Angel's POV
"So, Angel. Who's idea was it for you to come here today?" The therapist asked.
"My sisters." I said.
"So you didn't necessarily want to come?" She asked.
"I mean, I wasn't against it but it was just their idea." I said.
"So why do they feel you needed to come see me?" She asked.
"Because no one really understands me." I said.
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"Well, I was locked up for two years and I've done something's I'm not exactly proud of and they felt I needed to talk to someone." I said.
"So you were in Juvie?" She asked.
"Yes." I said.
"What were you charged with?" She asked.
"Robbery and assault." I said.
"So how did that all come about?" She asked.
"Me making bad decisions and not listening to anybody and being with the wrong people." I said.
"Do you regret it?" She asked.
I sat and thought for a moment.
"No." I said. "If I hadn't got locked up at that moment it would've been for something else eventually."
"So you were on the wrong path?" She asked.
"Very wrong." I said. "I was rebelling and lashing out."
"Lashing out at what?" She asked.
"My father mostly." I said. "My parents were divorcing over infidelity on my fathers part."
"How did that make you feel?" She asked.
"I was confused at first because no one would tell me what happened until I became nosy and found out myself." I said.
"What were your feelings towards your father?" She asked.
"At one point I hated him." I said.
"What about now?" She asked.
"I love my father. I did a lot of thinking in Juvie and he wrote me and then on a whim I wrote him back and we got our relationship back on track." I said.

"What about your mom?" She asked. "How do you think she felt during all this?"
"Oh, she was over it." I said. "I could only get punished so much."
"What were your punishments?" She asked.
"You know, whoppings, no TV, can't go outside, can't go on tour, can't see this show, can't see that show." I said.
"Do you think she gave up on you?" She asked.
"No but she was getting tired." I said.
"So how did your sisters take it?" She asked.
"Well the oldest, she's like my second mom and she was beyond pissed and disappointed. The other two were disappointed and the youngest knew it was coming so I got a 'Im sad but that's what you deserve' vibe from her." I said.
"Do you think that's what you deserved?" She asked.
"Yes." I said.
"So who brought you to this session?" She asked.
"My mom and older sister." I said.
"What about your other sisters?" She asked.
"Their working." I said.
"Do you mind them coming in here?" She asked.
"No." I said.
She stood and left.
I feel like I'm having an interview, I mean her questions aren't hard. I'm trying to be hundred percent honest with this lady but if she ask me certain things I may have to lie. Or that would be the stupid thing to do, I mean I'm in therapy to get shit out.
The lady walked in with my mother and sister behind her. My mom sat by me and Bey sat on the other side.
"Well, Angel has told me some things she's been through in the past and I understand why you wanted her to talk to someone but I also want y'all to hear the answers to these questions." She said to my mom and Bey.

She then looked at me.
"So you were in Juvie for two years?" She asked.
"Yes." I said.
"What was that like?" She asked.
"At first, it was terrible." I said. "People would mess with me for no reason and I would fight. Then I got jumped."
"You were what?" Bey said.
"Jumped." I said. "It was by six girls but I got two."
I smirked on the inside with that. I may have got my ass beat but two of them went down with me.
"So what happened after that?" She asked.
"I spent some time in the infirmary and after that I was put on isolation which meant I couldn't be with the others and was only let out of my cell to shower and go to class." I said.
"Now before going to Juvie." She said. "What were you doing?"
"Everything I wasn't supposed to." I said looking down.
"Like what?" She asked.
I looked up at her.
"Everything except heavy drugs." I said.
I hope she got the point and it went over my mom and Beys head. No one is strangling me so I guess it did.
"So you were fighting?" She asked.
"Yes."
"Skipping school?"
"Yes."
"Smoking?"
"Yes"
"Did you have a boyfriend?" She asked.
"Yes."
Wait a damn minuet, where she going with this?
"Did you do all that with him?" She asked.
"Yes."
"Why?" She asked.
"He was the only one giving me attention at the time." I said. "And I liked it."
"So you didn't feel you were getting attention from anyone else?" She asked.
"No." I said. "My parents were getting a divorce and everyone was doing their own thing."
"Why didn't you say anything?" My mom asked.
"I don't know." I said shrugging.
"What else did you do with this boy?" She asked.
I got up and took another seat. I couldn't sit directly next to my mom right now.
"Everything." I said.
"What is everything?" Bey asked annoyed.
Damn, why doesn't anyone just get it.
"What did you do with your boyfriend?" I asked annoyed.
No one said anything. I think their in shock.
"You said you told me everything." My mom said.
You can tell she was upset and shocked.
"I know." I said.
"So you lied." She said.
"I wouldn't say that, I just left out a minor detail." I said.
"How is that minor?" Bey asked.
"See this is why I didn't want to say anything." I said.
"Angel, you were thirteen." She said.
"I know." I said.
My mom got up.
"I need some air." She said and left.
Bey went after her.
"See, this why I didn't want to say anything." I said.
"Don't worry, it's okay." The therapist said. "Their just in shock. How do you expect to heal if you had all those secrets?"
I shrugged my shoulders. Now all my dirt is out and I don't even know if they'll treat me the same.

Rise of the First Necromancer
Asrael Nessarat awakes on a sandy dune with a mouthful of sand and nothing but tattered rags in his posession. As the High Magus of the school of Necromancy, he once aspired to prove to the Emperor that magic still held a place in their society. But that day came, passed and inevitably accelerated his kind's downfall. Now; they are hunted, strung up and burned on pyres throughout the Empire by the Emperor's holy Inquisition- an efficient and ruthless army hell-bent on bleeding every last droplet of magic from the lands. With nothing but a mouthful of sand and tattered rags; Asrael is determined to seek the one thing his cold, still heart desires. Vengeance. This story can, at times, get very dark. It is not recommended for the faint of heart. This is not a story of an overtly powerful wizard who can pulverize his enemies from across the world, nor is it in any way, shape or form a joyous tale. We follow Asrael as he and his companions explore and seek to change an unjust world, where kindness and acceptance are exceptions, rather than the rule. If you are looking for a story to inspire hope or joy, this is not it. If you wish to read about likeable, heroic people, turn around. If you wish to see good battle evil, where the cut in between is clear, then this is not for you.

Natural Alchemist
Will is poor. This is a fact he does not like about himself. Even back at his home village he was considered poor, but poor in the big city means something completely different than poor in a small village... It means ten hour days of hard manual labor with barely enough money to survive, and poor living conditions. He's sick of it, and desperate for change. Perhaps that was what made him decide to spend such a large portion of his savings on a mysterious potion from that beggar... That, and it seemed so special when he held it. But ever since that day, he's been having the strangest dreams... And the work is really starting to take a toll on his body... Author's Note: I wasn't sure which mature content warnings I should put on this novel, as I'm pretty much pantsing the story. I'm putting them there mostly as a percaution, but also to not limit myself as to where the story can go. This is my first time writing and publishing anything substantial. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
