I wake up in a car.
Horhe was driving and Akita was sitting next to me in the back seat. He was staring out the window, looking lost in thought.
I didn't want him to notice I was awake because then I would have to talk with him. That would be a huge pain.
Yet, luck is never on my side, so he looked down at me and smiled.
"Your awake!"
"Yes."
I say sitting up.
"I was wondering what was taking so long."
I stay silent, staring at my hands in my lap.
"Everyone will be so excited to see you again. Your mom has been going crazy trying to find you. I'm glad to see you again-"
"Why are you helping her?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, why are you helping the bitch who ruined my life!" I say, looking at him.
Whether he was really good at hiding emotions, or he really didn't didn't care, his expression was unbothered. Which frustrated me to no extent.
"Because."
He smiled, making me want to punch him so hard.
This man had the nerve to make me fall in love and believe he was in love, kidnap me, and tell me he was taking me back to the woman I hated most in my just 'because'.
"Besides, why should I care what happens to you. You obviously don't care about me anymore."
I looked back at my hands, remembering that Isen was locked up somewhere.
"Speaking of your boyfriend, he was very stubborn and wouldn't tell us anything about you, John, or any of your other new friends. Even after we started the centipedes and spiders. He looked like someone that would be scared of bugs."

"If you hurt him-"
"Don't worry your pretty little head off. He is not going to get hurt. Your mother needs him for something."
"And that is?"
The car stops.
"Oh look were here!"
I look out the window and see her.
The one and only Mom.
I almost gagged at the site.
'This is to save Isen' I kept saying in my head. After I finally built up enough courage, I got out of the car.
"(Y/N) my dear!"
"Hello Mom."

Ten Thousand Sallys
Imagine waking up in a hospital room, you can barely move. No one comes when you call. The only other person present is a little boy, who is, surprisingly, more help than you would expect. What would you do? This is the exact situation Sally finds herself in. Almost immediately she discovers that nothing is what she thinks it is. Not the boy, not the hospital, maybe not even herself. She is in deep trouble and the consequences will be dire if she can’t find a way out. She is a fighter, though, and just doesn't quit. As a baseline human, she starts as the lowest of the low and has to claw her way up in spite of being tangled in a shifting web of schemes and plots. She has to do her best, and maybe her best is pretty good. As Sally uncovers more about her situation, she finds that she has to be smart and tough and that in this place she needs to depend on her friends, who are using her as much as she is using them. This book contains themes concerning life, death, and body functions, light swearing, minimal nakedness, and should be suitable for most. Some pertinent info: Ten Thousand Sallys is a complete novel of approximately 140 pages in 20 chapters. Around 80,000 words. not too long, and maybe too short. Half a century of relatively uneventful years passed… humanity slowly descended into corruption, and the majority of them knew nothing of the effects of the Crimson Abyss. Is there only the dreadful gloom left to the world? Can one find brightness in the increasingly gloomy world? The youth who had gazed into the Crimson Abyss had no answer, nor did he care. He only wanted the Crimson Gloom to end, to forever seal the Crimson Abyss. A mistake and a twist of fate led the youth into a seemingly totally different direction. Will he forget his lifelong goal?
