Third POV
Flashback
"Please," the little girl pleaded, "take my money and go!"
"We don't want the money, freak," the hooded figure smirked sadistically.
The hooded figure walked over to her slowly, tossing the knife if his hand around, as if what he was about to do was normal.
"Th-then what do you w-want," she stuttered out and started to shake slightly.
"Your life."
Present/ Akari POV
As soon as they came out of the puddle, they didn't hesitate to tear Kakashi to shreds. I could tell by their lagged movements, I broke one of their wrists, more precisely, the one with the longest chain. That would mean that's his weakest point.
As he was running at Naruto, I took out a senbon needle and threw it at a pain nerve in his broken wrist, making him scream bloody murder. The other looked over at him with wide eyes then whipped his head towards me, anger clouding his eyes.
He ran at me and threw a punch, which I narrowly dodged. I did a backflip, kicking his head up, making him levitate a few feet. I looked at Sasuke for a signal to finish him, to which he nodded and ran over to us.
The Chunnin responded quickly by doing a flip then landing on his feet. I kicked his kneecap, earning a snap from it, deeming him unable to run. Sasuke did his famous "Sasuke kick," which sent the nin flying.
Kakashi finally decided to show up, tying them to a tree. They were holding their injuries and sweating badly. Naruto and Sakura cheered for their sensei that wasn't dead anymore.
"Good job Akari, Sasuke," he turned to Naruto, who was still slightly frozen in fear, but wasn't cut by the poisoned blade, "I didn't expect you to freeze up like that."

I coughed, gaining their attention, and nodded my head to Tazuna, who was sweating furiously now.
"Ah, yes to bridge builder," Kakashi said, an evil glint in his eye, making the said person start to shake slightly.
"W-why did you f-fake your death," the Bridgebuilder asked cautiously.
"To see who they were after," he started, "it can't be me, Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto or Akari, so the only one left is you,"
"You have some 'splainin' to do, mister," I said sassily, doing the "Z" motion with my fingers.
He gulped.
Time Skip
So, Tazuna finished explaining about all the Gato stuff, which I tuned out. Now, Naruto was throwing Kunai at random places, and eventually almost hitting a rabbit.
"I'm so sorry, little bunny," Naruto purred, squashing the poor thing.
I lied down, waiting for Kakashi to tell us to duck.
"What are you doing?! We have a mission," the banshee snobbishly asked, which I responded with holding a finger up to her to zip it.
"DUCK!" Welp, there's the signal.
The sword embedded itself into the tree, as planned. MooMoo jumped out on it all high and mighty.
"Zabuza Momochi, the demon of the mist," Kakashi stayed.
"Kakashi Hatake, the Copycat ninja. To what do I owe the pleasure?"
