《The Untold Truth (Kakashi's Little Brother) *COMPLETED*》Chapter 19: How Convenient...

"Are we almost there Satoshi?" Maasaki whined.
"I don't know, Maasaki." I said bitterly. "We don't even know where this beast is to begin with."
"Let's go that way then!" he said.
"Fine.."
We walked towards the east and just continued our search for the three-tailed beast. I was walking a bit behind him, letting him take the lead as I stared at the back of Maasaki's head..
"You okay Satoshi?" he asked ad he slowed down to match my pace.
"Of course I am, why wouldn't I be?" I said.
"Well, because you take the lead when we go on missions." he said.
"I'm just feeling a bit groggy today is all..." I lied.
"You wanna take a break?" he suggested.
"No.. I'll be fine. Let's just find the jinchuriki so we can leave."
"Alright, just tell me when you get tired!"
Maasaki skipped ahead me as I stared at the back of his head again. I was far too curious about Maasaki that everything he did, I had eyed him carefully to make sure nothing out of the ordinary happens. But he doesn't seem to notice about my behavior seeing that I'm always very cautious to my surroundings.
"Satoshi!" he whispered. "Look! Down there!"
Maasaki crouched down behind a bush and peered off to the side. I sighed to myself and joined the blue haired traitor, hiding my chakra signature. I looked down to see a lake. However, we weren't alone... down below, was Kabuto along with a few others.
Kabuto... I dislike him due to personal issues when I had encountered him in the past. He was strange and very sinister. But putting all that aside, it seemed that Kabuto told a young boy to release all of his chakra seeing that I can sense a lot of chakra in the air. Just then, something large began to emerge from the lake, making Maasaki and I surprised by the sudden shake the beast gave with a hearty roar.
"Wanna go take them out Satoshi?" Maasaki asked.
"No..." I said. "More people are coming.."
"So we're going to wait for the outcome?"
"Precisely."
The beast used a water technique to push away its attackers. I was quite amazed by this beast, seeing that it didn't have a host. But that was going to be quite difficult on our part. It's much easier to take down a jinchuriki than the beast itself. Well, that's my opinion.

"We should have brought Deidara with us." I mumbled.
"What do you mean?" Maasaki asked. "He's right he-"
"I've brought Deidara.." Zetsu said, popping out of the ground. "And Tobi, just like you've asked."
"YAY!" Tobi shouted.
"Shut it Tobi!" Deidara shouted quietly. "They're crouching for a reason! So keep quiet! Un."
Zetsu then disappeared into the ground, leaving me there questioning Maasaki..
"How did you know we'd need Deidara?" I asked Maasaki suspiciously.
He shrugged his shoulders. "I just wanted someone fun to talk to."
"Then why bring Tobi for?"
"For experience." Maasaki said.
'He's such full of shi-'
"LOO- OW!"
"Quiet!" Deidara said. "Down there Satoshi, looks like people are fighting down there."
"Just wait for the outcome. Then we'll swoop in for the kill." I said.
"Can't wait to go in there and show them my art, yeah!"
"I too would like to see it." I said. "It's quite amusing."
"See, this is why Satoshi is considered as one of my favorite members in the Akatsuki! Hm!" Deidara said, wrapping an arm around my neck.
"Liar!" Maasaki said, pointing at Deidara. "You and Satoshi hardly ever talk to each other! Besides, Satoshi is best friend!"
"No, you're just the Tobi in his group!" he said. "He probably doesn't even like your presence."
"Why you-!"
"Quiet." I said. "A few ANBUs down there seem to be sealing the beast back in the lake."
"Should we act now?" Deidara asked.
"Yes, we should." I said removing his arm around my neck. "Go show them your art, I'll jump in to help when we go after the beast."
"Alright, un! Let's go Tobi!"
"HOORAY!"
Deidara and Madara jumped down to kill off the three ANBUs while Maasaki and I watched in the distance. I didn't want to be the one who killed them off. They were from the Leaf and I didn't want their blood on my hands.
"Satoshi!" Deidara shouted. "Can you help out now? I don't think Tobi can hold off the beast any longer by just running! Hm."
"Let's go Maasaki." I mumbled.
"Hm."
Maasaki and I jumped down and gracefully landed beside Deidara. I then quickly activated my eyes and jumped onto the beast's back, placing my right hand onto it.
"Lightning Style: Surging Current..." I whispered to myself
A blast of electricity traveled quickly causing it to spread around the beast. It gave a howl in pain as it tried to shake me off, but of course due to my eyes, I was able to stay on its back without any problems. After I gave it my all with that technique, I jumped off the beast and deactivated my eyes. I landed beside the others as we watched the beast kneeling, trying to regain itself.

