(A.n idk if seoul has a beach or not and im too lazy to go look it up so if not lets just pretend a beach exists there alright)
Jinwoo sat on the golden sand, staring at the furious waves of the ocean. Its sound of crashing that was heard everytime they were near the ground was so pleasing and satisfying, it was like music to his ears.
His face was emotionless, showed no expression nor grimaces, and it showed how empty he felt; it was as if his heart was gone, leaving a hole in its place, and making him incapable of having feelings-- of course if you ignore the fact that emptiness is a feeling too.
He did not feel sad or depressed for his love's departure anymore, nor a need of her presence anymore, but it doesn't mean that it was okay for him to be all alone. And he obviously didn't feel happy.
He just wants to move on with his life, get friends and, why not, a girlfriend or a boyfriend. Live his youth to the fullest. But it was as if his brain was paralysed, inable to process or to give him ideas on how to do so.
He sighed, before deciding to calm down a bit and forget everything that's annoying his mind. He removed his shoes and socks, and made his way toward the water.
When a wave touched his feet, he felt like he was struck by needles; the water was ice cold, as it was already November. But he shrugged it off, and continued walkin further.
It was when the level of the freezing liquid reached his tights, when he heard small whines. He turned around, only to be meet with the sight of a puppy that was suffocating and struggling to float on the surface.

He ran toward it, not caring that the waves were pulling him further to the ocean. He held the animal securely, before swimming his way to the ground again.
The puppy was shaking and letting small voices of fear, so he wrapped his coat around it, and quickly wore back his shoes. He ended up running home to save the freezing animal.
After arriving to his destination, he quickly rushed to the bathroom, and filled the bathtub with warm water for the puppy. It was a win-win situation; the puppy will be clean and his temperature will rise again.
After that, he placed it on his bed, before covering it with a blanket. The puppy was female, and it had no collar, so he just assumed that it was a stray dog, and decided to keep it. Who knows, maybe it'll help him move on.
He said gently, as he caressed its slightly wet fur.
He suggested, and the dog whined.
And once again, the puppy whined and inched away.
He suggested, and the puppy approached him and licked his face, showing his confirmation.
The animal barked happily in response. And for the first time after 3 months, Jinwoo actually smiled, genuinely.
The smaller hummed, a sign for Chanyeol to finish.
He finished, backhugging his husband.
He saw him smile, and instantly felt relieved. He exclaimed, turned around and burried his face in Chanyeol's chest.
He answered, before placing a long peck on the petite's lips.
The smaller hugged him again, rocking them left and right, and sighing in content.
The giant chuckled,
He caressed his hair, but saw him shaking.
He said, pouting afterward.
The giant cooed, before pinching his husband's rosy cheeks, He finished, gently holding his feminine hand and kissing it the way a gentleman would do.
Baekhyun said frustrated, his face blushing crimson red. He buried his face in chanyeol's chest one again, making the giant chuckle and tighten the hug.
The petite smiled shyly, pecked his husband's cheek and said sincerely,

Those who oppose the rulers in this world shall be persecuted and entitled evil, for they might shatter the false peace established. There never will be true peace, only coexistence. For to live is to devour; To devour is to deplete that which is consumed. This is the fact of life. What makes a Hero? Who deems what deeds be called 'Heroic'? Saving the world? I hope you had a good time reading! This is my very first book, but I've spent quite the time writing and editing this. So I'm a tad bit confident with this. Sadly, I'm only able to put up 2 chapters weekly. The reason is...I'm still a student. School is hard, annoying and a hassle but necessary. So I'm really sorry for the slow updates, but please bear with me~!(?-?-?) I hope you enjoy reading this ('cuz I sure as hell had so much fun writing this ( • ??•? )). Thanks~!
