《Kakashi The Hunter》Part X Ten

I'm not sure how I got myself into this situation, but I'm completely and totally lost.
I'm a ninja. how the Hell do I manage to get lost on a tiny island? easy, I'm in the middle of running North-- from Hisoka. I might've been the first person off the boat, but Hisoka was the second, and he's pretty fast himself. nothing to scoff at, even for a ninja.
while I kept to the trees, he stayed on the ground. I don't know how he's following me, I'm concealing my presence, and he said it himself, I don't have any of that stuff called 'Nen' either. It's a feat he's even in my vicinity. I could always Shunshin across the island if I wanted, but that would most likely alert him of my exact location. although it might not, I'm not willing to take the risk.
Killua was probably still on the boat, it hasn't been that long, but I can already tell we're reaching the end of the island. the trees are thinning and the grass is slowly but surely transitioning into dirt and sand. I can still feel Hisoka's strong presence behind me.
oh man... there's the end of the tree line.
Did Khara ever say we couldn't leave the island? I'm gonna do it anyway, it's the best choice of action to get away from the clown. I powered chakra into my legs and pushed off the last branch before the beach. the extra push covered all of the sandy ground and ten feet of bright, glassy water. adjusting the flow from my feet to match the waters' surface, I stood atop the blue sea and hightailed it West. The clown wouldn't think to look out into the sea, right? Even if he did, he can't walk on water.

Just as I was far enough away from the tree I jumped, a flash of pink jumped through the sparse foliage. Hisoka turned his head side to side with a smirk (a creepy one at that). his eyes didn't quite seem to be focused on anything in particular, and the Killing Intent could be felt from possibly miles away. I turned away from the man and focused on running.
I circled the island until the halfway point, where I crept back onto the sand. with chakra still being continuously pumped into my feet, there were no footprints etched into the sand. it almost felt like I was back in Suna, minus the scorching temperatures, and with an additional ocean. I know I shouldn't be reminiscing now, there is most likely someone out to get me, not including the pedophiliac clown and the Pin Man, but there is no stopping the thoughts that invade my mind. the thought about Suna brought memories of Gaara, and the memories of him brought memories of Naruto. it was a never-ending cycle because Naruto reminded him of his team, and they, his previous team.
All the thoughts swirled, ranging from person to person. all my loved ones who died heroically or not so heroically. the mental image of Sasuke's old scowl blended with the slight smile Kurapika tended to wear around his friends, and Narutos' bright and happy look turned into an icy-eyed Killua. Sakuras' determined green eyes faded to reveal the determined future doctor Leorio will become. I can't help but picture a young Guy and a green-clad Gon standing side by side. they might not be my real family, but they sure as hell are making their way into my heart.
A while later, and half a mile back into the forest, I caught the scent of someone. I jumped back into the trees and concealed myself once again. few seconds pass before a boy with a pink wrap on his head walks below me. his hair is pink, but not Sakura or Hisoka pink, it's more of a salmon color. he has a quiver of arrows on his back and a yellow bandana around his neck. If I remember correctly, his name is Pokkle and he is number fifty-three. he seems content with himself, meaning he probably already has his target's pin. That was fast.

We have to be here for seven days, good thing I have my book! I don't care that I can recite it word for word, I'm going to continue enjoying it for the rest of my life.
Pokkle continued past the tree I have stationed myself in, so I will just have to relax and get comfortable if I'm going to wait to meet with Killua. well, I would get comfortable, except I can't, because there are eyes on me. They aren't harmful and it seems they have no intention of taking my badge, but where the hell is this person, and why are they watching me?
I guess I'll just have to give them a show...
so I sat here for seven hours without moving a muscle. now I know what you're thinking, why the Hell would you do that and how are you not bored? well, one- I like to mess with people. just look at almost all of my past interactions with Guy. And two- as I said, I've memorized the entire Icha Icha series with my Sharingan. I can tell the person is getting impatient; their smell has grown a bit sour.
With a flick of my wrists so fast they blurred, I created a clone and switched myself with it. the person watching me didn't even notice.
Killua here I come!
As long as I don't run into any trouble along the way...

