Garmadon is sitting on the ship watching Aria looking happily out at the scenery as they fly over another part of Ninjago.

Garmadon sighed "If only you can see how your daughter's grown, Layla"

"Did you say something Sensei?" Aria asked turning around

"I asked why are you wearing that, you look like a child" Garmadon asked annoyed

Aria tilted her head confused "I am a child, I'm 10"

"...right" Garmadon said

Garmadon looked at the Mega Weapon.

"So, what does it do?" Acidicus asked

"The weapon possesses unspeakable powers" Garmadon replied and Aria laughed

"Like what?" Aria questioned

"I told you. They're unspeakable!" Garmadon shouts

Aria laughed "Really it kind of looks like you don't know how to use it"

"Of course I know how to use it. I just don't have anything to use it on" Garmadon says annoyed

"Lord Garmadon! We spotted something!" Someone shouted

Aria looked up to see the Ultra Dragon.

"Ah, the Ninjas' pet. What better way to test out the Mega Weapon's power. Keep up with him, you slithering idiots! Don't let him get away! Eliminate Dragon!" Garmaon shouted

"No don't!" Aria shouted

But nothing happens anyway.

"Keep it straight! Destroy! Fire! Annihilate! Bad Dragon! Shoot it down pretty, pretty please? I can't concentrate with us jostling around!" Garmadon kept shouting

The ship stops and the Dragon flies away

"Obviously if I had a proper crew that could fly this ship, I would've had a clear shot. This is all your fault!" Garmadon shouted

"Maybe if you weren't an asshole to them they'd be a better crew" Aria said

Garmadon looked at her "excuse me"

"Sorry that was rude of me" Aria said sarcastically "Sensei can you please get your head out of your ass, it's not a hat"

"you-" Garmadon thought for a minute "And you say your not evil, well played Lord"

Garmadon walked below deck after awhile Aria heard someone say "I am Captain Soto"

"Captain Soto?" Aria questioned "what'd Garmadon do now"

In Ninjago City, the Ninja stopped at a bus stop in front of Grand Sensei Dareth's Mojo Dojo.

"This is where Lloyd is going to train?" Cole questioned

"Hehe, well Aria would say it's better than our dumpy apartment" Jay said

They walked into the dojo where a guy walked over to them.

"Welcome to Grand Sensei Dareth's Mojo Dojo. I am Grand Sensei Dareth, and I Dareth you to join my dojo." The guy, Dareth, says "Face the wall of karate trophies. If you look closely, my name is on all of them. That is because I am a highly skilled karate machine."

"Look, Dareth, we're wondering if we could share your dojo. You see, we've been put in charge of training this little guy to become the greatest Ninja in all of Ninjago" Kai said

"Not possible, for I am the greatest in the land. How many trophies do you have?" Dareth questions

"Look, pal, we're the guys that just saved the city from that giant snake" Jay said annoyed

Dareth laughed "Ha! Am I looking at Lord Garmadon? Because unless I'm stupid, and I'm not, Lord Garmadon destroyed the Devourer."

"Hehe. That's been a huge misunderstanding. Actually, we were the ones who dest—

"I'll let you train here but only on one condition. You can defeat me. If you succeed, we will share the dojo. Unh! That's right. I, Grand Sensei Dareth, master of all Animal Fighting Styles, challenge one of you to a battle. I know the tiger. Rawrr. The python" Dareth hisses "Penguin. Awk, awk!" Kai uses Spinjitzu on him and wins "How did you—"

"You might know animals, but we know Spinjitzu" Kai said crossing his arms

"You can train in my dojo anytime" Dareth said bowing

"See Lloyd we can do just fine without Aria" Cole said happily

Lloyd sighed "I still wish she was here"

"don't worry kid we'll see her before you know it, let's get to training" Kai said patting him on the back

Back at the Black Bounty, the Serpentine and Pirates are confused on why the other is on their ship.

Garmadon talked to himself "When I wished it to destroy the Dragon, it wouldn't. But when I wished for a better crew...The Mega Weapon doesn't have the power to destroy, it only has the power to create!"

"I thought we already knew that when I said the golden weapons have the power to create?" Aria questioned

Garmadon sighed "shush you"

"I still don't see how you got on our ship!" Lasha shouted

"Your ship? We built 'er! So why don't you slither yourself off the plank?" a pirate said annoyed

"I finally have a crew I can be proud of. Batten down the hatches, fellas!" Garmadon shouted

Aria shook her head "I don't think-"

"Who you calling fellas, four arms?" Soto questioned walking up to Garmadon

"Me, Lord Garmadon. I created you, you fool. I am your captain now!" Garmadon shouted

"Created me? I be Captain Soto, stealer of the seas. Raise your weapon!" Soto shouted

"The Mega Weapon must've created them. But now Sensei's too weak to use it" Aria mumbled

"Take it from him" Soto ordered a pirate

Garmadon held it tighter "Ugh, no! Don't! It's too powerful! Only I can—" The pirate disappears in a golden light. Garmadon collapses and pants "...Only I have the power to wield the Mega Weapon. It may have drained my powers for now, but when my strength returns, I'll deal with you"

"Then that's too bad for you, because we're taking back our ship! Lock him and all his reptilian friends into the brig!" Soto shouted

"Aria do something!" Garmadon shouted

"Do what" Aria asked "I don't know what to do

They lock the Serpentine, Aria, and Garmadon in the brig while Soto and First Mate goes into the bridge.

