[3rd Person POV]

A sense of silence ran through the streets of New York as our heroes stared off against the two children of Thanos. A funny idea for one, (Y/n) was blind, and two, the amount of screams that tormented the surrounding block moments earlier had now been cleared. Unfortunately one noise was soon exchanged with another and that lead Ebony Maw to open his mouth.

Ebony Maw: "Hear me, and rejoice...You are about to die at the hands of the Children of Thanos. Be thankful, that your meaningless lives are now contributing to the balance of-"

Tony: "I'm sorry, Earth is closed today! You better pack it up and get outta here."

(Y/n): "You know, for once Tony, I agree with you."

Ebony Maw makes no move and merely just changes his view of sight from Tony and (Y/n), to Dr. Strange.

Ebony Maw: "Stonekeeper...Do these chattering animals speak for you?"

Dr. Strange: "Certainly not. I speak for myself..."

Magical shields are readied with his fists as Dr. Strange steps forward.

Dr. Strange: "...But you're trespassing in this city and on this planet."

(Y/n): "And we have a bone to pick between you and me. So if you want that stone, you'll have to go through me."

(Y/n) takes a firm step forward, gripping his only remaining Billy Club as he glares directly at Ebony Maw. He is soon joined however by Wanda, who activates her own powers and offers her boyfriend a smirk. The pair stand together in union as Ebony blows a sigh of annoyance.

Ebony Maw: [To Cull Obsidian] "He exhausts me."

Cull Obsidian: [Two untranslated syllables]

Ebony Maw: "Bring me the Stone."

Cull Obsidian: [Three untranslated syllables]

He drops his huge alien hammer into the road and begins dragging it along the ground as he obeys his brethren. Slowly approaching (Y/n), who is unable to realize exactly how big Cull Obsidian was.

Tony: "Wow. He really is big."

Wanda: [Annoyed] "(Y/n), tell me why you always pick a fight with the big ones? It's always the big ones."

(Y/n): "Wanda, I'm blind. Remember? How the hell am I supposed to know how tall the guy is?"

He say's as he glances in the direction of Wanda's voice. Unfortunately (Y/n)'s attention is suddenly drawn elsewhere as he's knock quite a distant backwards due to unforeseen large hammers heading his way. This caused (Y/n), who already had a damaged Daredevil suit, to go through twice the pain as he smashed into the front windscreen of a car. Causing him to groan in pain as Wanda took off to fight the large monster, as she did so with Dr. Strange's help Tony slowly walked over to (Y/n), his hands in his jacket pocket before he leans down and softly whispers in an agitated voice.

Tony Stark: " Dude, you're embarrassing me in front of the wizards.

(Y/n): "Embarrassing you?...Oh for--"

Tony: "Hey, hey. Christian values, remember?"

Slowly (Y/n) rolls off the damaged car and grunts to his feet as in the distance Strange and Wanda struggle to contain the beast that was Cull Obsidian. (Y/n) goes to join the fight, not wanting to leave Wanda alone any longer, but is stopped by Tony.

Tony: "Hey, stand down. (Y/n), I know you love to be the hero, but you need to relax."

(Y/n: [Struggles against Tony] "Relax? Tony, I can't relax while Wanda fight's that...thing! I've seen it fight--"

Tony: "Seen? Really? When?"

(Y/n) just goes silent as Tony's attempt at comedy, the Man without fear just groaning in both pain and annoyance as he grabs down at his gut. Tony see's this, but in a surprising move he dawns a sympathetic and nurturing voice as he stabilizes (Y/n)'s balance.

Tony: "Listen, I'm not saying to stop, just...wear a better suit, alright?"

Once more (Y/n) tilts his head in the direction of Tony's voice, though his sense's soon pick up the sound of the aforementioned Billionaire, playboy, philanthropist moving his hand about in his jacket pocket before finally revealing it.

Tony: "Here, try this."

A confused look mask's (Y/n)'s face as he once more tilts his head, hinting to Tony he didn't exactly know what to take. This caused another annoyed sigh to escape the rich playboys lips before he forcefully placed the item into (Y/n)'s hand. Immediately at first touch (Y/n) knew that whatever was in his hand, it was metal, and knowing Tony that mean't some kind of tech, a theory that would soon be confirmed.

