It was night time, the city seemed lifeless as it was filled with quietness. At an old train station there were two figures. One was the girl known as Eto and the other Tatara. Eto held out her hand, trying to catch the snow as it fell.

Eto: Look at all this snow. I'm getting excited.

It was late at night, the streets were empty. As I approached Anteiku I noticed that the lights were off. As I walk in I see it empty except for Mr. Yoshimura.

Yoshimura: Ah Y/N, good to see you.

Me: Hey where is everyone, usually they're still here?

Yoshimura: I've been meaning to talk to you about something.

Y/N: What?

Yoshimura: Follow me.

He gestures for me to follow and we both go upstairs. We enter the employee room and sit down on the couches.

Me: SO what's going on?

Mr. Yoshimura gains a serious look.

Yoshimura: The CCG knows.

Me: Knows what?

Yoshimura: That I'm the One Eyed Owl.

My eyes widened. I couldn't believe it. This kind old man is responsible for the deaths of hundreds.

Me: WAIT, YOU'RE THE ONE EYED OWL!

Yoshimura: Yes, at least I once was. I haven't fought in years. However the CCG finally tracked me down. And now, they're planning a large operation to kill me.

Me: What about Hinami?

Yoshimura: Dont worry, Yomo is taking her and Touka to a safe location.

I slump in chair in relief.

Me: So why am I here?

Yoshimura: I need your help?

Me: Let me guess, you need me to help you fight the investigators?

Yoshimura: That is correct.

Me: You do realize I cant take all of them on.

Yoshimura: That's why I've asked Koma and Irimi for assistance. 

Me: What good are they?

Yoshimura: Koma is the Devil Ape and Irimi is the Black Dober, both SS-rated ghouls.

Me: Get out of here, those two are them. Even so that makes four of us.

Yoshimura: I had both of them call in their old gang members. Now we have a better chance.

I think about this for a minute

Me: Alright, I'll help you.

Mr. Yoshimura smiles.

Yoshimura: Thank you Y/N. Sorry this is so sudden.

Y/N: It's no problem, I just wish I could've said bye to Hinami.

He stands up and goes over to the window. He just looks out it. Then Irimi and Koma walk in.

Koma: It took us awhile but the shop is all cleaned up.

Irimi: We also got rid of all the documents while we were at it.

Yoshimura: Good, thank you. Y/N has decided to help us.

Koma: You sure you're up for this Y/N?

I stand up

Y/N: If there's one thing I know, it's how to survive. Besides I've been through worse.

Yoshimura: Let's head down to the shop, I'm sure you'll all like a cup of coffee before we get started.

NO POV

Back in the café; Y/N, Irimi, and Koma all sat at the counter as Yoshimura made them coffee. When he finished, they all smiled as he handed them the cups.

Yoshimura: All of you, drink up.

Koma: I've been looking forward to this.

Irimi: Me too.

They all pick up the cups and drink from them. They all have looks of satisfaction on their faces. Yoshimura walks over to the window and looks at it. 

Yoshimura: It's not going to be the same without them.

Koma: Like it or not you're stuck with us until the bitter end.

Irimi: I just hope it's the formal end of the ladder.

Y/N: If it means they'll live, I'll put my life on the line.

Meanwhile Yoshimura continues to stare out the window and he then looks up.

Yoshimura: Ukina, I'm sorry. It's unfortunate, but my wish did not come true.

Yoshimura(thought): I'm sorry, I've failed both of our children.

Outside the snow continued to gentle fall to the ground. The city was at peace, unaware of the major battle about to happen. 

Y/N POV

I just stared at my demon mask as I rubbed my fingers against it. A million thoughts were going through my head. 

Irimi: Hey Y/N you ready?

I look up and see Irimi in her Black Dober disguise and Koma in his Devil Ape disguise. I put on my mask and nod.

Me: Let's do this.

We open the door and all three of us began walking down the steps outside, where soldiers were waiting for us.
