《The 7d Ships》Shy Sneezes

It was a rainstormy day in Jollywood, Bashful looked out the window, it's pane filled with overflowing raindrops
He remembered a while ago.. He and Sneezy were sprinting to the cottage from the forest, trying to avoid the rain which already set itself on them, Sneezy entered inside shivering, he felt hot and catched a cold while Bashful was okay, he didn't catch a fever but he just shivered at the cold touch of the rain...
Currently, the rainstorm hadn't left yet, Bashful's thoughts were interrupted by a sound from the stove, the canned chicken soup which he heated on a stockpot was ready to be served, he wore kitchen mits and took the stockpot from the stove, he turned off the stove and pour some soup into a bowl, he poured a glass of water and placed both in a tray
To whom will he give it? No other than to Sneezy of course, he volunteered to take care of him because of two reasons: 1. He's his friend and 2. He dragged Sneezy to the forest in the first place.
He went upstairs and twisted the doorknob, opening the door a bit, just enough for him to see the whole room, he saw Sneezy blowing his nose on a tissue, then throwing it to a nearby trashcan filled with a mountain of used tissues, Bashful smiled and went inside to Sneezy's bed
"Hi Sneezy.." He greeted softly, Sneezy looked at him with a slight sick smile "Hey Bash!" He greeted back, Bashful placed the tray on a nearby table "So.. How're you feeling?" Bashful asked as he sat on the bottom part of the bed "I'm feeling alright... I still have a cold though.." Sneezy sat up and moved next to Bashful
"Sorry about that." Bashful guiltily apologized, Sneezy gave him a soothing look "Don't blame yourself for it.. It was the rainstorm's fault!" Sneezy chuckled a bit, Bashful gave him a shy smile "Anyways I uh.. brought you some chicken soup and a glass of water" Bashful said and pointed at the tray

Sneezy smiled at how caring his shy friend is "Thanks a lot Bash.. But you know you shouldn't have... You don't need to worry about me" Sneezy stared at the ground with a shy smile "But I insist! And you've done a lot for me already, Also, I would still do this for you since we're.. You know, friends!" Bashful insisted, Sneezy smiled at him "Heh.. I guess you're right.. Friends are meant to help each other" Sneezy chuckled and they both exchanged smiles
Suddenly.. making Bashful squeak in fright and hid behind Sneezy, Sneezy looked at his shy friend who was shaking, he snickered silently at how he looked cute with he's scared "It's alright Bash, The thunder's gone.." Sneezy comforted, Bashful slowly moved away with a slight blush
"I-I know that.." Bashful pouted at Sneezy laughed
and it shocked Bashful, he shrieked louder and hugged Sneezy, he cried in fear and shivered with clinging to his friend, a small pink blush dusted into Sneezy's face, he felt sorry for the shivering dwarf, the way how he looked frightened would make you cry, he patted his back to tell him that everything's okay
"Uhm... B-Bash?" Sneezy stuttered, Bashful instantly pulled away, a small blush surrounded his cheeks with embarrassment "I-I'm so sorry Sneezy.. I just get scared whenever there's thunder..." Bashful apologized "It's okay Bashful.. Your hug made me feel better and... You really look cute when you're scared..." Sneezy said and wore a full blush on his face
Bashful's blush grew and he looked at Sneezy "D-did you call me... C-cu-cute??" Bashful asked in shock, Sneezy mentally face palmed himself "I-i'm sorry B-Bash I--" Sneezy started to apologize but Bashful cutted him off "U-um... Thanks.." Bashful looked away and smiled shyly, Sneezy smiled a little and looked at Bashful
"N-no problem.." He chuckled

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14

The Card Thief of Culnivar
Deep with the cozy kingdom of Daeton, among the generation-old farmlands and villages, a young farmer’s daughter stumbles upon a dead man. His elaborate clothing has been torn to ribbons, yet his skin remains unblemished. His face is peaceful, and tucked into the hand lying across his chest can be seen a solitary playing card. He is a Ludum Haeres. The last remnant of a Summoner. Numbered among those few capable of changing their destinies. The unseen rulers of the world known as Vesperia, and one of the most powerful creatures in existence. The woman knows none of this. And so, she picks up the card... This is my third novel on Royal Road, the first being "Beyond the Horizon's Eye", and the second being "The Dawnfire Archives". This story is something of a test in a new genre, that of CardLIT. We'll see how well it succeeds as the story continues. It takes place in a different setting than my other tales, with an entirely new cast of characters. It does, however, contain several ties between the stories. Average post between 1000 - 3000 words.