(Y/n): "What's this?"

Tony: "Look. I'd love to explain the statistic's of my genius that was conjured into what's currently in your hand, but for right now all you need to know is that little device down there is going to make you go from 1-100 real quick. All you have to do is place it on your chest and the rest works by itself."

(Y/n): "I...You--...You know what, screw it. I can't be bothered right now."

Tony: "There we go." [Pats you on the back] "Go get em, Tiger."

So from that moment on (Y/n) blocks out every single noise beside the sound of the battle in front of him where Wanda could be seen thrown to the ground as Dr. Strange gets tossed through the air. But Cull Obsidian does not go towards the Doctor like he probably should have, instead he turns to face Wanda and slowly approaches the Sokovian born female.

Meanwhile back with (Y/n) he picks up the pace before finally deciding to place the piece of technology in his hand onto his chest, just as Tony had instructed. At first, nothing seemed to happen, but given a few seconds to kick it a loud humming suddenly struck, cursing (Y/n)'s super sense's beyond belief, while also violently rocking Cull Obsidian's ears as well. The pain-filled (Y/n) immediately jerks his head behind him towards Tony.

Tony: "What? It's experimental. It's bound to have a few bugs."

(Y/n) just shakes his head and mutters underneath his breath as he continues marching forward towards his girlfriend. But as he took his next step he was surprised when suddenly a strange feeling began to wash over his body. It felt as if a thousand ants of some kind were crawling over his body in union, when in fact it was the nano-technology that was equipped into the device placed on his chest and continued to form over his body as Wanda narrowly dodged an attack from Cull Obsidian's hammer.

Cull Obsidian: [Grunts and groans]

The noises continued to sprawl from his mouth as he desperately tried to strike Wanda, but the slick and agile heroine continued to narrowly dodge her attacks. Unfortunately the over sized effect of her scarlet jacket that she wore as apart of outfit soon began the undoing of her as Cull Obsidian smashed his foot down on the fabric, keeping Wanda in place, unable to move as the beast slowly lifted his hammer and towered over the Sokovian. A chuckle followed the creatures words as he prepared to strike Wanda, the Scarlet Witch now fearing for her life as she saw no possible way of avoiding seeming certain death, at least then she would finally see her brother again.

Unfortunately for Wanda, (Y/n) wanted to be the only male in her life now which lead to the unseen hero to throw a silver Billy Club directly at Cull Obsidian. But unlike his previous red one, this strike was so strong that it was enough to cause the beast to stumble backwards, allowing his foot to shift off of Wanda's suit and allow her to jump out of the way. As soon as that was done Wanda tumbled along the ground before her gaze, along with the others, shifted towards the direction of the Billy Club to see (Y/n) now standing in the center of the street wearing a completely different suit then one she had ever seen him wear before.

(Y/n): "Get away from her."

Wong: [To Tony] "Where'd that come from?"

Tony: "I have a bunch of toys lying around."

Dr. Strange: [Approaches the pair] "Why did you even have that with you?"

Tony: "Hmph. I guess I held out hope that the kid would show up on my doorstep one day begging for an upgrade. Thankfully I chose to take it with me when I left the house today."

Shocked faces were passed around by Dr. Strange, Wong and Wanda, as Cull Obsidian shock his head rapidly before narrowing his gaze onto (Y/n). The Man without Fear now filled with new found hope as he smirked and slowly approached the towering giant and Ebony Maw.

(Y/n): "You know, I'm not so sure on the black and red? But who know's maybe once I make your face red and black I'll grow to like it."

Once more Cull Obsidian growls as he swings his hammer over his shoulder and begins to charge directly at (Y/n) as if taking a play from the Hulk's book. Unfortunately for Cull Obsidian however, just like the Hulk, he lacked the brains, so in a shock moment that would rival them all the fight was suddenly thrown for a curve ball when Cull Obsidian was easily thrown backwards through the air after being struck in the face with one of (Y/n) new Billy Club's; powerful enough to through the Dwarf back to Maw, who gestures and deflects his massive companion into some cars.

