《Ever Since New York》Chapter 5

I looked at Harry and then quickly went around the room, throwing his clothes at him as I find my panties and slip them on, looking for a pair of pajamas.
"Get dressed and stay up here." I demand, looking at him.
Harry nods and slips on his boxers as I slip on my big shirt and rush downstairs.
I make sure my hair is covering my neck, covered in hickeys and unlock the door, swinging it open.
Louis looked at me with wide eyes and a grin. "Well, good morning to you too." he says, chuckling.
I smile some and nod. "Well it was until you started pounding on my door." I tell him jokingly.
He smiles and bounces Freddie in his arms a bit. Louis was dressed in black skinny jeans and a red V-neck shirt.
Freddie was wearing a red onesie and little tiny converse.
I smile at him and then look over at Louis when he started talking again.
"I was hoping we could hang out together today. For a little bit, at least. 'Cause we didn't really hang out much yesterday and I'm really sorry about that." He tells me.
I purse my lips and lean out, kissing his cheek. "Don't be. But I uh- don't have any food. I was going to go shopping today." I lie, closing my eyes.
Louis nods and pats my back. "I'll go get some stuff and you get showered and dressed. You smell like booze." he says, chuckling.
I roll my eyes and watching walk away. "How are you not trashed?" I holler at him as he puts Freddie in his car seat.
Louis looks at me and laughs. "Maybe because I'm a man and you're a three year old."
I shake my head and shut the door, jumping when I see Harry in kitchen.

"What are you doing?" I ask, walking over to him.
Harry looks back at me, smiling some. "Well, I thought you'd be hungry. So I'm making omelets and there's some Asprin and water on the counter for you." he says.
I nod hesitantly and grab the pills and water. I take the meds and finish the small glass of water, putting it in the sink.
"Uhm, I'm gonna go shower and then come down. Louis and I are spending the day together, so you need to leave before he comes back..." I tell him.
Harry pauses, then nods and continues cooking.
I take one more glance at him before rushing upstairs in into my bathroom.
I start up the shower and take off the big shirt I threw on and my panties, brushing my hair out and getting in.
As I wash my body, my mind flashes back to the events of last night and all that happened.
Shaking my head, I continue washing up and then get out.
I grab my fluffy blue towel and wrap it around my body, drying up a bit as I walk into my room.
Tossing my towel in the hamper, I go to my dresser and pull out a pair of panties, tugging them on.
After putting on my bra, I take out a pair of high-waist shorts and a white crop top with my converse.
I apply some mascara and fix my hair up in a messy bun before making my way downstairs.
Harry is getting a plate at the small table I have and grabbing his own phone as he walks to the door.
I catch up to him and grab his arm. "Hey..Um. We can't like..ever, do this again. Okay? I can't hide things like this from my brother, Harry." I tell him.

Harry looks at me, his green eyes shining. "I get it. And yeah, I know he's probably gonna beat the shit out of me if he finds out." he says.
I nod and smile some, biting my lip.
"Don't do that, Birdie." he says, reaching up and brushing his thumb across my lips.
I swallow, looking at him as shivers run down my spine. I turn my head to the side and close my eyes.
Harry clears his throat and then nods, turning back towards the front door.
He walks out and I follow close behind. "Well, I guess I'll see you later or something." he says.
I nod and look at him, shutting the door. "Yeah, sure Jan." I tell him.
When the door is shut, I rush over to the window that looks out over my driveway and I watch as Harry pulls out his phone, probably calling an Uber.
I nod slowly and walk over to the table, sitting down and pulling out my own phone.
As I scroll through Instagram, I like a few of the boys pictures that they posted and eat my omelet.
I hear a knock on the door and then Louis walks in, carrying a few bags on groceries and Freddie.
"Heyo." I say, looking at him.
He smiles and places the bags on the counter, then hands Freddie to me.
I feed Freddie a little bit of my omelet as Louis puts the groceries away.
"So, what are your plans for today?" he asks, glancing over at me.
I shake my head and shrug, feeding Freddie a little bit more. "Not much. I have to work at 3, but I'll be off at 10. Maybe I can swing by and chill with you guys?" I ask.
Louis nods and smiles. "Yeah, that sounds good. We're probably just gonna be watching movies or something. I gotta take Freddie back tonight anyway." he says, coming over and sitting next to me.
I frown and look at my little nephew who has little bits of cheese hanging from his mouth. I stroke his cheek gently. "I don't want him to leave, Lou. We barely see him as it is." I tell him.
Louis nods, looking at Freddie with a sad glint in his eyes. "Yeah, I know. And it hurts every damn time I have to let him go. But I can't have him full time, you know? I have the band and my job." he tells me.
I shake my head and stand up as I quickly finish the meal Harry made me and put my plate in the sink.
"Your family should come first, Lou. He's your son. Fight for him." I say, looking over at him.
Louis nods and holds Freddie as he walks over to the couch where we spend the while watching movies and catching up but inside, my chest was burning with the fact that I was keeping what happened between Harry and I from him.
