I was sat on the bed, my hands in my lap and my head down. My hair curtained my face away from the dim light of the room. I was ashamed with myself, with everything that I'd done. I'd seduced several men to get where I was, but, I'd done it for my dad. I'd never known anything other than working for him.

I heard the door open and close, but didn't react. The soft sound of footsteps padded on the laminate floor. I was glad that Jayceon's house wasn't a mansion, I'd probably manage to get myself lost on the way to the bathroom or something. His house was small, but not too small, and comfy and not flashy.

Jayceon sank down on the bed behind me, I felt his hands run down my back hesitantly. His fingers tangled themselves in the tips of my hair. I tilted my head to look at him. His eyes were soft and his face was close.

"What's happened? Huh? What's all this 'bout? You're normally strong, this ain't you. Ya ain't an emotional girl, cmon, talk to me, that's all I want. I just want ya to talk to me."

"I'm breaking Jay. I'm tired. I've had enough. I can't do this anymore. I'm a terrible person." I admitted, but he obviously didn't know that I was talking about my uncover work. I knew that if he ever found out that I was the snitch, he wouldn't hesitate on popping lead in my skull.

"Hey," His hand wrapped around my cheek as he shifted forward slightly to see me better. "I ain't expecting you to be a hard woman 24/7. It's okay to break down, alright? I'll be right here for ya when you break, as long as you're there for me when I need you."

"Jay." I looked at him, I didn't need to say anything else. He knew I was grateful.

His hand drew my face closer until he finally pressed his lips against mine. The kiss was gentle, it was compassionate, it told me that sex wasn't the only thing he wanted. His hand slipped to the back of my neck; it felt warm and soft.

I was the first to pull my mouth away.

He just looked at me softly and nodded, "You're tired, I get it, I'll see you in the morning." He got up and walked out of my room.
