《I Don't Like You - Beomgyu x Taehyun》XX

I can't believe it's tomorrow!" Beomgyu heaved, after they finished running through their new dances, "It feels like we just debuted yesterday and here we are with our first comeback." It's been roughly five months since all of the drama finally settled down and after returning to the academy all of their energy has been focused on preparing for their upcoming album.
"I know," Kai panted as he took a seat on the studio floor, "Time really does fly by fast."
"Do you think they'll like it?" Taehyun quietly asked as he leaned against one of the dance bars.
"Of course!" Yeonjun pushed back his blue hair after taking a sip of his water, "It's going to be magical." The four boys just stared emotionless at the eldest member, making him feel awkward, "What?"
"I'm sure they will," Soobin walked over to Taehyun and placed a hand on his shoulder in an attempt to comfort him, "They've been waiting for way too long and I'm sure are more than eager to hear our new music."
"Don't touch my boyfriend," Beomgyu snarled at the slight skinship.
Soobin rolled his eyes, "I was his friend way before you guys officially became a thing."
"That doesn't matter!" Beomgyu pouted as he crossed his arms, "Taehyun is mine and mine only."
Soobin took a step away from the younger, "Better?"
"Yes," Beomgyu smiled, "Thank you."
"But what would happen if I did this?" Soobin pulled Taehyun back into a hug and the younger returned the action, laughing, because he knew how the blonde would react.
"Stop being such a brat," Beomgyu rushed over the the couple, causing Soobin to jump back and giving an opportunity for the blonde to grab Taehyun and pull the brown haired boy close to him, "Anyways back to what Soobin was saying," Beomgyu started stroking Taehyun's hair while eyeing their leader, "We wouldn't have had to make our fans wait so long if someone didn't decide to catch pink eye."
"I'm sorry?" Soobin chuckled, "I can't control that."
"Well I've heard that conjunctivitis is like an STD," Yeonjun, who was now sitting next to Kai, stated, "The only way you can get it is through kissing!"

Soobin rubbed his temples, "That's not how it works."
"Yuh huh! And who else had pink eye? Taehyun!" Kai gasped, "That means you two kissed!"
Soobin didn't bother trying to hide his annoyance, "You two are so annoying I swear to-"
"T-that's not true," Beomgyu looked between Soobin and Taehyun, "Right?"
"Don't tell me you actually believe them," Taehyun looked at the older and licked his lips, "If that was the case then how come you never got it."
"Because when you were infected you had to be separated from everyone else," Yeonjun slapped his own forehead, "Duh."
Beomgyu pecked the younger's lips before turning his attention to the two babbling idiots on the floor, "Don't forget that both of you had it for a while too. According to your logic, that means at least one of you kissed Soobin too."
Kai stared at the blue haired boy with wide eyes, "I didn't kiss Soobin, did you?"
Yeonjun smirked, "Maybe I did, maybe I didn't."
"You jerk!"Kai launched himself at the older, tacking him on the ground, "He's not a better kisser than I am, right?"
"I don't know," Yeonjun bit his lips as he stared back up at the desperate boy on top of him, "You might have to demonstrate for me."
"Enough!" Soobin yelled, before the two could do anything "You all make me sick." Kai dropped all of his weight on top of Yeonjun and laid on his chest, causing the older the groan out of pain.
"You're just jealous," Beomgyu lifted an eyebrow.
"Of what? Your relationships?" Soobin shook his head, "I was at one point but I learned that love spreads beyond romance. I learned to love myself and I receive all the love I need from my family and our fans."
"We get it you used to stan BTS before we debuted," Taehyun giggled.
"That's funny coming from you and your Jungkook shrine," Soobin snickered, causing the younger's face to turn beet red, "I wonder what would happen is Mr. Jeon found out."
"When's dinner?" Kai whined, changing the subject, "I'm hungry!"
"Well Mr. RM said that whenever we go back to the dorms to text him," Soobin explained, "He said he wants to encourage us and talk about tomorrow."

