《Kakashi The Hunter》Part X Nine

As gon held his card in front of the wanna-be hunters, I felt sympathy for the kid. he has to hunt Hisoka, of course, he does. the psychopath that lusts over little boys. and me for some reason because I can feel his eyes on me-- that's off-topic. "You could always win with points if needed."
Gon shook and Killua looked at him nervously. "Are you scared or excited?" the green-clad boy looked at his friend, "Both actually. I can't wait to test my skills against Hisoka!" I rub my eye.
"No, you don't Gon. He's way out of your power level. I'd say Leorio is who you'd want to fight at the moment. No offense of course. Kurapika looked up at me, " What do you mean Kakashi? How can you tell?" his grey eyes bore into mine. how do I explain that I can gauge people by how they act?
"Well, I was a sensei at one point, I'd like to think I know how to estimate power levels pretty well by now. and besides, I've seen you fight Gon, you're not at Killuas level yet and if he's sweating in the presence of that clown, I'd say he's far stronger than even Killua." even after I said all that, Gon still has that look in his eyes. God, he was just like Naruto.
Once we got past the catastrophe that is Gon, we finally looked at the other, less important cards. while Leorio and Kurapika had distinctly different cards, mine and Killuas' were only one number apart. "Wanna team up, Mister Kakashi?" Two big blue eyes looked into my only uncovered eye. Again, Naruto anyone? although Killuas eyes were colder, they nonetheless held the same color and gleam- the one that promises nothing but mischief and trouble.
ahh, even now I can't say no to those eyes. "Sure, it'll save us both some trouble, though I don't know how we'll achieve that. I'll be the first off and you'll be close to the last." Killua thought for a moment, "You know how you ran on the ceiling in the first stage? why dont you just do it on a tree?" Killua I've been doing that since I learned how to walk but that wasn't what I meant... "Think about the people who'll notice me and go after me." Killua scowled.

"Then go hide and find me afterward!" I sighed, I wasn't raised in the Village in the for nothing. "Fine, I'll figure it out." noticing the conversation is over, Killua started another with Gon. I decided to walk around the boat. It has been a while since I've been on one, War and all. I walked around, dodging feet and hands as I go. Some people would glance at me then look away, most likely remembering my little stunt in the tower.
I found a relatively people-less spot in a back corner, considering how small of a boat it is, it's a feat to be proud of. The view is great, it's almost like the oceans surrounding Kirigakure, minus the enemy ships of course. it's more like Wave county honestly, the only thing missing is The Great Naruto Bridge.
there was a clicking and chattering noisefrom behind me. to be honest I felt the person approaching long before I heard them. although I can't help but notice through all the noise, the footsteps were silent. Gittarackur stood beside me, almost no space between us. I continued to stare out at the ocean, ignoring the male. I can tell he's looking at me, as is Hisoka. I have no interest in talking to the Assassins of this world.
although he isn't a ninja, I can tell he's had formal training, almost the same as what Killuas been through.
"Can I help you, sir? Or are you just going to stare at me?" I finally turned to look him in the eyes. the eyes that held absolutely no emotion whatsoever. Just like Sai, but more pronounced, seeing as this guy is a lot older than Sai was when he died. Ahhhh~ Yet another person to remind me of my Nightmares people call memories.
"Stay away from Killua. He does not need friends." his voice is mechanical, like a robot or something-- Oh wait... I'm being threatened; I should pay attention to that. "And pray to tell, why is that?" The Pin-Man stared into my eye, "Because you'll both regret it if you don't." and with that Gittarackur turned on his heel and walked away. Seriously, he sounds so loud when he moves, he would make a lousy ninja.

but why would he threaten me over Killua? Do they know each other? Killua never mentioned knowing him or even acknowledged his existence. He didn't say anything when we were in the tower, although we were with Hisoka, they seemed to know each other.
oh well. he can't do anything to me. probably. Killua and I are still going to work together, a little threat won't stop me and I doubt it will stop Killua either.
'We're getting closer to the Island, I should head back to the group...' well, that thought went down the drain the second I felt Hisoka approach me.
" How did you pull off that trick in the tower? It was absolutely enchanting!~" I looked at the red-headed pedo, Time for Kakashi to work his magic. "Simple, I used my pretty pink magic wand and changed my gender. have a problem with that?" the magician smirked, "Oh,no. Not a problem at all. I was just wondering how you preform all thoes feats without the use of your Nen, in fact I dont feel any coming from you at all." Ugh! Now he looks serious.
"Listen, I dont know what this Nen is. Is it some kind of power?" is it this worlds version of Chakra? Hisoka raised an eyebrow. "You dont know what Nen is? I figured you would, seeing as you can walk on walls and such." he seemed to have gained an uniterested look in his eye. What is wrong with this man?
"No i dont know what Nen is, and im not going to tell you how i did those things. thats personal information. although you already know my most painful memories, so i dont see why it should matter to someone like you." I'm going out on a limb here and saying I might have pissed him off.
Pink covered the mans hands, almost like a layer of pink chakra, but thats not possible seeing as there is no chakra in this world. he reached for my face and at the last second i ducked under his arm before he ccould touch me. I dont know what that stuff does, and I'm not too interested in finding out. the man huffed a laugh. Bipolar much?
"Just as i thought... you can see it, can't you?" uh? other people cant? i glanced at the people around the boat, none seemed to see the pink. "You see, Nen is invisible to anyone who cant use it. And even then, Nen users have to use a certain technique to see it. So tell me, Kakashi Hatake, why can you see Nen when theres not an ounce of it within you?" I scoffed. " If you think you're intimidating me, then you obviously havent seen half the shit I have. There are Toads that I find more intimidating than you."(Gamabunta and Jiraiya mostly)
I turned on my heel, much like Gittarackur, and walked back to the four people I acually like.
After a bit more waiting, we finally reached the island. Did they call it Zevil Island? Thats a very promising name, I'm amost exited!
Khara took a stopwatch out of her pocket, "heres how this is going to work, After the first applicant exits the ship, they will have two minutes to leave the area. once the two minutes are up, the next applicant will leave. that will continue until the last applicant is off the ship. the order will be the same as you derew the card. the ship will return in a weeks time, anything is allowed on the island. once the week is up, you meet back here. when you arrive, you will no longer be able to switch cards, or take them."
I sighed and stood back up. If Hisoka is seriously angry, I'll need to hise from him to the best of my ability. that means completely hiding my presence and chakra, even if no one in this world has any.
I'll just have to meet up with Killua later.

Just a story of a normal guy waking up in a forest or maybe just dreaming?
8 190Life in Zora's Domain
An AU about Mipha's and Link's life together post Calamity. I tried to have some fun with this story, taking it in different directions, developing Mipha's and Link's family, making up some adventures, and creating some connections to other Zelda stories. But the main theme is Mipha's and Link's love for each other and building a happy life together. I'm sure I don't always succeed, but I try to keep the story light hearted and generally opt for happy outcomes. The first 2 chapters now incorporate the prequel stories 'His Future is in the Past' and 'Beginning Life in Zora's Domain', so this AU is self-contained in one story. If you've already read the prequels just jump to Chapter 1 - Studying. Cover art where available is by Nurple(twitter dot com/nurpleynurple) and used by permission. Spoiler Warning: This story has spoilers! On the other hand, if you haven't played the game this story won't make sense. This writing is a work of fan fiction using characters and events from the world of The Legend of Zelda TM: Breath of the Wild, which is owned and copyrighted by Nintendo. I do not claim any ownership of the world or its characters. It is a work of my imagination and is for entertainment only. It is not part of the official Nintendo storyline.
