After Haruhi and Kirimi left to go to another room to read stories together. Tamaki had got the Host Club's Manager, Renge, to help with the character change of Nekozawa.
The Host Club was dark with candles lit around the room, "Your golden hair shimmers in the candle-light. Your ivory skin glows and your smile looks more mysterious than a flower in the moonlight... Yes... You," Nekozawa says holding a candle no longer wearing his cloak and wig, he stopped speaking and turned to Kirimi's stand-in, his voice tone changing suddenly, "Look as evil as a cursed wax doll surrounded in darkness," He chuckled darkly.
Renge hit him over the back of his head, "NO!" She shouted, "I told you not to us an occult mumbo jumbo, can you not get it?!" She questioned and points to Mori, "Mori-Senpai, add it to the board!" She ordered and Mori followed her orders.
"B-But all the words in my vocabulary are like that, it's rather limited," Nekozawa explained to Renge and the two carried on the training together.
Aimi sat at a table with Kyoya, both on their laptop with small lamps to provide them with effective light. Aimi looked at Tamaki, "So what am I to do? You didn't give me an order..." Aimi asked him.
Tamaki looked at her and smiled a little, "If Haruhi wants a break from reading to Kirimi, can you take over from her?" He questioned, "I forgot to mention it to you," He said.
"Okay and forgetting stuff happens," Aimi shrugged her shoulders as she opened up her History assignment, "Hey, Kyoya-Senpai, do you have a couple of minutes?" She asked.
"Why do you ask? Need something?" Kyoya asked as he continued to type on his laptop.
"I just need someone to look over this assignment, I would ask Haruhi but... She's not here," Aimi looked at him, "Pretty please."
Kyoya looked at her and sighed pushing up his glasses, "Fine, let me look," He pushed his laptop to a side as Aimi slid over hers to him. He took the laptop and placed it in front of him then began looking through the assignment.

Aimi glanced at the Hitachiin twins and Tamaki, "Hey boss, you just going to sit out?" Kaoru asked him.
"Yeah, I thought this would be the kind of thing that you would be all for," Hikaru said looking at him.
"No way, I don't want to end up with a curse on me," Tamaki said and glanced at Aimi, "And plus, my precious daughter Aimi might need my help tutoring her," He cooed a little at her.
"I don't think so," Aimi glanced at Kyoya as he placed he laptop back in front of her, "So?" She asked.
"Completely fine, nothing to add or change," Kyoya told her as he placed his laptop in from of him.
"Aww look at mummy looking after our daughters!" Tamaki fawned over Kyoya and Aimi more who just ignored him.
"Here Aimi," Kyoya handed her a small piece of card, "If you want me to check something, email it over if we're not in here."
Aimi took the card and placed it in her laptop bag, "Thank you Kyoya-Senpai," She said with a smile at him then looked back at her laptop going through her emails.
"Look at Tamaki-Senpai's teddy bear through the eyes of your heart!" Renge told him.
"Boss, you should teach him from example," The Hitachiin twins said and Aimi perked up a little but didn't look at them, "We want you to confess your love to this Haruhi doll!" They pulled out a mannequin, Haruhi's hairstyle wig and a bikini.
Aimi looked over and her jaw dropped, "Haruhi would never wear that!" She pointed at the mannequin, her face pale and her eyes wide.
Tamaki stared at the mannequin, "This... is Haruhi..?" Tamaki questioned then took a deep breath, "H-Haruhi...I..." Tamaki said holding the mannequin close to him.
Haruhi was beside him and the mannequin, "If you have the time to be disgusted with this mannequin, you have time to play with Kirimi," Haruhi said looking disgusted at him.
"What?! Dis...gust...ing," Tamaki dramatically fell to the ground.
"Big brother?" Kirimi called out from the door and everyone looked over to see the small blonde girl at the door looking around terrified, "This place is dark and scary!" She began crying.

