The anger that filled my body I couldn't quite explain it. Hoping out of the shower Tom tried reaching for me.

"Eva please".

I was tired of her treating me like a victim.

"Let me guess she probably said that she was gonna report us too right?".

"That bitch". Grabbing the towel I walked into the room looking for my, clothes.

"Eva just calm down. I don't care about that, I care about you".

"I trusted her!"

Tom tried blocking the door way struggling to get his clothes on.

"Tom, take me to that fucking dorm".

"Okay okay...I will, just calm down".

"I'm calm...where the fuck is my underwear" I said looking around.

Tom picked it up from the floor, handing it to me.

Snatching it from him and putting it on I stormed out of the room. Tom running ahead of me. Grabbing my keys before I could get a change to get it.

"I'm not giving it till you calm down, please".

I rolled my eye crossing my arms before nodding.

"Just sit down, let me get dressed I'll drive you".

The car ride was silent, with Tom constantly glancing towards me to and squeezing my thigh, waiting for me to reassure him. I really didn't know what to think, I wanted to believe that this was all a misunderstanding and Maddie wouldn't do such a thing. Resting my head against the mirror.

"Eva, I'm sure she loves you and she's a good friend".

"Tom stop trying to make excuses for her, It's between me and her okay?".

"Okay, I just want you to be okay".

Reaching the dorm I stormed out of the car, slamming the door before Tom could calm me down. He stepped out of the car, following behind me.

Getting to the stairs I turned to Tom.

"Just stay here", I say, Walking up the stairs and towards my dorm.

I swung the door open to reveal Maddie getting ready to go to the gym.

I knew this because she was dressed in her leggings and had her gym bag on.

She turned to me confused.

"Um hey", she said.

"Save it", I snapped at her.

She had a puzzled look on her face.

"Oh please don't act dumb", I yelled.

"What the fuck is your problem"

"My problem! I'm not the one texting peoples boyfriends talking about they should break up". The look she gave after I couldn't explain, she knew she couldn't explain or guilt trip her way out of this.

"I don't know what you're talking about", she said acting surprised.

"Oh bull shit Maddie! What's your fucking obsession with Tom".

"He's just using you!" She turned yelling back at me.

"Fuck you Maddie! How do you know that, since you know everything huh".

"Maybe cuz I'm fucking in love with you", she turned to me.

"Don't you fucking get it, do you know how hard it is living with someone knowing they're never gonna love you back".

You really don't prepare for situations like this, you're friend telling you she loves you. Nothing could have prepared me for this moment. Watching Maddie's eyes brim with tears.

"And I hate that I'm so in love with you, and you know what, if you wanna be with the teacher that's twice your age...do that! I'm sick of it".

"Maddie", I stutter trying to understand.

"And you know what, I'm leaving, I'm transferring schools and the only reason why I came here was cuz how madly I was in love with you, so screw me for having hopes".

Nearing Maddie I tried to hug her but she pushed my hands off her. Storming out of the room and loudly slamming the door. I stood there speechless for a while, tears welling up in my eyes and finally streaming down my face. Tom entered the room.

"I just saw Maddie storm off are you okay".

He said, I turned to him crying. Tom paused before swiftly bringing me into a hug. Words couldn't explain my heart break. Sniffling into Toms chest I wrapped my hands around him.

Tom didn't say anything, he didn't ask questions he just hugged me. And I never needed a hug more in my life.
