"Kit! Open the door! Give me the car keys and let me go back!", Singto knocks on Krist's bedroom door.
Krist snapped back in the present because of the knocking of his partner who sounded annoyed as of the moment.
He opened the door for his senior and handed the keys right away which made Singto paused for a moment.
he asked Krist, his face wondering.
The young lad just nodded without saying a word. Singto expects a little resistance from his Nong that's why he is doubtful when the latter just easily handed him the car keys.
he asked again, probing.
"Choose.", he said as he faces Singto.
"Huh?", Singto looked puzzled.
"Where do you want to sleep? Here in the beach house? Or in the streets. The car just ran out of fuel. The nearest gas station is 10 kilometers away. If you want to go, then start walking now.", he responded, putting on a blank face.
Singto exclaimed, wanting to cuss at Krist but the latter stopped him by putting his hand up, signaling him to stop.
"Of course. As I've thought.", he resigned as he let out a deep sigh.
"What can I do? Seems like the world is testing my patience right now.", he thought to himself.
Singto asked instead as he entered Krist's room.
"This is our family's vacation house. Nobody's been here for a while. We only have someone to clean this up once a month. Or once in two months.", Krist answered Singto, following his P as the latter flopped his body down on his bed.
Singto continued asking, turning his gaze towards Krist as his body is sinking in the soft almost fluffy bed.
Krist responded casually.
Singto replied sarcastically.
"Wait! Next month?! I thought we're only staying for a few days?", Singto asked, looking surprised again.

Krist grinned at his P's expression.
he replied teasing his P.
"What does it have to do with me? In my opinion, everything depends on you. You were the one who asked to go solo.", Singto responded a little wryly.
"You really won't let it go, huh?", Krist shook his head, scoffing while looking at his P.
Singto went silent. He doesn't want to argue anymore. It's useless anyway. Besides, the idea of spending the last days together with this stubborn man is not a bad idea somehow. Maybe. He can still change his mind.
" Krist then said as he took off his shirt in front of Singto.
the latter protested in a panicked voice.
"I'm changing my clothes. I've been driving all day, I feel itchy.", he explained, continuing what he was doing.
Singto responded, throwing a pillow to Krist.
" Krist retorted, suppressing a chuckle.
he protested, covering his eyes with a pillow.
"Guest, my ass", Krist whispered, amused at his P's flustered look.
Singto asked.
he denied, acting casual.
"Get out and wait for me to get changed then let's have late lunch.", he ordered.
" Singto jumped out of the bed and hurriedly went out of the room.
A little flushed at what he just witnessed.
"It's not like it was the first time I saw him undressing. But this is the first time I saw him undressing while I am in this confused state. I've always thought that what I felt for him was just the sense of familiarity.. But.. Since that night I saw him with my own eyes with someone else. And him wanting to go solo.. I mean, I don't mind if it's for his career growth.. But... I feel like he's doing it for that woman.. I'm starting to doubt that what I feel is more than that..", he thought to himself, taking a deep breath, sighing.

"Ugh.. Stop!", he pacified himself, pressing his glabella to distract himself.
"Sissy.", Krist mumbled as he watches his senior rushed out, chuckling to himself.
"They say jokes are half meant.. Do you feel it? Do you even notice?"
His smile slowly faded as he remembered the reason why they are in this place.
"Why did you want to break up your tandem with Singto all of a sudden? You haven't mentioned about it or showed interest about it before? There were a lot of offers for you but you declined all of them with no hesitation. Now this? What's really going on?", P'Tae asked Krist the day before.
She's seriously agitated because of Krist's sudden change of mind. Krist justlooking at the floor, staring blankly. His head is full of doubts and worries. P'Tae sat down in front of him, patting him on the shoulder.
"Kit.. I know that, though you two are acting cold towards each other, I can sense that you genuinely adore Singto.", she then uttered in a calmer tone as she gazes into Krist's eyes, trying to get deeper into his feelings.
The young lad looked back at her still not uttering a word but no sign of denying what just P'Tae said.
she continued.
Krist opened his mouth in surprise but couldn't say a word.
she concluded.
She then caught Krist's gaze and sincerely asked, wanting to confirm her observation.
