Jo, sitting vigil, puts cold towels on Beth's hot forehead. " you will get better. Father will get better. And we'll all be together soon." Beth sighed looking at her older sister " you can't stop gods will." Jo smiled at Beth God hasn't met my will yet. What Jo wills shall be done."
Aunt Marches house Day
Amy is working very diligently on her french and her painting hoping to have both done soon so she can meet Lottie in the Gardens for lunch to learn more french. Aunt March notices the quite little girl and admirers her " Amy? Come here." As Amy sets her paint brush aside and walks around the corner to see Aunt March, Aunt March point at the chair beside her " come, sit." Amy sits down next to Aunt March " If you are very good one day this ring will belong to you." Amy marvelled at the ring "really?" Aunt March nods her head "you just keep being a proper young lady and see if it doesn't, you are your family's last hope now. Beth is sick, Jo is a lost cause and Meg has had her head turned by some penniless tutor. It'll be up to you to support them all, and your indigent parents in their old age. So you must marry well and save the family." Amy looks serious as Aunt March releases her. Amy walked back to her painting She had never thought about marriage like this she had never thought that marriage was an economic proposition. Amy felt her heart drop slightly she had only ever imagined marrying Lottie although she would never tell anyone. The way Lottie was just so prefect with her smile and her accent and the way she would dance around with anyone who would dance with her when Beth played the piano or the way she rode on horses with Laurie coming past the March house laughing or the way she would lay her head in Amy's lap as she read to her while Amy stroked her hair or the way they would lie together in bed after Lottie would end up staying over. Lottie was perfect, everything Amy wanted and yet she knew she could never have her society wouldn't allow it and Aunt March would most definitely not allow it.

The Interstellar Artship
Hello? Traveler? Hi. My name is Silas. I’m the Chronicler around here. Might I entreat you to stay with us a while? We are a meager fleet of artships, eking our way across the charred and shrewd universe. Please, join us around the table and tell us your story. Our lives depend on it. I’m sure you know this world proves demanding, strange, and lonely. But here we go together, a caravan fleet of spacefarers, challenging the starry frontier, investigating the strangeness. Our warp-drives run on inspiration—a volatile fuel collected from the active minds of the artists, writers, and musicians among us. But the clock runs out—the Heartless in their scarships seek to destroy all that is beautiful, systematically deconstructing all creativity in order to fuel their weapons and feed their evil powers. We’ve all been hurt by those hateful devourers. We’ve all lost loved ones. But no more. No more, I say! Together we unite and make our arduous journey to the dreadful Shattered Suns—the home of our enemy. Once and for all the question shall be answered—the path to life shall show itself. **** If you would like to read the Artifacts which Silas and the Sojournor crew restore, visit our patreon page. I'll be there long after your descendants have died. Let's say I'm old, shall we? Well, it doesn't show, because I certainly look something like 17. 'll have to trust me. Ah, ah! Let's start at the beginning: if the weird ideograms on this document make sense to you, then someone has taught you my mother tongue. Congratulations, I am dealing with a well educated individual! Where are you from? Is there anything interesting going on in your era? Because obviously, a few centuries (millennia, actually) will have passed since this was written, so please excuse my curiosity. Ugh... get real. You know no one is gonna read this thing.