(Y/n): [To Ebony Maw] "See? That's why they call me the Man without--"

Before (Y/n) could finish Ebony Maw creates a spike of earth from underneath (Y/n)'s feet and launches him far up into the sky before attacking the rest of the team with uprooted trees and other debris. But Wong is able to summon the Shield of the Seraphim to protect them whereas Tony presses the reactor on his chest to create his own nano-tech iron man suit to. Meanwhile Wanda uses her own abilities to protect herself, before looking behind her and reaching her arm out to catch (Y/n), his body hovering mere inches off the ground thanks to her powers.

(Y/n): [As he gets to his feet] "Thanks. What would I do without you?"

Wanda: "Please, without me you wouldn't be able to sleep at night, (Y/n)."

(Y/n): "I--"

(Y/n) proceeds to stop his words on his own accord as he struggled to understand exactly what Wanda mean't by them, however, the following seductive smirk from his girlfriend was more then enough to hint at what she mean't. Of course he could only go off what his sense's told him was a smirk, so it could have been anything. Meanwhile Tony, now decked in his Iron man suit, turns to Dr. Strange in an attempt to persuade the wizard to take care of the Time Stone.

Tony: "Gotta get that stone outta here, now."

Dr. Strange: "It stays with me."

Tony: "Exactly....So get going."

Iron Man flies through Ebony Maw's obstacle course of shards of road, metal, and buildings. As he does this (Y/n) jumps into the air to join Tony, but both are cut short by Cull Obsidian's hammer which wraps around their bodies respectively and sends them through a building and into the park at high speed, plowing into the ground and fetching up against a tree.

Tony: [Helmet retracts] "...Wow. That was...Something."

(Y/n): [Groans] "These guys are something else, Tony. It's gonna take a lot more then new suits to beat them."

Both get to their feet, but whereas (Y/n) is facing the direction of the Cull Obsidian, Tony instead chooses to look directly at (Y/n), as if hurt.

Tony: "Seriously? I give you a new suit and that's how you appreciate it?"

(Y/n): "What? No, I-...It's a very nice suit, Tony."

Tony: "Good room to breath, huh?"

(Y/n): [Looks down at his suit] "Uh, well...Yeah. It's...It's alright. A little more red might have--"

Immediately (Y/n) cuts himself off as his senses pick up the arrival of Cull Obsidian at the park. Instantly the giant growls and throws his hammer at (Y/n) and Tony, though only (Y/n) notices thanks to his senses.

(Y/n): "Hammer!"

Immediately (Y/n) pushes Tony out of the way before turning back towards Cull Obsidian and striking him directly in the jaw. With that moment of a distraction (Y/n) launches forward and applies a few punches to Cull Obsidian as he avoided as many attacks as he could. Unfortunately, Cull Obsidian's size soon showed in his favor as he swung a back hand and collided with (Y/n)'s face, sending the Devil of Hell's kitchen smashing into the grass.

Slowly (Y/n) lifts his body off the ground with a groan, his back turned to Cull Obsidian. But with Daredevil momentarily out of it the giant of Thanos takes this as his opportunity to fly through the air and pull his hammer back, ready to kill (Y/n). But just as Cull Obsidian believes he's won the battle, yet another curve ball it thrown as his hammer is forcefully stopped two or so meters away from (Y/n), who, upon noticing this turned around to see Spider-Man of all people standing before him

Peter: [To Cull Obsidian] "Hey, man."

He says with a calm demeanor...A demeanor he soon loses upon turning his head around to see Daredevil standing there.

Peter: "Mr. Daredevil? Is that you? I, uh...I like your new suit, it, um--"

(Y/n): "Yeah, yeah. Quit the fanboying for a moment, where'd you come from?"

Peter: "Field trip to MoMA!-

Cull Obsidian forcefully grabs Spider-Man and tosses him to the side. But with the monster momentarily distracted by Spider-Man's presence, (Y/n) takes the opportunity to lean backwards before ricocheting his feet forward and boots the giant backwards before Peter uses his webshooters to launch back into the fight and collide his knee with the side of Cull Obsidian's face. Once done Spidey lands next to (Y/n).

Peter: "So, uh...Daredevil? Where have you been, I mean, New York's missed you, man."

(Y/n): [As he catches his breath] "Space. Asgard...Jersey. You name it, I've been there lately."

Peter: "Wow! Asgard? Hey, is it really made off--"

He's then suddenly interrupted by Cull Obsidian unleashing a hellish scream as he free's his hammer from the ground.

