《Candied Heart-Fatgum x reader》Chapter Eighteen

Taishiro told me that his mother was gonna come by for the weekend. Nervous is an understatement. School work was barely keeping my mind off of everything. Aizawa gave me a school laptop to use for work since I couldn't attend in person all the time. And thanks to not paying attention in class when I am there, I had ten times the amount of work to do. I know how to do most of it, but there's just so much to do. Most of what I needed to do were short quizzes and assignments, so they were fast to do, just a lot of them. I hit submit on an assignment and waited. The computer started to slow down and glitch, then the screen went black. "No! No! No! No! Please don't do this!" I moved the mouse and clicked on the spacebar, as if they would do something. All of a sudden the screen glitched back on, but it wasn't on my school portal. It was of a livestream. I couldn't back out of it or close it. I noticed the camera to the computer turned itself on and was livestreaming everything I was doing to whoever was doing this. "Well, well, long time no see sis." a familiar gut wrenching voice chimed. The face that matched it appeared on screen. "What the fuck do you want Touya. Or should I say Dabi?" I spat. He looked a little taken back. "Oh, so you've finally figured out who I am? How'd you do it, huh?" His sickening laugh cackled through the speakers. "Let's just say I connected the dots. I met the family, and saw pictures of you from before. Maybe you should've done more to hide yourself. Now, what the fuck do you want?" I kept a cold demeanor towards him. "Aw... don't be like that. I just wanted to check up on my little sister. Who can blame me? We are two peas from the same pod. I mean, dear old Dad abandoned you and your mother. He abused me. Why would you associate with someone so... so cruel?" I kept my silence, he was trying to get a rise out of me. "Look, I realize that I'm not a saint either, but do you really wanna be around someone that toxic?" His question fell on deaf ears. "I know you killed my mother, and it hurts to know someone who shares my own blood would go out of their way to ruin my life. I refuse to associate myself with Enji, but I won't keep his shitty secrets. Nor will I keep yours. So I'll have you know, that I will be telling your family that you're not dead." I growled out. "Oh ho Ho! I finally hit the right button! And I don't care what you do with that information. Now, what was that thing with your eyes? They looked almost like they were glowing blue!" My brows furrowed and I uncrossed my arms. "What thing?" I asked, he froze and turned his head to the side. He muted himself as he spoke to someone off camera. "Gotta go sis! Have fun~ I will see you soon!" My computer screen went dark and it started glitching again before returning to the school portal login screen. I kept still for a moment before getting up. I snatched up the computer and its charger and marched out of the room.

"I don't know what it was about. The computer glitched, shut off, and the screen came back on with a video call. It was Dabi and I couldn't go and get anyone since you left me alone in the dorm!" I yelled at Aizawa. He stood by principal Nezu's desk pinching the bridge of his nose. "I'm not sure what to do. If they managed to get through our encryptions and security, the best option is for her to be under around the clock surveillance." Nezu explained, he was at a loss for what to do too. "Is there a possible way for me to get a GED?" I asked. Nezu nodded. "Yes, there are other options for you to do. It might be best if you do that. You could still pursue becoming a hero, but it would require a few more steps than going through the hero course here." I nodded my head and sat back. "Let's do that. Its harder to focus on my studies when I'm being hunted by villains. How soon can I do it?" Nezu pulled out a stack of documents and handed them to me. "As soon as today if you wish. You just have to sign these papers and I will go get a computer set up for you to take the test." I smiled and got up. "Thank you so much Principal Nezu!" I bowed and grabbed a pen. I started signing papers. "It won't be Principal Nezu anymore." He let out his creepy little laugh and hopped out of his chair. I finished up the last paper and left the papers on his desk. It wasn't long before he came back and got the test pulled up for me.
The familiar sound of my phone ringing woke me up. I felt around for it and hit the answer button. "Miss Y/n?" "This is she." "Good morning Miss Y/n, This is Nezu. I'm calling to inform you that you passed each section of the GED. If you come by the school later I will be more than happy to give you your certificate." I jumped up and nearly dropped my phone. "Thank you so much! I will be there later this afternoon! Thank you so much Principal Nezu!" He laughed through the phone. "Its not principal Nezu to you anymore! See you later on Miss Y/n!" The phone beeped as he hung up. I quickly threw on my bath robe and ran out of my room. "TAI! I passed my test!" I yelled and laughed as I danced around happily. Taishiro ran out of his room, his clothes were baggy from using his quirk last night. "That's awesome! I'm so happy for you! Why don't we go out to celebrate? We can go pick my mother up from the airport and go out to eat together." I nodded happily and hugged his skinny form. "I honestly couldn't get used to this." I gestured to his skinny form. He chuckled nervously. "Why's that?" I shrugged and gave his a big smile. "I just think you're better in your regular form. You're a lot more cute too!" His face flushed and he tried to hide it. "Well.. uh... thanks sugar!" My stomach flipped at the nickname he gave me. I barely managed to contain my happiness, but my mind made me reason that it was all in a friendly manner and not romantically.

