"Miss Lisa, Jennie Kim is on her way to your office" my secretary spoke on the other line.

A year had passed already. I am not Jennie's manager anymore. Dad made me managed his sinking company and after 6 months, I was able to make it get back on its feet.

"How did you know that it's her?"

"She didn't cover her face."

What the hell is she doing? She kept on exposing her face. She didn't know that every move she makes becomes a trend. Aishhhh. What a careless girlfriend.

"I know that the workers are getting a bit crazy over her now, so please tell them to get back to their work."

I ended the call. I walked towards my window and saw how quickly the people gathered in front of my company. This is indeed the power of Jennie.

I felt someone hugged me from the back. Just by her scent, I already know that it's her.

"Look at what you've done this time Miss Kim. You made my whole working force distracted just by your sudden appearance. And my company looks like it's holding a fan signing event outside."

"Are you nagging me for coming here?" she said in her sleepy voice. She must be tired. She's currently shooting her first ever kdrama. She must have gone here after her taping.

"You should have gone home so that you can rest first."

"I did. You are my home Lisa-yah"

"Is that a line from your script?"

"Nahh. It's a line from my heart."

"You're so cheesy Jennie-yah!"

"Let's go" she held my hand and lead me towards the door.

"Where?"

"To my parents"

"What?!" I felt my knees trembled. Gosh! I'm having a cold feet!

"They wanted to meet you. They came back last night and you were the first topic we've talked upon."

"B-but—" she brushed her lips on mine.

"Don't worry. I'm with you."

Am I really meeting Jennie's parents? But I'm not yet prepared! Am I gonna make it?

This is harder than taking a surprise quiz!

Jennie just laughed at me.

"Are you that nervous Lisa? They are your fan so stop making that funny face!"

Jennie held my hand tighter and it was the most conducive comfort zone I've ever been.

Beside her is where I truly belong. She is my star. She makes me wanna face the night by her little shimmering light.

She is my Bonnie and I am her Clyde.

She is indeed my life.
