So in this chapter, some of you may think Ophelia is too similar to book ginny. Ophelia is a lot more of a softie deep down and not quite as impulsive as Ginny can be. Ophelia is also much sweeter in casual situations. She's going to seem similar to Ginny to some people but I just want to get across how different they really are.

I know Ginny is rarely going to be in this story but here are some differences to help compare!

Ophelia is laid back and relaxed whereas Ginny is usually looking for things to do. Ginny is more of an extrovert.

Ophelia is obviously muggle born, so she is more knowledgeable with muggle things compared to Ginny.

Ginny is impulsive most of the time. For example when she hexed zacharias in the books, Ophelia would have ignored it. She chooses her battles and things brilliantly most the time.

Ophelia also tends to be more quiet than Ginny. She did not grow up with several older brothers or magic so she's not as rough. Ophelia is really a softie tbh.

It had been a month since school started now. Everybody made fun of Harry for fainting at the dementor. Ophelia tried to reassure him, but she wasn't the best at feelings sometimes. She chose to sit back and relax most of the time. She was either chilling or playing quidditch.

She had taken Alicia's spot on the quidditch team as chaser. It took the whole team, especially Oliver, to warm up to her. Harry was the only cool one at first.

Other than that things had been pretty boring. Ophelia spent many days messing around in the common room. She usually left her homework for the evening.

Ophelia and Ron got into an argument about something Hagrid said in mare for magical creatures. They managed to get over it over time. Ophelia decided to just apologize for being stubborn because she knew Ron wouldn't.

Many of Ophelias nights were spent playing chess in the common room. Hermione never stayed up late except to study and Ron usually went up to the dorms by 11:00pm so she'd play with Harry.

Harry was up late constantly but only because Ophelia was. He treated her like a sister, and it annoyed Ophelia. As they grew closer, she began to see Harry as less of a brother and more of a bestfriend. Which was still great, but she was curious if she began to grow feelings for Harry. She denied it either way.

"Halloween is in a few weeks." Ophelia said simply as she leaned back on the tree.

The breeze was nice and cool now. Fall had come around quite quickly actually. It happened to be Ophelias favourite season so she had zero complaints.

The beautiful orange and red leaves fell from the trees above the group of 4.

"So is our first hogsmeade visit." Ron said, grinning from ear to ear. "It's only the most exciting part of the year."

Ophelia kicked her legs out on the grass and ran her fingers through the grass gently. She hadn't noticed until then but Hermione was playing with the ripped portion of her jeans.

Harry looked awkwardly to the side and Ophelia remembered he wouldn't be coming to hogsmeade because of Sirius Black.

"I mean the stores there are incredible!" Ron went on. Ophelia groaned and pulled an elastic out of her pocket. She aimed it and shot it at Ron's ear.

He yelped and glared at her and Hermione gave her a "what was that for?" look.

"I'm not going to hogsmeade remember?" Ophelia said suddenly. She had made up her mind.

Harry looked up from the grass confused. Hermione and Ron also looked at her with pure confusion and somewhat an upset look.

"I'm staying here with Harry." Ophelia interrupted when Hermione went to say something.

Ophelia was always thinking of others, especially when it came to Harry, Hermione and Ron.

"You really don't have to-" Harry began before Ophelia interrupted.

"No it's alright I would much rather play quidditch anyways." Ophelia said, grinning.

Hermione looked at Ron and shrugged lightly. She knew she wouldn't change Ophelias mind.

Ophelia looked up from her hands that were rested on the grass and glanced at Harry. She grinned widely; her smile was adorable to Harry. She had very gentle dimples and straight teeth. It was just a comforting smile for him.

He gave her an appreciative smile and she returned it. For a moment they got lost in each other's eyes. Harry's were a beautiful green and Ophelias were a gorgeous light brown.

Ophelia caught herself before she blushed and looked over to her sister.

Harry was the only person who didn't see her as 'Hermione grangers sister'. He saw her as Ophelia Granger.

"Alright well, as long as you both stay out of danger I don't care." Hermione said finally with a concerned smile. She knew Ophelia was reckless at times.

Despite the fact that Ophelia was usually laid back, there were moments where she got incredibly angry and upset. She was also very competitive but everybody knew that.

The only person who had seen her super upset was Hermione. Their great grandmother had passed away in the summer of her 1st year. Ophelia was best friends with her great grandmother.

Ron and Harry had only seen her super angry once. It was when Draco called Hermione a mudblood at the quidditch field in 2nd year.

"Harry don't let my little sister snog any boys or hurt herself." Hermione teased as she stood up.

"Oh yeah I'll make sure of that." Harry said with a broad grin on his face. Ophelia rolled her eyes jokingly.

"I can snog who I want dear sister."Ophelia retorted. Hermione giggled and shook her head.

Ophelia scoffed when Hermione leaned down and hugged her. Ron laughed and got up, following Hermione to the school.

Ophelia grinned and leaned back against the tree once more. She looked over at Harry and smiled. He bit his lip lightly before smiling and looking towards hogwarts at Ron and Hermione walking in the distance.

"Do you fancy my sister?" Ophelia asked suddenly.

Harry coughed out of surprise and looked at Ophelia with his mouth parted open.

"No. I don't." Harry replied truthfully. "She's genuinely like a sister to me and Ron is like a brother to me."

Ophelia grinned and looked off towards the lake.

"Then what am I to you?" She asked with a giggle.

She wrapped her arms around her legs and admired the beautiful lake in the distance. The water was dark and mysterious. It intrigued her.

"My bestfriend." Harry chuckled, fiddling with his quill in his hand.

"Damn that's all I get?" Ophelia retorted jokingly. She looked back to Harry and smirked mischievously.

"My favourite bestfriend?" Harry replied once more.

Ophelia laughed lightly and shook her head.

"No that's Ron. You're just trying to be nice." She laughed.

Truth be told, Ophelia always felt left out with Hermione, Ron and Harry. She was just a laid back competitive and athletic girl. Her sister was brilliant and kind, Ron was fun and helpful, and Harry was just, well he was Harry. There was no flaws to him in Ophelias eyes.

Harry seemed to have read her mind, or maybe somehow just the look in her eyes because when she looked his way once more he interrupted her.

"You know you actually mean a lot to me right?" He said awkwardly.

Ophelia giggled, destroying the potential deep moment. She hated opening up to people, even her sister.

"Of course Potter." She giggled, standing up. "You mean a lot to me too."

Ophelia put out her hand and Harry gripped it. She assisted him up and laughed when she pulled him so hard that he stumbled. He laughed along with her as he threw his bag over his shoulder.

"You're chaos in a bottle you know that Granger?" Harry teased.

Ophelia bit her lip and blushed unknowingly. She decided to tease him back.

"And you're death in human form. Your point?" Ophelia teased back.

To be fair, Harry had most of the most dangerous wizards after him. He was basically a target. Ophelia smiled as she realized it; she would never leave Harry's side. He was too good to her.

Harry rolled his eyes at Ophelia jokingly before laughing. She was grateful to see his smile. It was adorable in certain ways.

"We have practice." Harry said once he finished laughing.

Ophelia grinned and nodded. Harry wrapped his arm around her shoulders and pulled her next to him as they began walking. Ophelia felt butterflies swarm in her stomach as she leaned her head onto his shoulder. She knew he was doing it in a friend way, but little did she know his stomach was doing somersaults just at her laugh.
