《I should care because?》Troubles

Last chapter was if Silence didn't reincarnate.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Silence waited for Keme to find her, exhaution had settled in after the adrenaline dispersed.

Of course, she moved away from the corpse, far far away.

Wait.....why the help was she waiting for him? To hell with it! She was tired, so very tired, too tired to think. Her magick was exhausted, she'll have to rely on the winds to wake her up. Like that, her mind started to drift away.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(Keme's POV)

From the moment I went under the trees, I immediantly teleported home. No one knew why, but it was near impossible to teleport when someone was looking at the vampire.

Perhaps it was the universe unwilling to share its secrets with the world (Author: You know, since teleporting will cause a rip in space and time).

"Ah, you're finally home," I heard mother say in a very serious tone. Gone was her usuall timidness, showing that this was an extremely important matter.

"The Queen is back?" I asked her, and we engaged in a small staring contest. Her yellow eyes stared back at mine as if asking, 'what do you think?"

"Yes and no," she said, "It's not our queen."

"The Demon queen then?" If it was, then this would be very problamatic. There was a reason why we were one of the last remaining vampires. It was the demon queen herself that wiped out all of their kind.

No one was able to defeat her and then she went into a deep sleep after her husband stabbed her in the back.

She was rather pitful if you looked at it that way. To say she deserved it, perhaps I would say so if I was part of this world originally. Should I say...I'm only here to make sure nothing happens to my fiancé.

"Don't worry," my mother said, her eyes turing bright blue as she relaxed.

I was surprised by her sudden change of attetude until I noticed the air was filled with the stench of blood.

"What will happen will happen," my father said as he walked into the dinning room.

He gave me a flask filled with red liquid and aid, "just calm down and all will be well."

I stayed quiet, it seemed that they were ready to die. I wonder, will I find them dead by tommorow?

They have often talked about reuiniting with their friends and family. and I knew I was the only thing that held them back.

Since the one they knew was long dead, it would indeed be very kind of me too let them go.
