《Friendly Sex {{ GeorgeNotFound }}》NINE: irl

If there was one thing Astrid could trust to clear her mind, it was streaming. She truly was in her element with chunky pink headphones on her head, the little cat ears that matched both of her roommates sat proud, spinning in her chair with the LED lights lighting up her face.
When she was jumping around in the little world they'd made, Wilbur's house currents burning to the ground due to her own handy work, George didn't even pass her mind.
Not once.
Not the way he had held her when they slept, or the way his dark eyes scanned the way his shirt fell on her thighs, and definitely not how his lips had grazed her neck when they hugged goodbye.
If there was one person Astrid wasn't thinking about, it was him.
That was until...
"Dream team smash or pass?" Wilbur reread the dono multiple times before laughing loudly, clapping his hands together as he 'ooh'ed, "that's a good one! Everybody, what you saying?"
The group laughed, one a bit more forced than the other.
"I'd have to go with money bags dream for the marry," he kept up the act, "and I've already dined and wined George so I guess that leaves somebody..." his eyes caught the camera, a face like he was a deer caught in headlights before laughing again at his insinuation of killing Sapnap, despite that not being that game at all which Astrid was quick to point out.
"It's smash or pass! Why are you murdering people?" She laughed loudly, her hands slapping over her mouth. The black oversized hoodie hanging over her hands in 'sweater paws', hiding a familiar shirt underneath that she knew only one other person would know, if he was even watching.
"I'm not answering," Niki stayed passive as ever, laughing at Wilbur's stupidity.

"Which one, the smash or pass or the shag, marry kill?" He countered, a serious look on his face.
"Neither!"
Their call continued as much, not much of actual context, just laughter and jokes, until Wilbur again brought up the question.
"Astrid! Astrid my chat said you didn't answer the question!" He had been drinking periodically throughout the stream and it was beginning to show.
"What question?" Her eyebrow raised.
"Smash or pass" Sophie reminded her, wiggling her head left and right, also bordering on tipsy.
Astrid laughed the best she could, looking over to her own chat to stall, maybe if she played it off they wouldn't read anything in to it. But this was the internet, she knew for a fact anything she said would be twisted onto Twitter in seconds.
"Well I've only met one of them so..." she spoke softly, all knowing that she meant their little food outing, although they didn't know the extent, "sorry Dream and Sap"
They all seemed to accept her reasoning, not knowing how real that 'smash' answer was, she could imagine Georges smirk once this clip inevitably got back to him. She'd be constantly waiting for his teasing text message, because it would obviously come at some point.
The stream had long finished, but they stayed in the call for a few extra hours, nothing in particular to do instead.
"Oh!" Wil screamed after a few silent minutes, "I forgot to ask yous about the meet up"
"What meet up?" Niki asked, ever the conversationalist.
"Tommy's coming down with Jack, and Tubbo and Ranboo wanted to come and if we're lucky I can probably convince George," Astrid sucked in a breath, "I know yous lot don't know him well but I swear he'd great, and really funny"
She knew.
If anybody knew it was Astrid.
"Sure...Guess we're having a meet up"

The Guild
The world is broken. The apocalypse came and went, and only a fragment of humanity is left, scrambled into an unrecognizable mess. The remainders of the earth are filled with monsters from imagination and worse. Gates open periodically, leading to alien worlds, while dungeons form from damaged minds, creating nightmares for the unsuspecting. Some might see it as the end times. A hellscape. A story of humans pushed to their breaking points, desperately grasping for the last bits of humanity as the world crumbles around them. But a few might disagree. One man, in particular, sees opportunity. A chance. A path forward, to bring humanity from the depths of despair and turn it into a victory - a luxury. To remake the world even better than it was, dragging earth forward onto the galactic stage. It will require violence, lies, betrayals, magic, more violence, and the occasional genocide. But, hey. Everything worth doing is hard, right?

Recovery of a Life
The prince of a kingdom was erased from the world. His very existence an enigma. Follow Xopil as he forces his life into a world that refuses to acknowledge his presence. I tried to write a novel without including all the standard things you find in certain genres, or if it is included, I hope it's at least a fresh take on it, this includes me breaking the fourth wall, probably too much. I'm wondering if that helped with humor at all, and also reconsidering if that should be a part of the story. I'm going to be rewriting every chapter at this point... and that chapter I'm extremely disappointed with could likely be deleted if not redone entirely. Now that this story is marked 'completed', I'll be going through each chapter and fleshing out the story a bit, as I found it severely lacking, and I've been saying to myself "I could have done more with that." way more often than I should be. And that speaks to my own dissatisfaction with my writing. I make no warranty-express or implied-as to the quality of these chapters, or the story as a whole. Cover art by Roman Valeyev
