Shawn and I woke up. I'm cradled in his arms, our legs are tangled, which is causing heat to the both of us.
"Hey" I said, trying to cover my mouth with my sleeve because I had morning breath, honestly who doesn't have it? Everyone has it.
"Hi" he chuckled and took my hands off my mouth then smiled and looked at me.
"Omg Shawn stop I have morning breath"
He smiled again and kept looking at me..god please look away, I chuckled and covered my mouth again. He took his gentle hands and took my hands off my face again. He's irritating me.
"I don't care babe"
That's when my eyes went wide. He didn't care. Did he really love me that much? He had morning breath too but..I didn't care. I wanted to kiss him.
He cupped my cheeks with his hands and brought his lips to mine, we kissed for about a minute and we eventually stopped to the sound of my stomach growling. He chuckled and we walked downstairs to make me something to eat because he obviously can't eat.
//
"Pancakessss?" I nodded and took a seat while Shawn was taking out all the ingredients..
"Shawn I'll do it, you probably can't cook"
He narrowed his eyes at me and looked at me with a "try me" look so I sighed and watched him prepare the pancake batter, up till there everything looked edible.
"Not doing so bad Mendes" I said wrapping my arms around his bare back and resting my head on his muscular back. He was putting the batter in the cooking pan.
After a minute he flipped the pancakes over and I stopped hugging him to take a look at them.

"Um Shawn what are those" I started to giggle at the weird shaped, thick pieces of, man I don't even know..

"Stop" he whined while chuckling, he groaned and looked at what he cooked.
I was pissing. I was laughing so hard. He got annoyed and took a "pancake" from the pan and threw it at me.
"How dare you Mendes" by that time I was laughing hysterically and he was too, we were both on our knees laughing.
I took the pancake he'd thrown at me and threw it back at him. He stopped laughing and tried not to crack a smile.
"Fine" he got up and took some more pancakes from the pan.
"OUCH SHAWN" I giggled as I received 5 pancakes, 1 in my head, 1 on my shoulder, 1 on my chest and 2 on my legs.
I picked them up and swung them at Shawn. They went everywhere in the room and only one of them actually hit Shawn.
Then it was war. Pancakes were flying across the room.
We were both laughing really hard. I think is the most fun I've had in my life..
Well until..
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE"
My mom walked in the room..

Rise of the Human Emperor
The Gods and Goddesses felt dissatisfied with the development of the mortals, and thus they decided to create a game. Animals mutated, and fantasy-like monsters invaded the world. Humans thought they were forsaken by the Gods. However, hope came after discovering that anyone that killed a mutated animal or monsters would awaken an internal energy called 'Mana'. Miraculous abilities such as the manipulation of elements, moving objects with the mind, and more super-human abilities appeared one after another. But... Would the humans truly survive the trials, be them internal or external? Would the terrors that come from their mutated planet, and beings that come from the vast sea of stars have mercy on them? Or would they fight till one side is exterminated? Would the Humans rise through the endless chaos, or succumb to the darkness of death? A sick game for entertainment of the Gods, and survival of the humans. This is the Rise of the Human Emperor. Disclaimer: The cover's drawing do not belong to me, it was edited by a good friend.