I got dressed semi nicely. I know how Taishiro is, He'll try to take me to a nice place since its a special occasion. A simplistic red sundress and black sandals. Nemuri tried to teach me how to do my makeup but I didn't catch on, so I just put some lipstick on. I simply brushed my hair out and let it hang its natural way. "Are you ready sugar?-" Taishiro was at a loss for words. His eyes trailed over me in awe. "You look beautiful sugar bear! Are you ready?" He gushed. I nodded and smiled brightly. "Thank you! You look handsome!" I chuckled shyly. He had a simple yellow button up shirt on with black slacks. His cheeks turned a pale pink as he smiled. He was midway between skinny and fat form. He linked his arm with mine and pulled me along with him.
.
Taishiro's mother was the most breath-taking woman I ever met. Apparently she was where he got his quirk from. She had the ability to change her own appearance at will, and his father had a quirk that made allowed him to change his size depending on how much he ate. So his quirk was a mashup of his parents' quirks. "What are your parents like Y/n?" she innocently asked. My shoulders slightly slumped at the thought. "Mom, that's a sensitive subject for her. I know you meant no harm by-" "No its fine Tai. I know she didn't mean anything by it." I interrupted. His mom looked remorseful, but I didn't give her a chance to say anything. "My mother passed away when I was a teen. My dad never wanted me, so he barely has anything to do with me. I didn't get a quirk from either of them. But I still plan to either become a hero or work under a pro hero." I explained, she looked sad. "I'm sorry for your loss." She was quiet for a few minutes, and she seemed at a loss for words. "It's okay. it's not your fault. Besides, I have many friends including Taishiro! He's the sweetest most helpful man I know!" I reassured. Her face lit up with a proud smile. "I'm glad to hear that. I drilled it into him to help anyone in need." Taishiro's face flushed and he shyly smiled at us. For the first time since I met Taishiro, he was picking at his food instead of eating. "What's wrong Tai?" I semi whispered. His face flushed even more and he just shook his head. "I'm just too happy to eat is all! I'll be alright!" His infectious smile spread to me. "Okay." I turned back to my plate. "So, y/n do you have any sort of job or hobby?" Tai's mom asked, she smiled sweetly as she sipped on her drink. I shook my head and glanced down at my plate. I felt repulsed by my food now. "Well, I haven't gotten a job yet. As of right now I can't do anything other than stay at home." I answered honestly. "Why's that?" She looked genuinely curious. I scooted closer to her and leaned my head to her ear. "Well I'm currently having to be under protective custody due to some villains interest of me. That's why I'm staying with Tai. He has been keeping a close eye on me to make sure I don't get snatched up. If he can't watch me then I have to stay with another pro hero till he can get back to me." I explained under my breath. When I backed up and returned to my seat she looked terrified. "What do you mean by that? What did you do to interest them?" Her hushed and panic filled whisper shot across the table. I looked down and shrugged. "Dunno. The lov took me from my mom when I was younger and if it weren't for Tai then I would still be stuck with them." I whispered back. Tai watched the exchange between us with a mouthful of food. I guess he got his appetite back. I inwardly chuckled. She dropped the conversation there and continued to eat her supper.
.
When we got back to Taishiro's home his mother darted off to her room and dropped her things there. "Why didn't you tell me about this before I flew here Tai! I'm worried about what will happen to you and y/n. If you'd have told me sooner I would've brought you two home." His mother's voice was barely audible through the door. I couldn't hear Tai, but I knew he was trying to calm her down. And it seemed to work after they returned to the living room and sit down beside me. Tai's mom draped an arm over me and pulled me close. "Please keep yourselves safe. Tai has no sense of danger and I'm scared for you both!" I hugged her back and gave a reassuring smile. "Of course! I wouldn't let anything hurt him anyway! He's too precious!" She grinned at me and wiped tears from her eyes. "Now who wants to play some card games?" She let out a laugh as both Tai and I cheered.

Tales of the Legendary Scholar
They meet in the most unlikely moment and turned their life around. Now, he is facing a royal prince and tells him to bow. This draws out one of his late father's teachings from the deepest recesses in his mind. "The blood of your great ancestors runs in your veins. Don't easily bow down to anyone, or accept suppression by any being, not even from a monarch, unless you pledge your allegiance to him. Also, giving in to oppression is directly telling the oppressor that you're easy prey and open for manipulation." He is uncertain on how to face this oppression right now. Will he bows or not? What will he do to uphold his father's words while keeping his life safe? As for the prince, Theodrech has nothing to do with Freidrech, so he wishes to let this slip, but the boy opens his mouth and proposes the most ludicrous challenge he ever heard and triggers his curiosity. "I, Freidrech Goederf Gerboud, son of the late Village Chief Louvel Gerboud of Wrilon, will challenge you, Your Highness, to a battle of riddles… If you win, I will not only bow but be your servant for the rest of my life." This amuses the prince. It is the first he met a boy of the same age who is not intimidated by the air of authority he projects. Rather, this boy challenges him. "Why are you so headstrong? In fact, bowing to me is an honor. You saw the King's noble Knights. When they saw me, they bowed," says Theodrech, testing Freidrech. "Allow me to be forward, Your Highness. For me, bowing to a monarch does not guarantee loyalty. If I were you, I rather have men who stand straight in my presence but who got my back, than bowing men who are dreaming of my death," replies Freidrech. The prince’s curiosity increases. A huge smile is seen on his face. Prince Theodrech decides to take Freidrech under his wing. [Book Cover Made by the wonderful THEMIDNIGHTECLIPSE13] - thank you! I'm only introducing the perspective of the main character for the first part. Things change drastically soon after that. [BDSM entries are clearly marked and written so they can be skipped without affecting the story] ***A couple scenes to whet your palate*** 1. "Uh, we heal from pretty much everything and anything. Have you ever tried physically damaging your eyes to see if they would fully heal?" "N-no. No, it doesn't work," I forced out, my voice a little strangled and cracking before hardening. "And stuff like that, isn't that just wrong?! Hurting someone just to 'fix' them." 2. I leaned and he met me, our soft lips touching and moving perfectly on each other's. I felt as his tongue ran the slit of my lips, my tongue coming to graze it as it passed over, knowing doing so was like catnip to him. He leaned closer, and I shivered as his hands ran from low on my hips and grazed along and up my ribs, pulling my chest closer to his so my body arched and rubbed against him. I hummed in appreciation. [warning: so far aggressive or physical bullying and maybe a little kidnappage and sexual themes as well as possible trigger warnings]
