This part is short because the cut is necessary.

Beam blinks. He leans down and kisses Forth in his lips. "I was just want a boyfriend when I court you." He says honestly.
"I know. That's why I don't want to. I know I would die if you suddenly want to play the 'game' again and left me." Forth says. He looks at Beam. "... I thought you'll be around longer if we were stay friends."
Beam blinks.
Forth sighs. "But then you left me... sooner."
Beam blinks again.
Forth blinks too. "I like you since the first day I met you during our freshmen year." He says.
Beam looks at Forth in surprise. He didn't know that....
"I love you since day two you court me." Forth continues. "I told myself not to want you. My brain listens." He scoffs hard to swallow his tears. "I thought I didn't have a heart, I didn't tell it not to want you." He sighs. "I am super stupid." He looks down.
Beam blinks.
"And then suddenly I have this much spare time." Forth says. "You didn't even text me, only a picture of us and a picture of you and Lam... nothing else, but suddenly I always check on my phone—just in case you'd text or call me."
Beam smiled thinly.
Forth taps lightly on Beam's lips. "I was in the middle of writing my lab report but half part of me thinking—should I work it with you? I mean, we can have delivery then we could just sit together and study different things, like how you finish your assignment at Lam's house."
Beam chuckled.
Forth blinks. He looks at Beam deeply. "Even when I play game with the boys. I keep looking at my side. I thought you'll be there and chew a ball of snack—or something." He shakes his head. "I thought we will share lunch together and talk about nothing and I just... missed you."

"You'd feel the same if Park or Lam wasn't around." Beam says softly. He taps lightly on Forth's cheek.
Forth shakes his head. He smiled sadly. "I tried forcing that thought. I really did. But no. I wouldn't have to hold my boner when they threw sex jokes on me. Unlike when you said you were 'full' down there. Seriously...." he sighs. "I was too scared that we won't make it so I just... trying to keep you close as friend. But you need time to adjust back at friend. By the time you could treat me as a friend again, I know I would be long died...."
Beam laughs. "You won't...."
"I'm an asshole and a coward. I know." Forth cuts in. He looks at Beam in his eyes. "If we were together, I am not sure I fulfil your expectation to be a perfect boyfriend who could give you happiness like how you want it too. Honestly, I am not even sure that I can perform that good in bed. I didn't do it often."
"Really? I thought you always hunt at the bar with Park." Beam doesn't believe it.
"No. Park and I just like to drink. Mostly we will go home alone. Unlike you—in your 'golden days'. We just proud that people thought us as interesting enough. I mean... look at us, Engineering students are cavemen." Forth says. "We're not glowing. You? You even glow in the dark."
"Owh." Beam blinks. "I didn't know that you guys don't have confidence at all."
Forth sighs. "Yeah. I can say confidently that I can destroy a Faculty but if it was about relationship... I don't...." he shakes his head. "I mean... look at Lam. He've been liking Park since forever but do nothing about it. Having feeling for a playboy is not a good idea."
"You said Park was just enjoying drink with you." Beam says.

"He's still a playboy tho." Forth says. "He has three or four ex-girlfriends who left him because he was too busy with us or the game. Since then if he needs sex, he'll do a 'hit and run' too."
Beam blinks. "They left them because he was too busy with the boys and the game? He was not a playboy since the beginning?"
Forth nods. "I can see you are a high maintenance. I thought you'll leave me in less than a week." He sighs.
Silence.
"So... uhm... meet my mom...?" Forth asks again. He is slightly trembling.
Beam looks at Forth terrified eyes. Ah, whatever. He will take responsibility upon his act. He slowly nods. "What should I wear?"
"Your best smile." Forth answers while smiling.
Beam chuckled. He smiled too. "Hm." He leans closer and drop a peck on Forth's lips. "What about Max's birthday and the paintball...?"
Forth sighs. "Will you change your mind if we did it the next weekend?"
Beam shakes his head while smiling tenderly.
"Really?" Forth is not sure.
Beam nods.
Forth smiled. He looks at Beam deeply.
Beam can see that Forth is still frightened. He chuckled. "What...?" He asks softly.
"I thought you were just joking about me." Forth adds in whisper.
Beam laughs. "What? Why?"
Forth shrugs. "Maybe you find it funny to confuse me."
Beam blinks. "I... confuse you?"
"You got me lost my mind. I am going crazy and I don't know what's right or wrong anymore. I didn't even follow my own rules on bros before hoes." Forth says. He smiled sadly. "Suddenly I am not that one of the bests on your list... right?"
Beam chuckled. "We'll see...." He slides and climbs slowly on Forth's lap. "Give me your best kiss and I will tell you."
Sweat breaks in Forth's palm. "You make me nervous."
Beam chuckled. Okay. This gang leader is surprisingly bully-able. "Graww, wolfie...." He says hissing into Forth's parted lips.
"Tsk." Forth clicks his tongue and eats Beam on his lips. He'll make sure there's nothing left from Beam after him then.
Beam is still trying to dominate the kisses when Forth starts invading his mouth. But then he can't breath by the way Forth sway his lips. And how Forth tasted, and smelled, and....
... something hard grows down there.
Beam smirks between their kisses.
Forth grins. He put Beam on the table to have a feast, but before he enjoy his 'lunch', a book smacks his head.
"Ouch!" Forth turns from Beam on the table—underneath him, to his side.
Phana is there. He put both his hands on his waist. "I know this would happened. He has class at 1 PM. He can't miss it."
Beam laughs while lying in the table with a hard on.
Forth growls. He turns to Phana. "Can you stop being such a dad for now? Just this time only?"
Beam slowly sits down. He still rounds his arms on Forth's shoulder. "Hey, wolfie.... How about dropping by to my place before Max's birthday party at the bar, hmm? Let's have a 'private party' first."
"Hmm...." Forth kisses Beam on his lips for a make out again.
"5 minutes before 1 PM." Phana says flatly, ruining the mood.
Forth clicks his tongue. He pecks Beam's lips for one last time.
Beam chuckled. "Tell Ming to fuck him dead tonight." He says to Forth.
Forth smiled. "I will."
Phana rolls his eyes. "3 minutes to 1 PM." He says coldly.
*
KNOCK KNOCK.
Beam smiled. He opens his door for Forth in the evening.
"Hi, wolf~...."
BAM.
Forth kicks the door closed and the rest of the "~fie...." got into their kisses.