"That's cool and all, but that's not dinner," Kai kicked his feet as if he were throwing a tantrum, "I am straving!"
"You're also heavy," Yeonjun pushed the younger off of him and managed to sit back up.
"He said he's going to have dinner ready for us in the lobby and-"
"Then what are we waiting for?" Kai jumped to his feet and headed to the door, leaving his band mates behind.
"He's such a child sometimes," Yeonjun stood back up, still holding his stomach from the pain.
"We should get going too," Taehyun suggested, "If we don't hurry all the food will be gone."
-
"There you guys are," Mr. RM greeted them, "I thought the rest of you guys weren't go to show up when he just showed up by himself."
Kai huffed, "I was this close to having all this food to myself," Kai looked over to the large amount of food arranged on the floor. From pizza to chicken nuggets, it was every nine year old's paradise.
Soobin bowed, "Sorry Mr. Rm we just-"
"Namjoon is fine," the former BTS member smiled at the younger leader.
"Namjoon," Soobin smiled, "Are you sure it's okay for us to be eating all of this junk food before our stage tomorrow?"
"You'll be fine!" Namjoon reassured him, "Don't eat like this on a daily bases, but every once in a while is fine, especially when you're celebrating."
"Thank you Namjoon," Beomgyu blushed a bit, feeling awkward for not addressing their teacher formally.
"Don't mention it," Namjoon's eyes fell to the blonde's hand intertwining with Taehyun's, "Just no kissing on stage tomorrow." Both Beomgyu's and Taehyun's faces grew a red. Afterthey returned to school Beomgyu got scolded for his actions and ever since then has been teasesed for it.
"I don't think anyone is going to let that go," Yeonjun cackled and Soobin nodded his head in agreement.
"It doesn't matter what they say," Taehyun placed a kiss on Beomgyu's cheek, "because I love you."
"I love you too," Beomgyu grinned at the younger.
"It may not matter what we think," Namjoon crossed his arms over his chest, "but the fans' opinions matter."
"Yes sir," they both said in unison, narrowing their eyes.
"Come on guys you don't have to be so formal," Namjoon tilted his head, "I don't want to be just your teacher. I want to be your friend too."
"Can we eat now?" Kai asked, obviously getting impatient
"Well I was hoping we could discuss some things first to-"
"Namjoon I haven't eaten all day," Kai tugged on the bottom of Namjoon's shirt, "Why do you think I rushed over here?"
"Wh-uh," Namjoon looked at the younger puzzlingly, before bursting out in laughter, "You really adjusted fast."
"Pretty please," Kai ignored his remark as he continued to tug on the article of clothing.
"Alright, alright,"Namjoon ruffled the younger's hair, "We can eat first and discuss tomorrow afterwards."
"Thank you!" Kai exclaimed, wrapping his arms around Namjoon.
"I already have the food set up on the floor since there's no tables in the lobby. I might try to convince Mr. Bang to invest in one," Namjoon gestured towards the food, "You guys go ahead and situate yourself while I go grab something out of the fridge." The five boys complied sitting in a circle around the food and it wasn't long before the older returned. "Here you go," Namjoon handed Taehyun a yellow tray with a chocolate cake on top and the they all gasped.
"It looks so delicious!"
"Thank you!"
"Wow."
"You guys deserve it," Namjoon laughed at the sudden outbursts from the band, "I know you guys are excited to dig in but before you do that let me take a group picture of you guys. The last day before your big comeback!" Namjoon pulled out a polaroid of his bag and once the boys got situated he began counting down, "Three , two, one!" and snapped a picture.
"Tomorrow by Together," Soobin called out their name and placed his hand in the middle of the group.
The rest of the boys placed their hands on top of their leaders before throwing them up in the air as they cheered, "Fighting!"
"You guys are going to do amazing," Namjoon smiled at their strong sense of teamwork.
"Thank you," Kai clasped his hands together, "but please can we finally eat now?"

Mana Soul
Like many others across the multiverse, Markus was chosen as this world's hero to fight against the steadily approaching cataclysm. Only, something went horribly wrong. Left with only a handful of memories, Markus has spent years clawing his way up from poverty and officially registered as an adventurer to try and make his fortune. Unfortunately, Artificers are the least combat-capable class of the four classes, and Markus has no connections to join an established party. With the fate of countless worlds hanging in the balance, a chance meeting will determine the course of a war nearly as old as reality itself. Warning: Markus has trauma induced amnesia and will occasionally 'act out of character' or make 'poorly thought out' decisions. These events are rather obvously telegraphed abd represent conflicts between his current personality and the one repressed alongside his trauma. Just something to bear in mind. The story will bounce predominantly back and forth between the primary protagonists every couple of chapters. The time stream is linear, so events are not revisted/rehashed/retold through the narrative format. Characters may comment on something that has occurred, but that's different. Just giving a heads up.Chapters will be around 7-9k and updated 1/week on the same schedule as my other story Ogre Tyrant over the weekend.[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Modern Magic
A Modern Magician BookI looked up at the crooked holo sign while the perfectly bred woman read from a paper, a plastic smile glued to her face.'Welcome to The City,' she said in a fake voice. 'Once formerly known as New York, The City is a place filled with ancient and modern wonders. Remember, if you see any magicians please report to the nearest police station or Black Hand officer.'I smiled at the sign and then raised a single finger. No, not the middle one. A blue misty light spun from my finger and into the holo device. The message quickly changed from the fake woman to one of my own.'Welcome to The City,' the woman read, her hair now dyed a fuchsia. Her eyelids were a dark blue and her bottom lip and right eyebrow were pierced. 'A special message from Hecate, queen of magic.' The woman looked up at me, a smirk playing on her lips. 'Welcome to my city.'
