The steady beeping fills my ears as I awake from a drowsy sleep. I open my eyes to a dim room full of people. The person next to me has dark skin and brown hair like mine yet I have no idea who she is.

Two blonde people sitting next to each other are reading a magazine with puffy eyes.

"Who-" I try to say. I can't seem to get the words out right away. The woman next to me stirs and sits up.

"Fia?"

I try again to talk. "Where am I"

The blonde girl looks at me. "You're at the hospital Fia, don't worry you're safe."

"Who are you?"

Her face looks shocked. A tear slips from her eye.

"Honey do you know who I am?" Says the woman next to me. I shake my head. Tears slip from her eyes as well.

The blonde girl runs out of the room and the boy chases after her.

"Did I upset them?"
