"We'll see you guys at the feast." Hermione said smiling.

It was now Halloween, Ophelias favourite holiday after Christmas. She was semi-upset she wasn't going to hogsmeade but was very glad she got to stay with Harry.

"Of course." Ophelia replied dryly. Hermione rolled her eyes and walked out of the common room with Ron. He gave her and Harry a smile before walking out of view.

Ophelia kicked her feet up on the table of the empty common room table. Everybody except Harry and her were at hogsmeade. There weren't any 1st or 2nd years in the common room yet; they were all still sleeping.

"Quidditch?" Harry said with a grin, standing up and yanking Ophelia out of her seat. "Come on it'll be fun."

Ophelia stumbled as Harry pulled her to her feet. She felt herself lean against him and wrap her arm around his neck to balance herself.

The two of them were leaning against each other and their faces were barely inches apart. Ophelia grinned at Harry's red face and kissed his cheek to make him more awkward.

"Thank you." Ophelia teased, removing her arm from around Harry's neck. "Let's go then. Don't be slow Potter."

Harry gripped her wrist and spun her around. Ophelia looked up into his beautiful eyes for a moment.

"What was that?" Harry asked awkwardly. He had the feeling Ophelia had feelings for him and she could tell.

Ophelia opened her mouth in surprise before turning it to a grin.

"Harry I don't have feelings for you if that's what you were going to ask." Ophelia stated, stepping away from Harry and laughing. "I'm 13! I'm not going to have a crush on Harry Potter like every other girl."

Harry followed her out of the common room awkwardly. For some reason, a part of him hoped that Ophelia had liked him; he thought he was being ridiculous considering how they were both only 13, but a part of him didn't feel guilty. He shook off the feelings quickly though; he could not like Ophelia. She was Hermiones little sister.

He was a little offended at the comment of every girl except her liking him. He didn't like when people saw him as "the boy who lived." He smiled though. Harry knew Ophelia saw him as her bestfriend, not the boy who lived. But why did she make it seem like he couldn't get her if he tried?

Ophelia smiled through her awkwardness as they walked out of the school. She knew Harry could get her wrapped around his finger if he tried, but she only saw him as a bestfriend. Anything other than that was a stupid theory.

"Have you finished the stupid Potions essay?" Ophelia asked. "I can't figure out any of it. Snape said he's going to get me a tutor if I don't fix my grades."

Potions was the one thing Ophelia struggled with. Everything else was perfect.

"I haven't started it." Harry replied truthfully. "And maybe a tutor would be alright?" He added.

Ophelia laughed at the idea of having a tutor.

As they walked through the leaves and very light snow, they saw the quidditch field in the distance. Ophelia grinned and got excited at the sight of it. She started running and broke into multiple handsprings.

"You're going to hurt yourself you bloody idiot!" Harry yelled, running after her.

Once they reached the gorgeous quidditch pitch, Ophelia gained her balance slowly. Harry helped her stand at first. All the flipping made her beyond dizzy.

The golden snitch buzzed around their heads as they mounted their brooms. They kicked off at the same time. The cold wind pushed against their faces harshly, but it felt refreshing to the both of them.

Harry was a much more skilled flyer than Ophelia. She only ever found herself beating Harry at muggle sports or even chess. She was great at quidditch, but not as great as him.

"Brilliant flying Harry." Ophelia complimented. She was grinning from ear to ear, her dimples adorably placed on her face.

Harry glanced over and smiled at her as he swooped around, showing off his skill. Ophelia rolled her eyes and pulled a hand off her broom.

"What are you doing?" Harry asked as he gripped the snitch in his hand.

"I wanna feel the breeze on my skin." Ophelia grinned. She was wearing a sports bra underneath her hoodie. Of course, it was the same as a crop top to Ophelia so she didn't quite care.

She gripped the hem and pulled off her hoodie; the hoodie was thrown to the ground as Ophelia twirled around.

Harry glanced at her body up and down. She had an individual ab line down the middle of her stomach. She had always been beyond athletic.

The wind struck against Ophelias skin leaving a lively feeling. She whipped around the field, her beautiful silky hair flowing behind her.

The light snow fell on her skin, but it didn't feel cold to her. Things only felt cold when she looked towards the entrance of the quidditch pitch.

When she looked, it wasn't a dementor she saw. It was a black dog. Harry had seemed to see it to because they were both racing for the ground.

When they reached the ground, the dog was gone.

"What the-" Ophelia began, walking over to Harry.

"That's what I saw the night I ran away from the Dursley's!" Harry ranted urgently. Ophelia gripped his arm protectively as he slightly panicked.

Harry stared at the entrance to the quidditch pitch as the snow fell on the both of them. Ophelia was staring aswell. Her long, dark eyelashes were covered in snowflakes by now.

"Are you sure?" She asked genuinely.

Harry nodded quickly and surely.

"We'll go indoors and play chess alright?" Ophelia said, guiding Harry towards the exit.

She made sure it was clear before breaking into a run, pulling Harry close behind her as they entered the castle.

