Park Jeongwoo blinked as he found Haruto, Keita and Yoonbin standing in front of his apartment. Keita had a playful smile plastered on his face while Yoonbin has his normal poker face. Haruto, for some odd reason, had a pleading expression.
Jeongwoo had just arrived from grocery, his hands is full with the things he bought from the mart. Noticing that, Keita immediately ordered Haruto to take the baggage from the treasurer which the tall japanese followed.
"How can I help?" The treasurer asked nervously as he opened the door to his apartment and allowed his unexpected guest to enter. Yoonbin immediately scanned the apartment and asked, "This is the lower floors right? Are there anything different with the upper ones?"
"The apartments in the upper floors are more expensive. It's also more spacious" Jeongwoo answered as he guided Haruto to place the things he was holding on the kitchen counter. Keita grinned, he liked the minimalistic interior of the apartment. The owner of the apartment noticed the interest and asked, "Anyone needing to find a new apartment?"
Keita and Yoonbin nodded while Haruto sighed. Keita took a seat on the couch as Jeongwoo offered followed by Yoonbin while Haruto remained standing. Yoonbin then explained, "You see, Haru has been freeloading with Hyunsuk or me ever since he had arrived in Korea. Haruomi san, Haru's father, had noticed that this big baby is becoming spoiled and decided that it is time for him to move out"
"So you're looking for an apartment? Why here though?" Jeongwoo eyed Haruto who was frowning at the conversation obviously not happy. The owner of the house scooted slightly and patted the space next to him to signal the tall japanese who was still standing to sit next to him.
Haruto bobbed his head and took the seat that was offered. Yoonbin and Keita stared at each other and smiled. Keita replied to Jeongwoo's question with a playful smile, "We don't know anyone else who is living in apartment"
"Junkyu hyung is living in an apartment" Haruto pointed out in protest making Keita glare at him. The taller immediately stopped speaking.
Yoonbin sighed and noted, "Junkyu is moving to Mashiho's manor next week. You know how worrywart he became after Mashi caught a cold the other day"
"How about Jihoon hyung then? He also had an apartment, right?" Haruto once again pointed out.
Yoonbin was the one who glared this time, "Would you like to commute 30 mins to school everyday?"

Haruto swallowed his words. Ha Yoonbin was obviously mad, not at Haruto though. Park Jihoon's stubborness about his choice of apartment has always been a sore spot of Yoonbin and Haruto had once walked in on their petty love quarrels.
"Umm, you guys don't live on an apartment?" Jeongwoo was utterly confused. He just heard Yoonbin say that Mashiho has a manor. This is Korea for pete's sake, everyone lives in an apartment.
"Everyone in Kings owns a manor or two" Keita stated with an as-a-matter-of-fact tone. Jeongwoo gaped at the information. He heard from Byounggon and Doyoung that the Kings were rich but he did not know they were this damn rich. In normal people's perspective, he is rich as he has an apartment on one of the expensive neighbourhood in Korea for his own. But, the level of richness these people possess are just out of this world.
Jeongwoo suddenly remembered that these three were out for apartment hunting. He glanced at Haruto and asked, "You don't have a manor or a house here?"
"I have. Its in Jeju-do and in Busan. My old man is crazy"
"Hiroaki-san would hack you to death if he hears that" Keita sighed as he remembered the retired Watanabe clan head who is now serving as the general of JDSF. "Anyways, Haru's grandfather fell in love with Jeju-do and Busan rather than Seoul. So, he built the Watanabe manor in those places instead"
Jeongwoo once again gaped. He painfully realized the difference of old and large families and the new rich. He sighed and asked, "Did you choose this place because it was near the school?"
"That and because you're here" Yoonbin replied. Keita grinned at the confused expression showing on Jeongwoo's face. "Haruomi san may have ordered Haruto to live independently but I who raised the giant baby while he is in Korea is concerned that all that he would eat if left alone are ramen and chicken because that's the only thing he can order for delivery"
"So you want me to take care of his meals?" Jeongwoo asked while Yoonbin nodded. The only college student inside the room thought "Or to be precise, we want you to take care of the gigantic baby itself"
"You told me you know how to cook" Jeongwoo peered at his soon to be new neighbour. Haruto shrugged and replied, "I do. Asahi's mom drilled her recipes into my mind without my consent"
"Then?"

