Ethan's POV

Silver and I walked into the living room leaving Aiddan playing in his room. As we sat down I just stared at her. At first it was a kind of awkward silence but after a few seconds she started to speak.

"Where is my room?" She asked, tilting her head as she gazed over at me from the chair she was sitting in.

"Oh, right." I started as I stood up. Walking towards her I reached my hand out. "I'll show you."

Grabbing my hand she got up and we started to walk hand in hand towards the room that was going to be hers. Passing the kitchen and my room I stopped outside the door of her room. It was right next to mine at the end of the hallway.

Opening the door I stepped back so she could enter. It was a simple room if I was being honest. With a queen size bed in the middle and a vanity to one side. One the other there was a walk in closet. The bed had a grey on white sheet and cover spread. There was also plenty of room for her to add in whatever she wanted. As I said. Pretty simple for a room.

But as I saw the awe filled expression on her face I knew that she loved it.

"Ethan." she breathed out looking around the room one last time before looking at me. "It's beautiful."

"Not as beautiful as you." I replied, smirking as I watched her face slowly turn red.

"Uhh." She replied awkwardly before casting her eyes down. "Where's my boxes?"

"Dining room." I stated as I turned around still grinning.

Silver's POV

I can't believe he said I was beautiful. He must know hundreds of women way more beautiful than I am. At least. I mean look at me. I'm an average height Italian woman in her twenties with a child on her hip. Then there's Ethan. A billionaire with an entire empire at the age of 21. He could have any girl he wanted. Model, heiress. You name it and he can get it. But here he is calling me beautiful.

I'm slowly starting to feel bad that Aiddan might legitimately be his. Maybe I should tell him soon.

But what if he hates me for keeping it from him?

What if he takes Aiddan away from me?

Silently I start panicking as these thoughts run through my head. As if sensing it Ethan turns his head towards me and frowns.

"What's wrong Silver?" He demanded as he stopped walking and turned towards me.

"I, uhh, I have to tell you something." I whispered as tears threatened to spill from my eyes.

"What?" he sounded scared as he watched my tears fall. In desperation he whipped them away and said, "It's okay. You don't have to cry. Please don't."

It was actually quite comical seeing him fumble around a crying woman. But that humor was canceled out by the panic slowly rising inside of me.

"I have to tell you about Aiddan's father." I stated willing myself to stop my tears from falling.

"Oh." he sounded relieved as he let out a sigh. That was until he saw my face again. "Don't worry. It's none of my business. If you don't want to tell me you don't have to."

"See. That's the problem. It is your business." I choked out looking into his confused eyes. "Not only did you give me a job. But you also helped me get through the news of Aiddan's cancer. Then you let us move in so I could keep my job and have help with Aiddan. And-"

I couldn't look him in the eyes while I told him the next words I said so I looked at the ground in shame as I forced myself to mutter, "Plus I think you might be his biological father."

"Say what?" he gasped in shock as he grabbed my hands.