Harry was taken aback by her strength. She was much smaller than him and even Hermione. Small but mighty he guessed.

"Common room?" Ophelia asked with a smile. Harry nodded, his thoughts flowing constantly.

Yet one thing he knew, was he felt safe with his bestfriend.

The giant common room painting flew open as Ophelia mumbled the password. Harry flowed in behind her.

There were other students around now. It was mainly just 1st and 2nd years since everybody was at hogsmeade though.

Ophelia had completely forgotten she was in her sports bra at this point. It seemed Harry noticed too when he caught one of the only older students staring. It happened to be Fred and George sitting in the corner whispering.

"Forgetting something Granger?" Fred teased.

Harry rolled his eyes and leaned against the couch, taking off his hoodie as he did so.

Ophelia blushed as she met eye contact with Fred from across the room. George sniggered at Fred's staring and continued on with his notes.

Harry handed Ophelia his hoodie gently before collapsing on the couch.

"Don't want those guys to get any good ideas." Harry taunted at Fred. Fred made and innocent face before winking at Ophelia.

She slipped on Harry's hoodie quickly. His scent felt warming for a moment and her mind went away from Fred completely and to Harry.

"Could borrow mine you know?" Fred flirted at Ophelia. Harry bit his lip as he sat up in the couch.

"Try again another time Weasley." Ophelia said with a grin. She had no interest in dating at her current stage of life. She had her ideas though.

She thanked Harry and sat down next to him.

"Why don't we put on music and carve pumpkins instead?" Ophelia insisted. Fred and George had come up with a way to get a radio to work in hogwarts. It played all the best music.

Harry smiled and nodded.

The radio began playing a fun song, yet still relaxed.

"Accio pumpkins." Ophelia chimed with a movement of her wand. The school always had pumpkins for the students to carve if they wished.

Harry ducked as a pumpkin came flying over the couch. The twins laughed from across the room as Ophelia caught the pumpkin.

Harry stood and caught the second one, actually prepared this time.

There were scented candles around the common room; some smelt like cinnamon, others like pumpkin. It surely felt like Halloween.

"We don't have any knifes." Harry said, clearly oblivious.

"Use your wand idiot." Ophelia teased, pulling up her sleeves and flipping her hair up into a high ponytail.

Harry admired Ophelias smile as she began cutting the pumpkin with a spell from her wand. Her freckles and dimples were illuminated by the candles around and it really brought out just how happy she was.

Within minutes, both pumpkins were gutted and cleared completely. The two were grinning widely.

"How do I even angle myself to carve this?" Ophelia asked through her laughter. Harry had just accidentally shot a hole in the middle of his pumkin.

"Like this." Harry replied, showing her how to tilt her torso. She didn't understand one bit. Harry assumed it was because she was too busy laughing; he was laughing hysterically too though. "Just let me show you!"

Harry walked up behind Ophelia and gripped his hand around her hand on her wand and placed the other on her other hand. He tilted her torso and rested his head on her shoulder.

"Like this?" Ophelia whispered, though in disbelief.

She mumbled the carving spell and a Ray began to shoot from her wand.

"Bloody hell Harry now I have a hole in my pumpkin too!" Ophelia complained.

Harry was already collapsed with laughter on the couch behind them. He grabbed Ophelia mid laughter and pulled her onto the couch with him.

"Let go!" Ophelia giggled as Harry wrestled her on the thin couch. "We're going to fall!"

As she said that, the two fell off the couch, knocking their pumpkins off the table and cracking them.

The chaos was even over ruled by their laughter. Ophelia was laying on top of Harry laughing hysterically; even Harry didn't care they were laying on each other. He was having way too much fun to feel awkward.

"You broke our pumpkins!" Ophelia screamed jokingly.

She sat up and realized she was straddling Harry. Before he could notice, she climbed off and grabbed a piece of the pumpkin.

"They had holes in them anyways." Harry shrugged and grinned. Ophelia was so glad to see him this happy.

A pumpkin piece flew over harrys shoulder and hit the couch behind him. Ophelia grinned, being the one who threw it. She giggled as he reached for a piece under the table.

He pulled his arm back and went to throw the pumkin piece. He then realized somebody had taken the pumkin from his hand.

"Were you going to throw that at my sister!" Hermione exclaimed. She was holding the piece of pumkin and standing behind the couch with Ron.

"She threw it first!" Harry groaned.

Ophelia sat up. Hermione and Ron sort of ruined the moment. She loved them and all but she was having fun with Harry; it was by far one of her best halloweens.

Ron raised his eyebrow when he saw Harry's hoodie on Ophelia.

"I forgot my sweater at the field." Ophelia explained quickly. They all knew she liked to fly with the wind against her skin.

Ron shrugged and smiled at the two of them before tossing them bags of chocolates.

"Thanks for the pumkin carving." Ophelia whispered in a chuckle to Harry as she picked up her chocolates and walked off up the stairs to her dorm.

Harry watched as she walked out of sight. He had just had the best Halloween of his life.
