When you die, is it eternal sleep that awaits you? Maybe you'll go to heaven or hell and spend the rest of eternity there. Or, just maybe, you'll get... reincarnated.
That's what happened to me. I was pushed into another world by a seriously misinformed sphere of light. But I didn't reincarnate as a human.
Maybe a lizard? Lizards are cool... I'd like to be a lizard.
But no. I was reborn as something much more powerful, much more sinister and frightening. My birth changed the world.
