《STRAWBERRY WINE -corpse husband-》RAFT (25)

After officially announcing their relationship, the internet was going insane. #Corpsesin was trending on twitter for three days straight. None of their friends could stream because all of the chat messages were about them.
Thankfully, neither one of them seemed to be getting too much hate. Not any more or less than they usually would receive.
But because of the big announcement, Corpse thought it would be best if he went back home for a few days. He hadn't gotten much work done when he was constantly moving back and forth and had a ton of major projects to finish up.
They talked as much as they could though, in the week Corpse stayed at home, still reeling at the fact that they were together in front of the whole world.
Madison got a lobby together to play RAFT, hoping to satisfy some of their friends cravings for a stream. Corpse wouldn't be playing with them at the beginning but agreed to join if he felt up to it.
She did a brief run down with her friends of what could and couldn't be talked about, mostly focusing on Corpse and his privacy, before they all started their streams.
Madison felt like it was her first time streaming all over again. She was anxious, hands shaking over her mouse. Not only that, but Corpse wasn't there to soothe her.
"Hello guys! It's been awhile," she greeted. She had reached nearly 123 thousand viewers. Her chat was scrolling quickly, her eyes unable to focus on one message at a time. "I'm sorry guys, but I have to turn on Member Only chat, there's way too many people in here..."
Thankfully her viewers didn't seem to mind, and they started the game where they had left off the last time. They had more people playing, which made it easier to build things but harder to communicate. Sykkuno helped them further the storyline throughout the game, reminding them not to meddle too much on one place.

Corpse's voice immediately made her smile, hearing him ask if they were still playing.
"Yeah, we are," Madison commented.
"Thanks, bub," Corpse said quietly. Madison couldn't hide her smile.
"Corpse, you're making my chat go nuts!" Rae said, laughing.
"Oh, sorry, it's instinct," he said calmly, but Madison could hear his embarrassment.
"No worries! I'd rather see that you treat her right than you guys fighting," Rae encouraged.
Madison kept building the third story of the their RAFT, listening to their friends explain what was going on to Corpse.
After they saved their progress, everyone seemed pretty tired of playing, many of them having complained of having a headache from playing so long. Madison ended her stream, feeling accomplished from the big step they had taken today. Now, life could go back to normal.
"Hello?"
"Sure, you got all your work done?"
"Celebrating?"
"Holy shit, baby, that's amazing!!'"
"Speaking of Christmas Eve..."
"Yeah, that's fine, Ill see you soon."
"I love you too."

Kill 10 Rats
You awake in the middle of an unfamiliar woods with nothing but a knife and a pair of pants. You have no idea where you are, how you got there, or even what your name is. Noob Slayer is an average college student, part time computer repair guy, and a full time gamer. He awakes to find himself in a world he does not understand. Follow him as he explores this new world, looks for answers, and tries to remember his name. Authors Note: This is a side-project I started after being widely stumped trying to write another book. It is my first attempt to actually post something I've written online, but don't be afraid to be brutal. Improving myself is why I wanted to write this in the first place. I know the VRMMO genera is a bit over-done but hopefully it has a few good stories left to tell. Warning: This is written in the first person. Will contain brutal fight-scenes, bad pop-culture references, a ton of MMO-tropes, and possibly some light sex if the MC doesn't screw it up too badly. Reinventing the Struggle
The (sort of) original working title for this was "Reincarnated into a neo-feudal world of mecha knights, I will reinvent the panzerkampfwagen and mess up the social political order!" or something along those lines. And honestly that's a good enough synopsis given the nature of isekai titles. This story is unapologetic trash but at least it's the least cringe stuff I have written so far, so here it goes.
