Tate wiped the last coat of paint over what used to be a hole in the wall
It was about 11:03pm
He threw the brush into the bucket and went to have a shower
~few mins later~
He wrapped the towel around his waist and walked into his room shutting the door
He let the towel drop and pulled on some pants
"Tate?"
Violets tired voice questioned
He jumped suddenly "fuck, you scared the shit out of me"
She yawned, her eyes still shut
"Oh, sorry"
He smiled and went over to his small mattress on the floor
"Wait... Tate"
He turned around
"Ye?"
"Come sleep up here" she whispered
"Are you sure?" He questioned
She nodded as he pulled the blankets up, sliding under them next to Violets body
"Just don't tell"
"Okay" he whispered, turning over to get comfortable

A Primeval Future
Follow the story of a modern caveman as he learns to survive, thrive, and shape his nascent civilization in a world yet untouched by man. Expect a focus on the nitty-gritty of primitive living, especially early on. I plan for this to eventually progressing to the settlement management and politics stage as people gravitate towards the one guy who looks like he knows what he's doing, but this will likely take some time. Despite the occasional system elements, skilling and levels will not be a part of this story. No shortcuts. There will be violence and there will be sexuality but there will be no sexual violence. I hate reading that crap and I hate writing it even more. This is my first serious foray into writing. I plan to put out at least 1 chapter a week, more when I can. Through several centuries of selective breeding, these beings, known as mages, have become part of the very foundations of society. However, some refused to change or adapt. With magikind ruling the world, a three-way war grips society. In these uncertain times, a manush called Gin, will herald a new era for all Magikind.
