"Hey", someone said while I was walking to class. "Hey", I said back seeing it was Sabrina, the girl that got Venus annoyed and had Avah all mad the other day? Yeah her. "What you want?" I asked, I was honestly hot and bothered. I needed the bathroom and I was going to be late for class if this girl didn't speak in 2 seconds. "Okay, I'm gone", I said walking away because she just stood there and stared at me. Creep!

"No! Look I'm sorry. Please persuade Avah to talk to me, she blocked me and wont pick up my calls", she said. "Look no disrespect, you don't know me and I don't know you. Now don't come here asking me to do shit for you. You got your own mouth so persuade her yourself. Don't get me in your personal problems. Thank you, bye". I heard her say, "damn she's rude", I just rolled my eyes.

I got to class and Avah, Mercury and Ice were sitting at the back. So I walked over to them. "Sup y'all?", I said dapping them up. "You good man?", Mercury asked. "I'm straight", I said sitting down. I remembered I had to go to the bathroom. As I was about to stand up the Principal walked in. He talked to Mr Daniels then went out. "Ice, the Principal wants to see you", said Mr Daniels.

We looked at Ice and she stood up. She didn't seem like her normal self but I let that slide. She walked out the door and Mr Daniels started with the lesson. "Yow, where's Venus and Alex?", I asked looking back at Mercury and Avah. "Venus is in art class", Mercury said. "Alex was supposed to be here but she ain't so I don't know", Avah said. I just nodded my head and looked forward.

Class was over, we got up getting ready to go to the next class which was Geometry. "I'll catch up with y'all later, I need the bathroom real quick. " I told them then walked off. I got to the bathroom and did my thing. While I was washing my hands Ice came out from one of the bathroom stalls. She was looking down so I'm guessing she didn't see me. "Ice you good man?" She looked at me then quickly looked back down.

I noticed her eyes were red, seems like she was crying. I got closer to her and used my finger to touch her chin so she could look at me. "You've been crying?" I asked. "Nah", she tried smiling. "I was just rubbing my eyes so hard because they sore, I guess that's what made them like this." I gave her that I know you lying look.

A tear slipped off her eye and that just proved she was lying. "It's Alex, she's not good. I took her to hospital last night and the doctors are saying she's not getting any better but not any worse either", she said playing with her fingers.

"She's the only family I got Shane and I really don't want to lose her. Though she annoys me at time but I love her man, more than any other being in this world. She took me in when I had nothing, she's more than a bestfriend to me, that's my sister. Losing her will only be the cause of my death too" she continued.

"What happened to her?" I asked. "Her father came home drunk last night and started cursing me out, telling me that I should leave his house. He was calling me a Dyke ass bitch who's an orphan and has no one to run to. Saying I depend on Alex and I can't stand my ground and he knows that's not true", by now tears were streaming down her face.

"Me and Alex even got jobs to try and feed ourselves because he doesn't want to do none but get drunk on the daily. So as he was still cursing me out, Alex heard and came downstairs. She tried to tell him to leave me alone but he only started cursing at her and brought up her mom. Everyone knows how she gets when someone brings her mom up."

"So Alex got mad and punched him that's when he started beating her up. I went to get him off her, he pushed me and I hit my head on the table," she removed the beanie she had on revealing a bandaged head. I took the beanie and put it back on her, wiping her tears.

"He continued beating her and she was screaming, she got quiet when he hit her on the head with a beer bottle. He then ran out the door. I tried getting up and went to her. She wasn't breathing and I panicked then called the ambulance", she looked at me and said "That's how she got to the hospital." I had no words so I just held her and allowed her to wet my shirt with her tears.

It's really fucked up how men see women as play toys man. Really beating up your kid for telling the truth. If you are a deadbeat then that's it! No need to get violent no matter how hurtful the truth is. Men don't have superpowers and the mentally of them thinking they are more powerful than women is absolute nonsense. First it was that nigga Jason, he did what he wanted with my body without my consent.

That broke me to pieces. Begging him to stop but he didn't because he was enjoying himself. No guilt written in his face when he was done. Now Alex's father takes it upon himself to say hurtful words to Ice then beat Alex and run away. Fucked up right?

So my question is, will one blame me if I just got a gun and blow their brains out?