Origin of Chaos (Rise of Anarchy Book 1)
A stream of cataclysmic incidents. A tide of horror and sadness interspersed with small moments of light. What drives Nyx forward? Is it the need for revenge that haunts his dreams? Is it his beloved comrades he leaves behind, with the promise of returning? Is it the demons ravaging Earth, his homeworld he abandoned over five-hundred years prior? When Nyx passes through realms in his return home, Chaos builds, and the balance is shifting. Unwittingly he becomes both its catalyst and harbinger. This is his story. Note from Author: Things have come up irl so I have had to put the story on a (hopefully) short hiatus.

Mages traditionally make poor fodder, but with proper training and motivation, possess near limitless potential. For mage teams, the battle camps of the Upper Realms provide both, with missions ranging from orc hunts to political espionage. This tale follows one such team of four who strive to prove themselves in a world that would rather overlook them. Loyalty, honour, and devotion are contrasted by avarice, treachery, and apathy, though at times it can be difficult to separate vice from virtue. For though all people, whether they hail from the peripheries or the kingdom capital, are subjects whose fates are bound to the stars, their choices must be their own. Any comments or questions are welcomed.

8 172The Storytellers
Myra Kahani lives in a world of gods and prayers. People around her constantly reach out to the gods for advice and suggestions at critical times in their life. But Myra has a problem. No matter what she does, she can't talk to the gods. When Myra meets Roam, an old, enigmatic Storyteller, she finally gets some answers. She learns of the origins of the Universe, the divide between mankind and their deities, and the important role that Storytellers play in her world. But the truth for Myra is just the beginning of her story. The Storytellers is a story that I began to develop from a series of shorter stories that I wrote for a mythology and folklore class. As such, they have a strong basis in the myths and folklore of various cultures and religions. Join me as I try my best to integrate these stories into my own and develop the world of the Storytellers and Myra herself. This is my first attempt at any sort of longer-form fiction so helpful advice is greatly appreciated!
8 72Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: End of the Five, Twenty-three, and Twenty-nine Years Story
Alternate titles: - Five, Twenty-Three, Twenty-Nine Years - 5, 23, 29 "Dad? I think I got a really bad fever, why do I still feel fine?" "It feels cold..." Five years ago, Owen became a Court Wizard in search of his father who was lost to the unknown three years prior. But that wasn't the beginning of the story. Maybe it began twenty-three years ago when Ronald Bell and Joshua Ruze saved the Illyer family. Or perhaps, it all started twenty-nine years ago, when Ronald, the son of the wealthiest merchant, became a Court Wizard. Well, it doesn't matter anymore, for the story five, twenty-three, and twenty-nine years ago shall now meet its end. 2nd book written in the Wizards of the Otherworldly series. Read Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia first. This story is split into two 'Collections,' Ronald's Collection and Owen's Collection, each centering around those Court Wizards. Crossposted with WordPress site, Wattpad, Sufficient Velocity, and Rainobu. Wizards of the Otherworldly Court is a fantasy story about the Otherworldly Court, an inter-dimensional (or world-hopping, you get the idea) organization made up of people of all ages, gender, and race from many parallel or different worlds. They are granted elemental-like magic powers and called themselves 'Court Wizards'. They are tasked to watch over the many worlds they come across and step into these worlds on 'missions' to preserve the balance, life, order, anything to make said worlds better places in the shadows but may reveal themselves if necessary. However, these missions may partially or even fully oppose their nature, personal interests, and ideals. Yet, most of the Court Wizards are aware and willing to complete even the worst missions that would shatter their true selves that they will never cast aside regardless, either growing or regressing because of it. Basically, it's isekai to multiple worlds but each book after Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia focuses primarily on one world while also discussing its lore in detail. Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like Jojo.
