It had been a whole week since Mr Rogers was made the CEO of sheriff company. But of course it was the shareholders that voted for mr robert to let mr rogers buy the company because of the terrible situation the company was in.

I was doing a pretty good job hiding from him for a good whole week even if it was one of the hardest things to do because the staff members kept sending me to him to sign some documents , I kept on giving silly excuses, I pretended to want to throw up one time when a staff member wanted to send me to him , though I was completely fine, and I also did some other silly things just to avoid been sent to him. I almost bumped into him sometimes because he always came to inspect the staff office and check on what we have been doing so far but I tried my possible best to stay hidden. I wasn't sure for how long I would have to stay hidden but I knew at least I had to try to stay hidden for as long as I owed him, even though it was more like tormenting my self for the past one week.

Just as Mr rogers said when given his speech, the company situation was getting better, he made us work our hardest but also he restored our salaries back to normal and also promised us an increment if the companies situation was to get better. He carried some kind of aura around him and it was typical of him to always give orders and was particularly not close to any staff members unlike Mr robert who went out with almost all the company's women, even though he was a married man. Some of the company's women still tried to flock around Mr rogers to get favors from him just as they did with Mr robert, no doubt he was really handsome....he had a darker shade of blue eye than mine and had his beard was shaved low, his hair was always styled to the back. He looked neat and styled, I mean like a typical CEO.

We had our break in office late that day...our company usually gave us an hour and thirty minutes break so I decided to rush over to the school to teach ballet, I mean just like every other day....I carried my hand bag and told jasmine to tell anyone who asked for me that I wasn't around and would be back when the break was over. I ran through the corridor of the offices and was about to get out of the company when I bumped into someone.

It was Mr rogers, the documents in his hands had scattered every where. I was dumbfounded but I decided not to be too obvious so that he wouldn't recognize me...I bent over to pick up the documents on the floor as I kept muttering that I was sorry.

"You should watch where you are going miss." He said as I handed the documents I had picked up and arranged.

"I am sorry" I muttered stretching my hands out and kept my head bowed so that he could have the document without having a proper glimpse of my face. He took the documents and I was about to go......

"Wait a damn minute" I had him say from behind,I froze immediately. He slowly came to my front and put his hands on my chin, he s pulled my chin up with his index finger making me look in his direction as he kept inspecting my face.

"I knew you looked hella familiar,weren't you that girl from that day. The careless driver with an attitude".

Did he really have to describe me like that, it was just a one time mistake

"I really don't know who or what you are talking about sir, i'm just a worker at this company" I said as I gulped hard,I tried to sound as confident as i could but I was soo sure my voice betrayed me.

"Oh really....do you really expect me to believe that???come on am not a dummy"he snickered

"I really don't know who that person is sir ,it might just be my look alike...."I kept denying as I bit my lower lips because of how my voice kept betraying me.

"Oh...okay ....no problem...I would just sell the necklace, i'm sure I would get a lot of money from it....come to think of it that girl has not even started paying in installments yet and it has been almost a month now ...you don't need to know her miss" He dismissed giving me a mishevious smile and was about to take his leave..it was so obvious he was trying to play games with me but I couldn't let him sell my mothers necklace.

"I am really sorry sir...I really didn't mean to lie, that girl was me. I promise as soon as I get a reasonable amount of money I would start paying installmentally" I pleaded as I held his arm preventing him from leaving.

"Oh...so now you are the girl"he paused and looked at my ID

"Anne Olivia"he finally said with a smirk on his face.....

I took a deep breath after he left

"I was found out" I murttered as I bent over with my hands on my knees.This definitely was not going to be good.
