It's my birthday! I have been at this school for a few weeks now. I'm finally getting used to Alya as my roommate!

This morning Alya woke me up and started to shower me with flowers, cards, and a new fancy dress that I have been wanting for a while now.

"Happy birthday, Mari!" Alya screamed.

"Calm down Alya, I think the other witches and wizards could hear you from the other side of the hall." I said trying to calm her down. I got up and got dressed. Alya was already dressed and waited for me. We grabbed our wands and walked to class.

When we got to class, many people gave me presents and cards with heart-filled messages. I accepted them all and transferred them to my room.

Adrien came in early and surprised me with a hug.

"Happy birthday, m'lady." He whispered into my hair. I smiled and turned my head to face him.

"Thanks kitty." I said. He kissed my forehead and went to his seat. I giggled, but then followed.

The teacher came in a few minutes after.

"Ok students, please line up single file and report to the head office." She said. Chloè ran to the front, stepping on my toes. She was always the first in line.

"Move loser, I have to be next to my Adrikins!" She sneered.

We lined up and began walking. We each went in the room and a few minutes later, we got out. It was my turn to go in. I walked in and sat down in a chair.

"Hello, Ms. Marinette." Headmaster Fu said with a smile. "Happy 16th birthday, my dear!"

"Thank you!" I said. I can't believe he remembered!

"Now, put your wand on my desk." I did as told and stood up. "Now close your eyes and pretend you're doing a spell. Don't use your wand, just your mind." He said as I closed my eyes. I imagined levitating the vase on his desk.

Suddenly I heard a crash and opened my eyes. I saw headmaster Fu with his eyes wide open. The vase was shattered and spread into the floor.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't even know I could do that. I'll pay for it. How much was it?" I said. He shook his head and spoke.

"Thank you dear. That is all. And no need to pay for it! Please report back to your class." He said. I picked up my wand and went to the door. "And Marinette, don't tell anyone about what happened in here ok, dear?" He said. I nodded and headed back to the classroom.
