《A Curse of Sacrifices》Author's Note

Hi, everyone! Before I get any hopes up, this unfortunately isn't a new chapter.
I've had a lot of questions/feedback on this story and it's been absolutely thrilling!
The biggest question I get is, will there be a sequel? When I finished writing this nine years ago, I left it open ended in case I decided to do one. Of course, other projects came along and I never got around to it. As the story stands right now, there won't be a sequel.
My plan is to completely rewrite this story (I've done maybe the first six chapters and it's almost unrecognisable from this version). The plot is changing, the characters are being changed, relationships altered and there will be more research done for the time period. The ultimate goal is to have it good enough to publish, though that won't be for some years as other projects and time periods have my attention.
Another question I get is, will there be/why has there been Jon's POV?
Without beating around the bush, there never was one planned and there never will be. Did he actually love her? Who know? We only know as much as Val does and it all remains to be seen. I didn't want a fairytale happy ending where Jon is in love with her - that's just not him. I much more a fan of bitter-sweet since it's closer to real life. It's really up to the readers to take from it what they will.
You can't write a book without having some negative feedback. So to all the people who left comments saying it was BS, stupid, a waste of your time, what do you expect? I wrote this between the ages of 16 and 17.
To everyone else, thank you so much for all of your likes and comments and questions. It really means the world to me to see so many people have enjoyed this story. My writing has grown so much in the last ten years and this gives me proof that maybe I do have a knack for this writing thing.

If you have any questions I haven't answered, please comment here and I'll answer the best I can! ☺️
*also, there's a lot of comments about the scene breaks (oOoOo). It's like that because this story is copy and pasted from my FictionPress account. I don't know how it is now, but during the time this was posted there, there was no page break function so we just had to find a way to show it was a page break.

"Who is allowed to be your bully?"he whispered as if asking her to reveal a secret between both of them."You are m-my bully?" Rose said more or less confirming the answer. She tilted her head slightly, a pout morphing on her face as she looked at the male who caused the world population to scatter away in fear."And you have to do whatever I say." Rose scrunched her nose in confusion, knowing Ares since they were children. She had always known that she had to do a task if he commands her to, but why was he repeating this infront of the whole school?"Come here." he motioned the chocolate eyed girl closer to him, his hands gently smoothing down her blue skirt which was ruffled."Bow down your head Rose." as soon as the girl tilted her head down, her jet black hair shining in sunlight as she adorably fiddled with the golden button on his coat, soft kisses rained down her head decorated in a braid.Gasps were heard all around. And it was the claim enough, declaring to the world that to whom the innocent girl belonged toARES.Book 2 devil's vow Standalone**NO TOXIC RELATIONSHIP*

How to describe Logan Pierce: Happy, bubbly, nice to everyone. He wasn't the type of boy anyone expected to be anorexic. How to describe Oliver Cross: Brutally honest, blunt, harsh, considered terrifying by most.
