"So you decided to pay that scoundrel? Why would you even associate yourself with dangerous people? He could hurt you or try to harass you later". Taehyung scolded Jimin.

The Omega was shuddering due to Taehyung's alpha voice and if he continued scolding and yelling like that, Jimin could breakdown in tears.

"Mr Kim you... you're frightening me". Jimin's lips trembled and he couldn't even look Taehyung in the eyes.

The Alpha suddenly realized how he was scaring Jimin and stopped scolding him immediately. He drew the shivering Omega close to his chest and rubbed his back to calm him down.

"I'll act as your boyfriend". Taehyung blurted out casually.

"Huh? But sir you're supposed to go back to Japan today". Jimin asked shockingly.

"I'll stay one more day if it means you won't pay another alpha to act as your boyfriend. I hate when they get close to you". Taehyung fisted his hand, already irritated by the thought of another Alpha.

Jimin was confused about what Taehyung meant by hating when other Alphas got close to him. Was Taehyung jealous? Was he being protective of the Omega? Wait, did Taehyung like Jimin?

Taehyung's eyes widened when he realized what he had insinuated.

"No no, I don't mean it in that way. I wouldn't want my daughter's nanny to get attacked by a rogue or these dangerous Alphas out there". Taehyung blabbed continuously.

"Oh ok...umm, we'd meet her at my apartment. I haven't been there for a while since I started working here but it'd be better to meet up there".

"Fine, let's go then".

Jimin's apartment was clean and cozy, shame that he barely slept there since he became Maya's nanny, but once in a while when he needed time alone, he just went there to relax.

They didn't even wait for long before Jimin's mother arrived and Taehyung noticed how the Omega tensed up. He must be really afraid of his mother.

The woman walked in elegantly. She was small like Jimin but looked very fierce, one would think she was an Alpha. Jimin hugged her and a wide smile appeared on her face which made her look completely different from the intimidating way she looked seconds ago.

When she saw Taehyung, she smiled even more and spread her arms for an embrace. Taehyung bowed to her before embracing her and smiling awkwardly while Jimin gave the Alpha an apologetic look.

"You must be Namjoon, my future son-in-law. Oh it's so nice to meet you finally". The woman said joyfully.

"It's great to meet you Ma". Taehyung scratched his nape nervously.

"Silly, you can call me mum. You're family now".

"Mother can we sit down now?" Jimin interrupted.

"Of course we'll sit down for a long time. I need to know everything you're planning about your mating ceremony. When you plan to move in with your Alpha. How many pups you two want to have. Oh and guess what? Jimin I got you lots of pretty dresses for when you carry pups. They are more comfortable. Oh I got you the fluffiest fabrics for your nest. I also got the best birthing herbs from our village,trust me it's the best in the world. Ah! I can't wait to be a granny".

Jimin and Taehyung's mouths hung open as they listened to the woman blab on and on about her desires to be a grandmother. If only she knew. It was getting on Jimin's nerves because his mother was embarrassing him and he had enough of it so he flared up.

"Enough mother! I broke up with Namjoon. There will be no ceremony ok? There will be no pup, no nest, no pregnancy, no fucking Alpha! Taehyung here is my boss and I begged him to pretend we were together. So please just shut up and go home!" Jimin yelled and pointed at the door for his mother to leave.

"Jimin calm down". Taehyung was confused but he tried to calm everyone down.

"No, Mr Kim. My mother has always put pressure on me and this is the last time I will take it. I'm not interested in getting my heart broken anymore. I'm staying single forever". Jimin said as tears rolled down his face.

"Jimin, darling. I didn't mean to..."

"Just go home mother". The Omega opened the door and watched his mother walk out.

He slammed the door immediately after his mother left and in tears and agony, he slid down to the floor and cried. Taehyung moved closer to the weeping Omega and lifted him from the floor to the couch.

He went to the fridge to get some water for Jimin but when he brought the water, Jimin rejected it and demanded for alcohol.

Minutes later, Taehyung had joined the Omega to down several shots of alcohol and they were both sprawled on the floor giggling mindlessly. They told each other meaningless jokes and laughed whether it was funny or not.

"I'll beat them up Mr Kim. They hurt me". Jimin said bitterly but still laughed at himself.

"No no, I'll beat them up for you. How dare they hurt a princess? Those stupid stupid vagabonds". Taehyung spoke sluggishly.

"I am princess?" Jimin giggled.

"A very pretty pretty princess". Taehyung confessed.

Jimin stared into Taehyung's eyes as if he wanted the Alpha to read his mind. But the Alpha couldn't understand.

"Do you want to say something?" Taehyung asked.

"Kiss me Mr Kim". The Omega mumbled as a tear drop slid down his cheek but he still had a smile on his face.

"You like when I do that?"

"Mmhmm".

Taehyung stared at the Omega's lips and licked his own lips before slowly moving toward him. He cupped Jimin's cheeks and just when their lips were about to touch, they both burst into laughter, killing the whole romantic mood that was building up.

"Life is fucked up isn't it?" Taehyung asked.

"Mine is the most fucked up Mr Kim".

"Two fucked up people drinking and laughing. That's so...so"

"So magical?"

"No, so fucking fucked up".

They burst into another fit of laughter but when the loud laughter died down, they started crying together and hugging each other. In a matter of time, they dozed off on the floor.
