The fair.

The most exiting part of the summer.

Since you'd just gotten a boyfriend this month he asked to go with you.

Obviously you agreed and went.

He pulled up in your driveway with his black jeep and knocked at the door. As you were changing you heard a muffled conversation.

"Hi Mrs. Y/l/n." You heard C/n say. "How are you C/n?" Your mom asked. "Oh I'm doing great, how are you?" They kept talking like that until I walked down in this.

As you walk downstairs you see C/n look at you and smirk. You roll your eyes and slip on your shoes.

"K let's go." I told him. "Bye honey! Be safe and don't throw up!" I sigh and nod. "Alright mom." Before I got into the car I heard my mom yell, "I love you!"

We drove to the carnival and walked around at first. The sun was still up and bright. That meant it was still hot.

"C/nnnn." I whined. "What baby?" He asked, wrapping his arm around my shoulder. We've already been on most of the rides. The fair wasn't very big.

"Can we please go on that one?" I ask, pointing at a huge roller coaster that went really high up with rings.

I was never really scared of 'scary' rides. They seemed fun to me and this roller coaster was new so I had to.

He sighs. "Fine..."

I grab his hand and drag him to the line. "I'm so exited." I mumbled to myself. He intertwines his fingers with mine. I glance at him and smile.

"Oh my gosh I can't wait!" I said. He chuckled. "I can." He said. I rolled my eyes.

Once we were buckled into our seats C/n tightened his grip on my hand. "Are you scared you big baby?" I asked him, giggling.

He blushed. "N-no I just um..." I laughed more. The ride began and C/n immediately began screaming.

I rolled my eyes and sighed.

Once we got off the ride he said he wanted something more subtle.

"Like what?" I asked him. He smiled. "Like the Ferris wheel." He said.

I smile.

The line was quite long but it didn't take long for us to get on.

As it went around I snuggled in closer to him. We had a whole view of the fair and the sky, which was bright orange and pink. The orange was like fire in the clouds while the pink was the rest of the sky.

A minute later it turned a purply pink and looked insane.

C/n cupped my cheek with his soft hand and pressed his lips to mine.

I can say it was the best fair of my life.