"Deidara, end it while he's down." I said.
He stayed silent just looking at the beast confused.
"Oi, Deidara!" I hollered. "What are you staring at?"
"You took down... an entire beast with just one move?" he said quietly.
"Well, yeah.." I said as if it were obvious. "With my kekkeigenkai, it's pretty easy to take anyone down with just move. Why carry on a fight when you can just end it."
"I'm going to have to spar with you when we get back to the hideout, yeah!" Deidara said happily.
"That sounds nice and all, but can you finish him off now?"
"Oh! Right, sorry.. un."
Deidara proceeded to grab a chunk of clay for his mouths as someone big began to spew out of it. I looked at it in disgust because it was as if it were throwing up! The clay began to take shape and it looked like a giant fish.
"This is certainly going to be a bang." I said.
"Katsu."
A huge explosion was heard as the rest of us stood our ground trying our best to not be blown away from the blast. We were surrounded by smoke and ashes as I swat my right hand to try and clear some smoke away to allow me to see.
"Satoshi-!" I heard Maasaki say before he coughed.
"I'm fine.." I replied. "Just wait for the smoke to dissipate."
"Wasn't that a blast!" Deidara shouted. "That one was great! Hm!"
"Let's just see if you got him or not." I said slowly walking forward.
"I don't feel safe!" Maasaki cried.
"Tobi doesn't feel safe either!"
"Annoying.." I mumbled.
I continued to walk as the smoke was finally beginning to clear. However, it wasn't clear enough because Maasaki came out of nowhere causing me to fall on my back.
"I'm sorry Satoshi!" he said in fear. "I didn't mean to!"
"Then you should have stayed in one spot, idiot!" I growled.
"I said I was sorry.." he said with a frown.
"Whatever."
I got myself up off the ground and dusted myself off. I was a bit snappy at Maasaki, but you already know why that is.
The smoke finally dissipated enough for us to see in front of us as we all regrouped.
"How do we take this thing back with us?" Maasaki asked.
"I don't know, but we'll have to find a way." I said.
"I can try to use my art." Deidara suggested.
"Are you sure you can produce something that massive?" I asked.
"Of course I can, un!"
"But will it be able to hold something heavy?"
"Not sure, but it doesn't hurt to try, un." he said shrugging his shoulders.
"Think of yourself here first." I said. "You mostly attack your clay, using your clay for this beast will take almost all of your clay. I suggest that you conserve your clay just in case."
"True, but since you're here, I feel a lot more safer. Seeing that these idiots won't be able to do anything right."
"HEY!" Maasaki and Tobi shouted.
"Tobi.." I said. "You bring it back."
"Eh? Why Tobi?" he asked.
"You know why.." I said. "Deidara, let's go now."
"But we need the-"
"Tobi can do it, despite how he acts, he's capable to do something as little as to carry a giant beast to our location. Now let's leave." I said rather impatiently.
"If that's what you think.. un. I trust your judgment." he said.
Deidara then stuffed his hand into his pouch filled with clay as his mouth began to munch. The clay spewed out. It looked like a tiny bird, but was soon transformed into a bigger bird. Deidara and I hopped onto the bird while Maasaki stood there.
"Are you going to leave with us or not?" I questioned.
"I'll stay here, I don't think it's fair to just leave Tobi here by himself." he said.
"Fine by me." I said. "Let's go, Deidara."
The bird began to flap its wings, slowly lifting off the ground until it fastened its pace, soaring in the air.
"You think it was wise to leave those two there? Un." Deidara asked.
"Deidara, they were put into the Akatsuki for a reason. Plus, they're a pair themselves, nothing bad is going to happen." I answered
"Alright, I trust you."
'Poor Deidara, you have no idea what is real and what is fake in this organization. There's so many things you and I don't know, but you must be alert... before it's too late.'

Quebracho: The Legend of Two Heroes
After a violent and tough battle, you recover in an infirmary with your fellow soldiers, or in a more relatable scenario, visit your friend's house after a hard day of studying. You’d expect that both of them would play out normally for the most part, right? Well... Maxon Cortez and Jason McGuire had the same thoughts too. Yet, fate has different plans for them: Max ends up in an eerie location he doesn’t recognize and Jace gets transported to an entirely different world that works like a video game (sort of) by walking into a portal. As they travel along the lands, the two of them will encounter other individuals of many kinds, make friends new and old, gain powerful abilities, experience spectacular adventures, and obtain priceless treasures. However, Maxon and Jason will unknowingly become integral parts of a nefarious conspiracy that, if successful, will plunge both of their worlds into eternal chaos and darkness. So it’s up to them and their allies to thwart it. Side-Note: I’ll admit right off the bat that this story will be my first attempt at writing a LitRPG, so the in-game mechanics and terminology will probably look weird and be even nonsensical. If you notice something that’s out-of-place or just flat out wrong, I apologize. Not only that, it's been a while since I've wrote anything and thus I'm a little bit rusty. So please bear with me. New chapters once every Saturday or Sunday. Also, I'll be fine-tuning the grammar, punctuation, and spelling when I have the time. So expect a lot of random edits. This story is also available on ScribbleHub.