"Knowing how to cook does not exert any effort while doing the cooking creates plenty of tasks"
Jeongwoo sighed at the answer. Typical Haruto. Park Jeongwoo had been hanging around with Watanabe Haruto for one whole week and he was able to conclude that the japanese is lazier than a sloth. He eyed the older pair duo and let out another sigh as he accepted the task, "I'll make sure he eats well. I'll just have to make him use what he learned for lunch and dinner"
"What about breakfast?" Haruto frowned. Although he is bad at mornings but he never skips his breakfast.
"I'll cook breakfast and the lunch boxes too. You cook lunch when there is no school and dinner everyday. Okay?" Jeongwoo commanded making Haruto pout. The japanese sighed and agreed, "Fine"
Yoonbin and Keita enjoyed watching Haruto cowering in front of Jeongwoo. Keita, in particular, is scheming to train Jeongwoo secretly on how to handle Haruto.
"It's good that everything's settled. I'll have Haru transfer to one of the apartments on the upper floors" Yoonbin announced. Haruto frowned while Keita nodded.
"Eh? We have a vacancy on the lower floors" Jeongwoo noted. He remembered the price of the apartments on the upper floors. Keita smirked, he liked how frugal Jeongwoo is even after being part of the what people calls as the upper echelon.
"We plan on having you two share the same apartment. It's more convenient that way" Keita explained. "We checked with the building owner and the lower floors can't be redesigned for two bedrooms. He told us that some of the apartments in the upper floors has two bedrooms though"
"I won't be able to afford the rent in the upper floors"
"You'll pay exactly what your paying before. No need to increase the price. Besides, your gonna take care of this block so we shouldn't really charge you anything"
Jeongwoo was contemplating. To be honest, he liked the rooms in the upper floor since the rooms are sunny and the place is always airy but because of the price he had decided for the lower rooms when he transferred. He don't want to come across as someone opportunistic but as Keita mentioned it would also be more convenient for him to live on the same apartment with Haruto if he would take care of his meals.
"Woo, just share the apartment. The price is nothing compared to building a new manor" Haruto interrupted the musing of the boy sitting next to him. Jeongwoo looked towards the tall japanese as he understood his meaning. He stared at Keita who smiled at him sheepishly and asked, "They were planning to build one?"
"Haruomi san did not really like the idea of Haru freeloading before so he was planning to build one when he finds a land he can purchase"
"That's crazy"
"I told you right? The old men in our family are crazy" Haruto deadpanned as he agreed to Jeongwoo's reaction.
"That's why I suggested to get an apartment for Haru instead. It took awhile since they can't get the idea of apartments in their heads" Keita declared scrunching his brows in frustration as he remembered the long process of convencing the two generation of Watanabe clan leaders. "The Watanabes are a traditional clan so it took a lot of explaining"
"You came from a traditional family? Why don't you have their elegance?" Jeongwoo stared at Haruto with his eyebrows raised in disbelief. Haruto stared back at him with a frustrated expression.
"Your expression says that you have my liege as your standard. You can't compare me with that perfectionist" Haruto complained while Jeongwoo was suddenly confused, "My liege?"
"Mashiho. Watanabe Haruto came from a clan of samurais serving the Takata clan" Yoonbin supplied with a grin obviously amused at the junior high school students' banter. Once again Jeongwoo stared at Haruto in utter disbelief.
"A samurai? Who?" Haruto puffed his cheeks with air and pointed at himself. Jeongwoo still cant process that revelation and asked, "How?"
Haruto pouted and declared "I am born and raised as one"
Jeongwoo frowned sadly as he mutterred disillusioned, "My illusion of japanese samurais has been shattered"
"Yah!" Haruto exclaimed protesting. Yoonbin and Keita nodded as they felt that this was the obvious reaction when someone says Haruto is a samurai. Haruto hated how Keita and Yoonbin bobbed their head and harrumphed childishly. "You meanies!"
Jeongwoo chuckled at Haruto sulking and consoled. "Okay you mighty samurai, stop sulking"
"Tsk"
"If you don't sulking I won't bake you snacks tomorrow" Haruto flinched at the threat and unwillingly said, "Fine, I'll forgive you"
Keita leaned towards Yoonbin and whispered, "I found a talent, right?~"
"This ought to be interesting" Yoonbin grinned as he watched Haruto being tamed by Jeongwoo. Really interesting. I need to let Gon and Suk know about this.
