《Jade *COMPLETED*》Chapter 5

Jade POV
It has been two days since my outburst, and only today it has stopped raining making everything dangerously wet and slippery. And if you are wondering, no, I didn't go out at all of the house. In fact I barely left my room because I was so angry and just didn't want to see anyone.
I was currently out shopping in Port Angeles when I heard a very familiar voice calling me. I looked around to see Paul Lahote walking in my direction with a big smile on his face. "Morning Jade, lovely to see you this morning."
"Thanks Paul, it's good to see you too," I told him with a smile and saw that he was carrying shopping bags aswell. "Grocery shopping?"
"Yep, someone needs to feed me and it ain't gonna be my Dad cause he can't cook for shit," Paul said with a chuckle, making me chuckle in the process. "You're shopping too?"
"Yeah, I'm in need of a new wardrobe and need to buy food for the family," I said as we started walking in the direction towards Dad's truck. "Plus I don't want Dad and Jake to live off takeout food. They need more meat and vitamins."
Paul chuckled at my words as we came to a stop. I unlocked the truck and put everything in before turning to face Paul. "I'll see you around."
"Wait!" Paul exclaimed as I was just about to enter the truck. I turned around and stared at him. "Ummm....I was wondering whether you are busy later? Maybe we could go watch a movie and grab a bite to eat after. If you want to, of course."
I stared at him in shock as his words rang through my head. Is Paul asking me out on a date? Like an actual date? Like what Rachel and Ross did before the whole 'We were on a break' thing happened?

"Like a date?" I asked making him nod with a shy smile on his handsome face. "Sure, I would love to. Pick me up at 7 and no later." With that I got into the truck and drove back home.
I cannot wait.
Once I got home, I filled the fridge up after cleaning it a few hours ago. I then went into my bedroom and sorted my closet and wardrobe out. I then chose an outfit to go out in with me settling on a pair of high-waisted-tight-fitting jeans, a long black sleeveless top, a long blue hoodie with a hood, and a pair of boots. Once I was happy with my choice of clothes, I went to have a relaxing bath so that I could calm my nerves and be prepared for anything that will happen. And once I finished, I put on my red lingerie and put on my clothes before putting on a little blush, mascara and lip balm.
I soon heard a knock and the sound of the door opening. "Jadie! You have a visitor!"
I grabbed my phone, bag and purse before leaving my bedroom to see Dad and Jake speaking with Paul. All three looked in my direction when they probably heard the sound of my boots on the floor.
"Wow! Jade, you look amazing," Paul said completely mesmerized. I felt myself blush at his words, and I honestly drooled a little when I saw that he was wearing a short sleeved top with a black leather jacket, black jeans and boots. His masculine scent of spice and sweat, mixed with the perfume and deodorant that he was wearing was making me intoxicated.
"Thanks Paul, you look amazing too," I told him as he suddenly took my hand, kissed it and pulled out a bouquet of peonies, roses and lilies. My favourite flowers. "Paul....how did you know?" I took the bouquet and smiled at their scent.

"Intuition," he replied. "She will be back by 10, Billy."
"No problem Paul, take care of her," Dad said as he ushered us out of the house and me and Paul went into his black truck. Is black his favourite colour or something? I'll find out later, let me just enjoy this date.
And let me tell you something, I enjoyed this date so much that when we returned from the diner with the most delicious chicken wings ever......I kissed him! I just couldn't handle not knowing what his lips felt like against mine, and what he tasted like aswell.
Heck throughout the whole movie of Pirate of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, I could feel Paul's heated and longing stare. It did not help also when he out of nowhere, placed his hand onto my leg and rubbed it at the beginning of the movie making me feel very hot in my clothes. Like was the guy trying to get into my pants or what?!
I swear Paul Lahote is like a drug to me.

8 152A Dungeon Tested
Its a hard life balancing all the things a successful dungeon should be doing. Will our newest addition to the dungeon race even survive let alone make it to the top where dungeons such as the megafauna roam? Or will our main character suffer in the dust till some inauspicious and ignoble death at the end of some F-rankers sword? Note this is me having some fun while I wait for new releases of dungeon stories. Feel free to comment on that basis. I will be keeping the first few chapters slow so as to give me plenty to build upon later. I have tentatively given this the gore tag for now. With that in mind "Let the games begin".

And when the fires of burning buildings drive the old dragon to remember times that should be forgotten. What will they do? Maybe they will run off into the mountains hiding from all that would do them harm. Or maybe, just maybe, they will enter a world that has not seen such a pairing in a very long time. Join our story as we try to have the patience required for old bones to move and young minds to learn as disaster and adventure appear hand in hand.
