand of hair behind the girl's ear playfully. The little girl giggled and nodded her head. (Y/N) stood up and shut the front door so she was left outside alone, worrying about Kevin.
As (Y/N) was walking home, she passed the bar that Hercules and his friends were at. The sun was fully set and the cold winter breeze made her shiver. The amount of stress she just induced made her crave a drink and some warmth. One drink wouldn't hurt. She thought to herself as she walked inside and scanned the area in search of her friends. Of course, the first person to notice her was Hercules who was sitting at a table with all his friends.
"Look who decided to show up!" He shouts from across the bar, attracting attention to the young woman. The bar was about two thirds full of people, but it felt that it was completely crowded. As (Y/N) walked towards her group of friends, she noticed another man looking at her in a very...... strange way. As if he thought she was prey. He had black hair that was tossed to the side and brown eyes that held desire.

She quickly shook it off and paced to the table. "I only came because it's getting cold outside." (Y/N) said with a chuckle. Alexander, Lafayette, and John were also present at the table and visibly very drunk. "Hey (Y/N), can you get me another shot?" Alex asked with a tipsy like voice while holding up an empty shot glass. "And can you make me a dress?" John added on with a chuckle as the young woman rolled her eyes.
"Fine." She said while turning around to go to the bartender. She ordered three shots and waited. "Hi there missy." A voice from behind her came. She turned around to see the man that looked at her strangely earlier. "Um... hi." She quietly spoke, trying to make him go away. "What's your name?" He asked while wrapping an arm around her shoulders. "(Y/N). Now can you please get off of me." She spoke while trying to pry his arm off of her. His grip became tighter at the effort.
"Mine is Charles Lee. Why don't you tell me a little about yourself." He said slyly while he pressed his body against her's. (Y/N) looked past Charles' shoulder and tried to make eye contact with Hercules so she could motion for help.
When she did, Hercules gave a worried expression to her. He was about to get up to help her, but was instead pulled back into his seat by a drunk Lafayette. Shit. There goes my help. (Y/N) thought to herself as she continued to try to get away from Charles.
"Answer me." He whispered through gritted teeth as his hands started to torture the poor girl. "Please get off of me." (Y/N) said weakly again, still trying to get him off of her.
A hand flew past her face and collided into Charles'. He landed onto the floor and held his jaw in pain. (Y/N) looked up to see who punched him and saw Hercules standing over the body.
"(Y/N), are you okay?" Hercules asked while he steeped towards her. Eyes from around the bar all looked at her, and they were all tearing her apart piece by piece. She turned around and ran out of the bar, the voice of Hercules following close behind her. Warm tears fell down her face, for she was embarrassed about what just happened.
Just as she was about to turn a corner, a warm hand grabbed her and whirled her around. She was impacted by a large man that smelt of shoe polish. She started to hug him and bawl onto his chest. "I'm sorry." He said softly, stroking her hair with his hand.
When she started to calm down, she pulled back and looked into his chocolate eyes.
(Y/N) smiled at him, knowing that he didn't mean what he did. "It's okay." She whispered as her face began to creep up closer to his. He suddenly bent down and pressed his lips against hers. The young woman was shocked for a moment, her heart racing as he slowly moved his warms lips against hers. The freezing December air made the kiss even more fierce and beautiful.
(Y/N) flung her arms around his neck that were previously on his waist and kissed back, months of love and passion that had been building up released all in that one moment. Hercules didn't have the time to appreciate that she had felt the same way towards him, due to the animalistic dominance clouding his thoughts as he ran his hands up her neck and into her hair, tangling her (H/C) colored threads.
(Y/N) moaned at the new static sensation that she felt in her chest and mind. The overwhelming sense of pleasure blocking all her thoughts of reason and common sense. When he finally broke the kiss the two stood there, panting heaving in attempts to gain their breath. Hercules rested his hand on the small of her back and took her hand and kissed it gently.
"You have no idea how long I wanted to do that."

Sara's (not really) Fabulous System Armageddon, Book I: The World Ended at Rush Hour
Planet Earth, Monday, October 7th, 2019. 18:30 * * On a fateful day, during rush hour in eastern North America, Heavens and Hell crumbled and fell from their higher dimension on Earth. It came from "above" but not the same above we regard in our tridimensional Euclidean reasoning. No, it came from "above" as in from a higher dimension. Bits and pieces of those places fell on Earth from all directions, this time in tridimensional Euclidean space. Satellites, the ISS, and space debris all were wiped clean from orbit. Even those that didn't crash with the falling debris were knocked off orbit by the shockwaves. On the ground, power distribution lines were disrupted and most power facilities were left abandoned by their dead staff. Most of these had emergency shutdown routines that engaged in a few days. Some others had a survivor among their staff that followed protocol and activated their SCRAM switches, stopping the power plant. Long-distance communication disappeared the internet along with it. The world was plunged into technological darkness. Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand human beings perished immediately in the pulse of magical energy from the torn spatial boundary. Spirits were rent asunder and vanished, their fate neither salvation nor damnation, only oblivion. The criteria used for this culling was latent magic potential. It didn't discriminate against education, gender, age, or ethnic group. But of the around seven million survivors, most would meet their doom moments later. Those on moving vehicles, like the ones driving on highways suddenly had to contend with high-speed uncontrolled cars and trucks driven by corpses. Trapped in their vehicles and helpless, they became part of the long snake of crushed metal. Very few survived. Those in the air or out in the sea were alone and probably unable to control their rides. Airplanes crashed, and ships kept their course or drifted away, depending on their autopilot. Several ended their own lives in utter despair after seeing their loved ones die in front of them. Another large group would die at the hands of other survivors. Violence and aggression became the norm. Only a few sparse pockets of not-so-sane survivors managed to band together and cooperate for the sake of mutual survival. The sole survivor in a five-over-one apartment building in Georgia, a girl became the keystone to humanity's survival. Sara's fabulous System Apocalypse had just started. She has only one remark. It was anything but fabulous. * * Updates every Wednesday and Sunday.
