it's two in the morning

and i grip the sides of the sink

my chest is heaving

and my mind on a brink

i look at my reflection

and laughter fills the bathroom

my tears are never ending

and i wish i died in the womb

i lean against the door

and my head aches from the sobbing

i need to find an anchor

before i start drinking

some call me crazy

and they speak of me in vain

they look at me in pity

while i'm going insane
