"What was the meaning of that display at Haneul's house? Do you have the idea that you just ruined our relationship?" Taehyung scolded Maya who just stared at him without saying a word.

"I'm talking to you, Miss Maya. Why did you kiss me in front of my girlfriend and even lied that we...that we...that we slept together?" The male continued scolding but it didn't move Maya one bit.

"I told you I love you several times but you don't take me seriously, I had to prove it". Maya replied nonchalantly.

"Maya you're like a sister to me".

"I am not your sister, I don't want to be your sister. I want to be your woman, your lover, your wife, your mate. Don't you get it?"

"It's impossible Maya. We can't..."

Maya shut him up with her index finger and slowly started walking around him while gliding her hands down his chest and then his shoulders and then throughout his back, her touch made Taehyung shut his eyes and clenched his jaw to control himself from getting affected by the female's touch.

"If my touch doesn't do anything to you, then I'll be convinced that you don't see me as a woman". Maya whispered to him while standing behind him and slowly massaging his shoulders.

Taehyung remained silent and let the female's voice sink into his soul. She was close to him, too close for his own sanity.

"You're not talking Alpha".

"Don't call me that".

"Why, does it make you want to bend me over and put me in my place?" Maya whispered to him and licked his earlobe afterward.

"Shit". The alpha mumbled and turned around to lift Maya off the floor.

He laid her down on the couch there in the living room and started kissing her which Maya returned immediately. She tugged on his hair while his hands remained on the couch caging the female under him.

Was he really going to let this temptation get to him? Was he going to break the trust Maya's parents have in him? But this was his dream since he was a teenager, no not the sex part but truly he had always been in love with Maya.

Maya knew what was going through Taehyung's mind and it was her job to convince him that they could start something.

"Touch me alpha". Maya whined when Taehyung wasn't returning the touches.

The male growled when she called him Alpha. He understood that she was submitting to him and nothing turned an alpha on more than submission.

But no Taehyung was more responsible than that and if he decided to start anything with Maya, then he'd do it the proper way which was the honorable way and the honorable way was to officially mate and mark each other.

"We need to stop". Taehyung lifted himself from the female under him.

Maya was disappointed but she held herself together and straightened her cloth before getting up from the couch. Just as she was leaving about to walk away, Taehyung called her back while still seated on the couch.

"I am in love with you too Maya". He finally confessed.

Maya stood still for a minute as they both stared at each other. Then she ran to him and landed on his body, giving him a tight hug and a kiss on the lip, then on the cheek, and all over his face.

"I love you, I love you more and more and more Oppa". The female couldn't hold back her excitement.

"May I have the permission to court you?"

"Yes, you have my permission to do anything you want with me". Maya jumped excitedly.

Mission accomplished and she didn't even need to wait for twenty-four hours for that to happen. Taehyung had officially asked to court her but there was one more problem and it had to do with telling their parents and convincing them to let them court and mate. Both of them were Alphas and everyone knew the result of two Alphas mating and possibly bearing pups. Maybe they'd make proper arrangements when it got to that but in the meantime, they needed their parents to agree.

Over the weekend, the couple had planned a meeting between their families to inform them of their intentions and the invitation was honored.

The older wolves already sensed what was about to happen when they saw Taehyung and Maya intertwining their hands and looking into each other's eyes before the male alpha started speaking. When he was done saying how long he hid his feelings and how he had fought internally to stop his heart from loving Maya, the female also poured her heart out, and everywhere was quiet as a graveyard.

"We already knew this and we used to secretly talk about it. It took you both long enough to confess to each other". Taehyung's mother spoke first.

"But I've been confessing since I was eleven". Maya defended causing Taehyung to chuckle.

"However, we are all aware of the implications of mating between two Alphas". Maya's father said, looking directly at the couple.

"If you both decide to mate then you have to give up on having pups. The point is that Maya would die if she gives birth which of course the pup would be a true blood alpha and no one survives after birthing true blood". The man continued stating facts that everyone knew already.

"Maya and I are aware of that and we've decided to get family planning medications and if we feel like having pups around, we can adopt as many as we want". The couple held each other tighter as they waited for their parents' response.

"Then I have nothing against you two mating".

"I support you two".

"We have a ceremony to plan".

"You both have our blessings".

The parents had agreed and the two Alphas were going to start a beautiful family together and that was all that mattered or was it?