Peter: "Dude, what is his problem?"

(Y/n): "There's three things you need to know, kid. One. He's from space. Two. He's after the Infinity stone around Doctor Strange's neck. And three, we need to stop him."

Peter: "S-Stop him? Like...Like a team up?" [He turns his gaze] "Oh my gosh. I'm actually going to team up with daredevil, I-I've got to tell Ned. This is so awesome."

Peter muttered, hoping not to embarrass himself in front of the Man without Fear, unfortunate, as he turned his gaze back towards daredevil, all he saw a smirk resting on (Y/n)'s lips as he stared at Peter, signalling that he had heard what the boy had just sad.

(Y/n): "You that excited to fight with me?"

Peter: [Nods his head, nervously] "Uh, y-yeah...I'm like, a really big fan."

(Y/n): "Well then, I'll try not to disappoint."

He said with that same smirk as (Y/n) and Peter turned back towards Cull Obsidian. Daredevil carried a serious look with his stance, while Peter was struggling not to glance at (Y/n) every 5 seconds as if doing so to confirm that what was currently happening was real and not another one of his dreams. Elsewhere, Wanda and Doctor Strange fight Maw. Maw lifts several bricks from the ground and turns them into sharp points, which he proceeds to send towards Wanda and Doctor Strange. The latter make's a portal and boomerang them back towards Maw.

He goes to move a car to protect himself, but one spike still hits his head, creating a cut which clearly does not go well with the evil sorcerer. Angered, Maw uses a broken fire hydrant's water stream to knock Doctor Strange back several meters, rendering him dazed momentarily. But with Maw's attention shown to be clearly on Doctor Strange, Wanda takes this as her opportunity to send a wave of her chaotic energy and bind Maw's hands and yanks on Maw. But Maw flies forward with all the force of the pull and smashes Wanda to the side, her head collides with the side of a car, allowing Maw to send all his attention back to Doctor Strange, who he quickly pins upside-down against a building, using the bricks from the walls to trap the Sorcerer Supreme.

Maw: "Your powers are quaint. You must be popular with children."

An evil smirk rests on Maw's face before he reaches out and tries to grab the eye of Agamotto which holds the Time Stone. But he suddenly jerks backwards when it burns his hand, a mark of the infinity stone burnt into his hand. A cocky grin forms on Dr. Strange's face.

Dr. Strange: It's a simple spell, but quite unbreakable.

Maw: [Growls] "Fine!...Then I'll take it off your corpse!"

Maw pulls Doctor Strange away from the building and throws him to the ground. Even with the pain coursing through his body Doctor Strange starts the gestures to activate the Eye of Agamotto, but utility cables first pin Doctor Strange's arms, interrupting the spell and closing the Eye, while another cable winds around his torso, then tightens around his throat.

Dr. Strange: "You'll find... removing a dead man's spell...troublesome."

Maw: [Chuckles] "Oh...You'll only wish you were dead."

The cables grip around Doctor Strange's neck only tightens until the Sorcerer Supreme struggles to keep his eyes open, ultimately he falls unconscious and drops to the ground; Maw raises a portion of street pavement underneath the good doctor and use's it as a carrier. But the Cloak of Levitation works its master loose of the cable spiral and flies the unconscious Doctor Strange away, though not for long until Maw finally notices and yells.

Maw: "NO!"

Elsewhere, (Y/n), Peter, and now Tony, are all seen fighting off Cull Obsidian when suddenly the unconscious Doctor Strange flies pass them through the park.

(Y/n): [To Peter] "Kid, that's the wizard. Go get him."

Peter: "On it!"

And so, Spider-Man chases Maw, floating speedily and upright on a small platform of burbling debris leaving a deep rut in the streets, who in turn chases the Cloak-driven Doctor Strange through Manhattan; meanwhile (Y/n) and Tony work as a team to fight off Cull Obsidian.

Tony: "Hey, (Y/n). Remember Sokovia?"

(Y/n): [He stops momentarily, stunned] "Duh, of course I do, Tony. It's not something I can suddenly forget, especially when it has to do with my girlfriend."

Tony: "Yeah, yeah, you're in love, we get it. What I mean't is...." [He turns to you and winks] "Do you remember Sokovia?"