Return of the Woodcutter
Aito Walker was a self-proclaimed martial artist, a criminal, a broken man, and a fishing slave who later became a woodcutter before dying due to his heavy consumption of alcohol. With thousands of other humans, he is forcefully revived into a boundless grey space by the gods of a foreign world, Iris, to take part in a never-ending war waged against Fearmongers. A race capable of corrupting living beings and inducing fear, even the bravest of warriors cannot resist—when the Fearmongers do not kill them, that is.To bait humans into this conflict, the gods offer the mortals powers in exchange of eternal servitude and the completion of trials before finally entering Iris.Even though Aito doesn’t agree with it, he sees in Iris a chance to atone for his past misdeeds, in this fantasy world of swords and magic filled with many races, where everything seems possible. He will pave his own path despite the gods he despises trying to manipulate him into doing their bidding.Aito will start with almost nothing but his wit, a peculiar system, and increased strength—much like other revived humans.Bearing a sin—he could not, cannot, and will not forget—haunting him to this day, Aito will strive to regain what little honor he has left.He will suffer and, at times, fail. Taking advantage of his weaknesses, the Fearmongers, demigods, gods, and many others will hinder his path. But a powerful yearning will keep him from falling apart. An ever-burning flame melting away the despair and welding back the broken pieces of courage.A single desire.«I will find redemption no matter the cost.»………Or not, hun, who knows? The book isn’t done yet. Haha—SLAP!«Who put this guy in the synopsis narration?! Get him out of here and launch the warnings! Now!»***WARNINGS:— The MC is human. If you’re looking for a perfect MC, you’ll only be wasting your time here. However, if you’re looking for an MC who will LEARN, GROW because of his flaws. An MC who will try his hardest to overcome adversity, then you’re in the right place.— No harems. However, it doesn’t mean the characters can’t fool around without having love interests. A relationship isn’t necessary for people to satisfy their physical desires.— You will find a few typos, grammatical and wording issues, that’s certain. I’ll do my best to bring you guys quality content and such issues will either be nonexistent or extremely few. However, one man can only do so much. If I get enough support, I’ll hire an EDITOR that will look at the chaps with a fresh eye. And POOF! Issues no more. Improved quality. Happier author and reader. Not sure if the editor will be happy tho.— The first three chapters are fast-paced as to quickly get into the nitty-gritty but slow down afterward to give the story the time it needs to progress accordingly.— The book can, never mind, it will contain «strong» language, gore and violence.— Comedy, as you know it (and if you don’t, now you know) is subjective. So you might not like the jokes.— If you truly read that until the end you have my virtual congratulations ‘cause I sure as hell wouldn’t have done that.

Algier, average human and recent convict, has committed the gravest sin of all: demon slaying. His fate? To participate in the Culling, a battle-royale style tournament that’s televised live to the world, where all the worst criminals go to die. As with all tournaments, a prize is on the line. If Algier survives, he can have any wish granted by the Marquises, the new rulers of Earth following the demons’ invasion. However, there’s little hope for survival in a tournament designed to have demons do the work of the executioner, especially for a human. Demons are stronger, faster, wiser, and more talented than the average human, and, despite his crime, Algier is no demon hunter. Mentally defeated before the tournament even begins, Algier is torn between becoming another demon’s points and fighting on in his dead mother’s legacy. But should he choose to fight, there is one advantage that Algier has that can tip the odds in his favour: Demons don’t lie, but humans can. How to read this story Demons Don't Lie is written from the perspective of an unreliable (lying) narrator. There are many inconsistencies within the story which are placed there intentionally. It's up to the reader to decide what is the truth and what is the lie. Promotion Full quality cover image
