Of course, as everyone expected, Stella was the baby-name-chooser once again. The predictions started when she was two, and Amy was born, and she took one glance in the chubby, red humans direction and said two syllables which sounded quite like the name 'Amy'.
'Daisy' turned out to be very fitting for the first born, as the child tried to eat a daisy, although she didn't have teeth, so it proved rather hard.
The second child was called 'Demi', which Stella didn't understand, and she quite preferred the name 'window' or maybe even 'door', but Mr Brooke didn't agree with Stella's joke on how 'door' had a 'ring' to it.
"Listen up!" Jo announced the week after Daisy and Demi's birth. "This week has been very eventful, and I wish to add one more event to the festivities."
Stella gasped, and squealed. She knew what was about to happen.
"Although we'd have to do it secretly, and pray that we don't get locked up in jail for the rest of our lives, or maybe even killed... Charlie. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I don't want a sappy speech or a big party. I just want you and everyone in this room."
Jo got down on one knee, and Stella exclaimed a loud "Thank Christ!"
"Charlotte Vaughn. Will you marry me?" Jo asked, and the March family (and the Laurences) watched with baited breath.
"Of course I will!" Charlotte exclaimed exasperatedly, and the army of March's, Brooke's and Laurence's cheered.
_______________
"I love love." Stella sighed happily to Teddy as they sat on the sofa in front of the fire, Stella curled up into his side, Teddy's arms around her.
"So do I."
They sat in silence, before Laurie sighed. Stella ignored it, just thinking he was tired. Then he sighed again, and the only indication that she was even acknowledging it was that she nuzzled further into his grasp.

"What's wrong?" Stella asked after he sighed for the third time.
"Nothing." He paused, before Stella looked up at him, as if to say 'try again.'
"It's just... Jo knew. She knew."
"Jo knew what?" Stella asked, her head on Teddy's chest.
"She knew that I was going to ask you to marry me." Laurie waited nervously, but Stella didn't realise what he said, nodding.
"I suppose that's about right. Hang on a second!" She withdrew from his grip.
"Estella Jane March, will you marry me?"
"How do you know my middle name?" She asked him, trying to cover the tears in her eyes.
"Just answer the question, Elle." Teddy laughed.
"I suppose that sounds alright." She joked, before Laurie tackled her into a hug.
"You know, I was so scared that you would say no." Teddy whispered into her hair, and Stella shook her head, running her hands through Teddy's hair.
"I was scared that you'd never ask. Although, we probably shouldn't tell everyone until next week. You know, leave a week between each big event in the March/ Laurence/ Brooke/ Vaughn lives."
Teddy nodded, not caring about when he had to tell everyone, only caring that Estella March was about to be his wife.
And boy was he excited.