Aimi walked over, "Let me try," She said to Haruhi and Tamaki who began to run to her. Aimi picked up Kirimi, placing her on her hip and began humming looking at Kirimi with a smile.
Kirimi held onto Aimi looking at the older girl and soon stopped crying, "It's not scary at all, right?" Aimi asked and played with her hair, "It won't hurt you as long as your big brother is with you," Aimi put Kirimi down on the ground.
"I'm a handsome princely big brother, I'm a handsome princely big brother," Nekozawa repeated and Aimi looked over, "And I'm not afraid of this flashlight!" Nekozawa exclaimed and turned the flashlight in his face.
"Nekosawa-Senapi has come a long way," Renge cooed.
"Kirimi..." Nekozawa grinned and turned to Kirimi, looking creepy.
"AAHHHH!!!" Kirimi screamed and ran away from the Host Club.
"Oh my, you tried and you scared her even more," Renge commented.
Aimi walked to the table she and Kyoya were at and she saved all her work and shut her laptop off, "Going somewhere Aimi?" Hikaru asked her.
"Not yet," She looked at him and smiled.
"The person that little girl really wants to be with is you!" Tamaki shouted at Nekozawa and everyone looked at them, "If you care about your sister, don't give up even if it kills you!!"
The curtains of the Host Club opens and the Hitachiin twins look over, "Boss, she ran out to the courtyard, is that a cat?" They ask together, "As you'd expect from your family. That stray cat has totally taken a liking to her," They continue.
Nekozawa ran to the window, "It's not like that! Yes, the Nekozawa family has worshipped cats for generations, but Kirimi wouldn't participate in something like that and cats are the thing that Kirimi is afraid of the most," He said and jumped out of the window.
Aimi rushed to the window, "But his robe!" She watched at Nekozawa ran towards his little sister calling out her name before fainting on the ground.
"He did it... Sorta," The Hitachiin twins shrugged and smiled.
"If it comes to it an elder sibling will do anything for their younger sibling," Aimi smiled a little and looked at Haruhi, "Even if it means dashing into the things we fear the most."
"What do you mean Aimi?" Haruhi asked tilting her head.
"Elder sibling rules, right Hikaru?" She looked at him and smirked.
"Oh yes," Hikaru nodded and chuckled then whispered to Aimi, "What are you talking about?"
"You'll know if the time ever comes, trust me," She said and her phone rang. Aimi pulled her phone out, she answers it and walked away from the other, "Hello... Yes, sir, I'm free to talk... Sorry, a force of habit... Yes, I have... Yes, I am staying there... V-Very well, I'll head home now... I have yes... I haven't no... Well... I think I got a few... Oh... Yes... Well, the thing is she is hmm... No, no, I haven't gone over there... Thank you... We'll talk more later then... Okay, goodbye... Yeah, you too," Aimi hung up and sighed looking down.
"Aimi... What's wrong?" Haruhi asked walking up, "Who was it?"
"G-Grandmother... they're coming over to visit and I'm not allowed to be around you," Aimi looked at Haruhi looking heartbroken, "Even if we're in the same classes, I can't even be near you."
"That's unacceptable! They can't expect twins to follow an order like that!" Hikaru and Kaoru rushed over frowning, "What are they heartless?!"
"They think we don't hang out anymore, so... Until they go, we'll have to keep it up a bit longer," Aimi said.
"I understand Aimi," Haruhi said and walked to the door, "See you later," She left the club room shutting the door behind her.
"Haruhi..." Aimi stepped forward but stopped, "I'm sorry, just bare with me a little longer."

The Core And The Wardens of Eternity
What is the Core, they asked me... It's the light that pushes the darkness away, a bastion of justice, a safe keeper of life. It grooms love and tolerance, embraces science, fights ignorance, sentences it to die a slow and tragic death. The Core... it's something that can't be destroyed for destroying it is to terminate the time and space itself. When the stuck-in-a-dark-age world of Zanria goes offline, the Core sends one of its experienced agents to find out what is going on and to try to reestablish a mysteriously severed connection. However, all his training and experience might come way short as the world sinks in war and chaos with different races and clans fighting for the Star of Bardan, the ward rumored to possess enough supernatural power to create and destroy entire worlds. *** I just changed the name of the series, from 'the Nexus' to 'the Core'. Somehow it just sounds more right to me. This is the first story, and it has a medieval fantasy setting. But, eventually, this is going to turn into Isekai series with elements of LitRPG. So, my future books might include worlds with advanced technologies that might be more in SciFi, including Steampunk, genre. The first book might start slow, but after a few chapters, it should all be properly set up, and by then you should get the feel of how it will all flow. Also, I plan to introduce different story threats that should spread out and criss-cross in the future. Hopefully, I will not complicate it too much, and that it will all read good. I am planning to continue to add chapters to the main storyline here, but I'm also starting a new story threat in the Core series called The Recordings of Raan. There is also a side story The Memoires of Eisen that's exclusive on Patreon for those who would like to support me.
