"Hello? Can anyone hear me? I'm on my way to Atlanta . Hello?" I said into my radio .

I got tired of not hearing any answers so I stopped trying . I shut off my radio . Gotta think positive for Carl...

"Hey Dale! Someone's on the radio! " I heard Amy shout .

"Hello!? Hello!? Are you there ? Hello?" Amy seemed like she really wanted to hear an answer .

"Damn things busted . Shane's the only one who can use it . But he ain't here . He and Lori went on another "run" for food ." Dale replied .

"What do you mean by "run" ? You said it funny ." I ask .

"Oh nothing hun, why don't ya go play, I think I might have a toy or two inside the RV . Where's Carl ? He ought to wanna play with ya ." Dale said .

"Well.....he's doing it again Dale...he does it all the time . " I tell him .

"Look , I'll help you find him and we can all play together . How does that sound ?" Amy said enthusiastically .

"Great! Lets go! We gotta find him!" I jump around happily .

"Carl! Carl where are you!?" Amy yelled .

"Come on Carl come out! You can't hide from us forever . Just come talk to us ." I say trying to look in the trees .

Someone grabs my arm and I scream . I turn around to see Carl .

"Shhhh. It's just me, Meghan calm down." Carl said apologetically .

"I thought you were a monster! Don't sneak up on me like that!" I yell angrily storming away towards the RV . "And I don't wanna play anymore!" I scream slamming the door .

"What happened to her ?" Dale asked .

"Carl scared her . Made her think he was a biter ." Amy explained .

"I didn't mean to..." Carl said sadly .

Just then Shane as Lori return .

"Shane ! There was someone on that piece of shit radio of yours . He's headed towards Atlanta . He's a goner..." She says sadly .

Shane walked towards the radio . "Hello ? Hello ? Is anyone there ? This is sherrif Shane Walsh ."

"Well whoever it is they're gone now..." Lori said .

"They wouldn't have been if you and Shane didn't take so long on your "runs" !" Amy yelled .

Lori looked shocked . "Hun , I'm sorry but you need to calm down." Lori replied .

"Gosh just screw you!" Amy yelled . She came into the RV slamming the door on the way in and say next to me .

I lay my head on her shoulder . She's one of my only best friends that's an adult . "Amy ? Why did this happen to us ? And why aren't the others back ?" I ask .

I listen to what Meghan asks me and I realize my sister still isn't here . I had my mind on other things but this is all I can think of now .

"I don't know sweetie . They'll be back . I know they will , Glenn will be back . " I tell her softly stroking her hair .

"Where's Daryl ? I need to talk to him ." She asks me .

"Probably out in the woods again . You know how he is ." I tell her jokingly . "You should wait till he gets back ."

"I will , thanks Amy ." She tells me giving me a big hug .

There's someone inside that tank . I think to myself . Who is that ? He seems pretty stupid to me . I grab my radio.

"Hey you there ? Hello?" I speak softly so the geeks don't hear me .

"Is someone there!? Hello!? What's going on!?" The man answers .

"Open the top of the tank , I'm right across the street . See me ?" I tell him .

"Yeah . I see you. " he says happily .

"Okay now look over there the direction I'm pointing . See that alley ? I'll meet you there . Those geeks seem pretty distracted by that horse ." I make a disgusted face .

He does as I tell him and I meet him in the alley .

"You know , you're pretty stupid . What's your name ? I'm Glenn." I say .

"I'm Rick , and I'm trying to find my wife and son . I'll do whatever it takes stupid or not ." He tells me .

Then we are off . Headed towards the building the others are in .
