An interviewer with a camera came over to you and your cousin.
"Y/n, who is this?" he asked.
"This is my older cousin. He's been overseas for the past several months, fighting for our country." you said, wiping your eyes.
Then, Wes came beside you.
"Hey y/n. We have to go into the theater." he said.
"Wes, can my cousin sit with us?" you asked.
"Oh, of course. Hi. I'm Wes, the director." he said to your cousin, offering his hand.
They shook hands and you both followed Wes. You guys walked into a movie theater. It was bigger than any other movie theater you've been in. The rest of the cast was standing by the first row of seats.
"Hey guys. This is my older cousin." you said.
They all shook hands and said thanks for his service. He met Thomas last.
"I hope you're taking good care of my little cousin?" he asked.
"Of course I am." Thomas said.
"Okay everyone, take your seats." Wes said.
You sat in between Thomas and your cousin. Thomas held your hand. A lot of fans started to come into the theater.
After everyone was in their seats, the lights started to deem. Your cousin quickly took out his phone and he took a selfie with you. The movie was starting with the 20th Century Fox intro.
"If you don't understand something, ask me." you whispered to him.
You turned to Thomas. He smiled and squeezed your hand. You did the same. The movie is starting. A smile came on your face as the beginning of the movie came on the screen.

Everyone looked and sounded like they were enjoying it so far. The only thing you didn't like was the Cranks. While making the movie, it didn't bother you, but seeing them onscreen scared you. Every time Newt came on the screen, you smiled at Thomas. It was at the part where they're at the top of a sand dune, looking at the mountains, then Winston collapses. You knew that your character's entrance is coming up soon.

The Gladers continued to track across the Scorch, but they had to stop to rest. Teresa goes up to Thomas, who's looking out at the mountains. She thinks that they should go back to the facility, but he doesn't think that's a good idea. When there's a few seconds of silence between the two of them, there's yelling off in the distance. It's time for Kelsey's entrance. You got so excited to see yourself on the screen.
Kelsey ran to Thomas and Teresa, and they bring her to the others. She sat down and drank some of her water. The others start asking her so many questions, until Newt stops them and asked for her name. After Kelsey says she escaped from the same facility and that she's been out in the Scorch for three days, a gunshot is fired and all focus is on Winston. A smile was on your face during that entire scene. You started to tear up when Kelsey said her first and last words to Winston.
After Frypan said: "I miss the Glade," it skipped over the scene where Newt talks with Kelsey.
You and Thomas looked at each other in shock.
"Wonder why they cut that?" Thomas whispered to you.
You shrugged your shoulders and went back to watching the movie.
~~~~~~~~~~
Soon enough, the movie ended. It ended with a cliffhanger. Obviously the fans didn't like that. You smiled when you saw your name in the credits.
Everyone left the premiere and went home.
Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