"Great now what" Garmadon questioned annoyed

"Now we wait for the ninja" Aria said sitting down

Garmadon sighed "fine, then we train while we wait"

The Ninja are training Lloyd at the dojo.

"When you strike with your fists, concentrate. You may be small, but you're strong" Cole commanded

Lloyd strikes the boards, making an earthquake. Everyone gasps as they are flown back.

"That was the power of the Staff of Quakes. And you did it without the Golden Weapon!" Jay shouted

"That must be why you have the potential to be the greatest Ninja. You can harness all of the Elemental Powers" Zane said

"Really? Cool" Lloyd said excitedly "even Aria's?"

"No not hers" Wu said "now with this power, you must be careful. You must control it before it controls you"

"I have to admit, not bad for a kid. But instead of ten boards, how about fifty? Stack 'em, boys" Dareth commanded his students and Wu sighs "And perhaps if I, Grand Sensei Dareth, can break through them all, you will allow me to join your team and become..." puts on a Ninja hood "..the Brown Ninja!"

Jay snickers "The Brown Ninja? You gotta be joking!"

"Sorry, pal. Club's already full" Cole said "One of our members are out training, she takes the last spot"

"Okay, okay. Then maybe this demonstration of my superhuman strength may persuade you. Jeffy, Phil, are we ready?" Dareth asked

"Yes, Grand Sensei Dareth" Jeffy and Phil replied

"Observe. I call upon the greatest animal to give me strength, the Dragon. Heeyah!" Dareth hits the boards, but screams in pain. Everyone but Jeffy and Phil, laughs at him.

In the city, everyone screams as they see the flying pirate ship and the ninjas run outside.

"Oh, that's our ship!" Jay shouted

"But pirates?" Lloyd questioned confused

"Pirates haven't been around for centuries" Cole said

"I sense Lord Garmadon is somehow behind this" Zane suggested

Kai holds out a bus token "Perhaps this can be of some use" they get on "I can't believe I'm saying this, but follow that ship!" Kai looks at Lloyd "Ugh, I don't like the kid coming along. It's too dangerous"

"Please, please, please. I'll be super good" Lloyd begged

"what would Aria say?" Zane questioned

Lloyd groaned "my powers are still too great and too uncontrollable"

"Exactly, one of these days you'll be able to join us. Sorry kid' Cole said

The Ninja climbs onto the bus's roof.

"I hear something" Garmadon said

"Fighting" Aria said excitedly "the ninja are here"

Garmadon sighed frustrated "fine let's go, use what you learned"

Aria took out her fans she spun them around before they glowed purple, she slashed them across the door and two slashed of of energy came out and broke open the door, they ran out to see the ninja fighting the pirates. Lloyd was stuck in a barrel.

"Ninja, go!" Lloyd uses Spinjitzu and breaks free of his barrel "Whoa, Spinjitzu! I just did Spinjitzu for the first time!" Soto kicks Lloyd, who flips the switch before the anchor and Kai hit a gas tanker.

"Whoo, haha!" Kai laughed

"My son. He's growing stronger" Garmadon said sadly

Lloyd uses his Energy.

"Lloyd! Don't!" Aria shouted

"Aria, aah!" Lloyd looses control and the ship's mast falls on top of the Ninja.

"You lose, Pajama People" Soto said pointing his sword at them

Aria powered up her fans and ran at them, she cut Soto's sword in half and uses her energy to force the pirates back. Nya, in her Samurai Mech, comes to put the mast back in place, freeing the Ninja.

"Who wins between pirates and Ninja? It's Aria" Jay laughed

The pirates are being placed in police cars.

"Uh, that your ship?" The police questioned

"It sure is" Jay said happily before Aria pointed behind him

Garmadon took control of the ship again "Sorry, you snooze, you lose"

"Lord Garmadon!" Kai shouted

"Dad!" Lloyd shouted

"You're becoming stronger, son, but you'll never be strong enough to defeat me. Give up, before it's too late" Garmadon says, Lloyd looks at the Ninja before looking back at his father; he stands by his friends "Have it your way. Another day, Ninja. Another day. Let's go Aria"

The ninja look at Aria who runs to the ship and jumps up, Garmadon grabs her hand and pulls her up onto the ship.

"Bye boys" Aria waved to them "love you guys!"

"Aria!" The ninja shouted, Garmadon laughs as he flies away

Dareth whistles and tries to sneak-attack Jay. Jay grunts and flips Dareth.

"Oh, come on, guys. I Dareth you to forgive me" Dareth says

The Ninja and Dareth laughs.

"You're training's too slow" Garmadon said to Aria annoyed

"then what are we gonna do?" Aria questioned

"...I know where I'm dropping you off" Garmadon said "Their's someone that can train you more then I can, not to your full potential but he knows more then I do"

"but how will I get back?" Aria questioned

"You'll know" Garmadon replied "and when you do return, you'll be a different person, no more being a cute innocent little girl"
