Terra X Reader
||prompt: during the final battle, you and Terra are sent to a room, made of gold and white marble, forced to dance until the battle is over.||
The final battle has begun, your friends and the heartless are fighting against each other to see who can win but the light will always win. You knew that Terra knew that, even while he's under Ansems control. You managed to fight your way to Ansem to get Terra back, but the man in charge of him wasn't having it. You slashed attacks at him, but Terra was forced to block your attacks, it got him hurt a few times but he quickly would heal up. Ansem smirked to himself and disappeared, Taking you and Terra with him.
You both ended up in a room made of Golden lining and white Marble, it almost seemed like a Greek God vibe, it truly was a beautiful sight.
you stood up and felt a bit of weight on your body, you looked down to see a puffy white and gold dress fall to the floor, you were dressed for the fanciest ball there was. You looked over at Terra to see him staring at you with shock. "what're you staring at?"
"Nothing- you just look... so amazing," He said with a red face, he wore an elegant white and gold tux.
"You don't look too bad yourself, sir Terra-" You said calmly before huffing and walking to one of the windows, opening it and looking out. It was one hell of a height and there was no way either of you was going to climb down, not in these form-fitting clothes. "We need to find a way out of here." You stepped back from the window and went to check on of the doors to the left of the window. You opened it to find a hallway "Let's go Terra. hopefully, this isn't a maze."
You and Terra walked down the hall for a few minutes, making a few turns as your only choice, soon ending up in the same room you two left from. There was another door on the other side of the room and you hoped that it wouldn't be the same thing. You had a plan if this door thing didn't work, find any form of cloth anywhere to make a rope down the tower. But even then, the tower seemed to be above the clouds and there was no real ground, for all you knew you could just be climbing down forever, or get stuck at the bottom and have no cloth left to go any further.

The door seemed to have led you both back to the same room. You huffed in frustration and sat on a red padded chair, crossing your arms and thinking.
But in the background, the faint sound of waltz music started playing "I see... Terra.. you know how to dance?" You asked standing up and walking over to him.
He raised a brow not understanding what your point was but he nodded to your question and stood up as well.
"Let's try dancing to the music? see if that does anything and if not then we're going to have to find some other ways to get out of this place" You spoke holding out your hand.
Terra took your hand and pulled you close, his hand on your waist while the other intertwined with yours, your hand rested on his shoulder and the other interlocked with his. You both moved around as if you weren't stuck in this situation. The music got louder but not too loud, the sound of glasses clinking together echoed in the back. But as you stared into his eyes, there was something in them, begging for help. It took you a while to catch on, but gently let him go, summoning your keyblade and pinning him to the wall. "Ansem you're not riddled, and I'm no fool, get out of Terra's body." You said harshly, waiting for Ansems evil laughter to erupt.
His laugh never showed up and he just smiled evilly "Terra isn't here, and you're not leaving this place until you give into the darkness."
"I would never submit to you. Where's the real Terra?!" You snapped at him and moving your keyblade closer to his throat.
"You always were such a feisty little one. Come now, if you turn yourself into the darkness, ill lead you right to Terra" Ansem spoke, revealing his normal self. The look of him made you want to defeat him right now, but you weren't going to take the chance if you wanted to keep Terra safe.
"Fine.. but if I do this, Terra will remain safe? we'll both be able to walk away from this war once it's over?no strings attached?" You asked putting your keyblade away, showing how trusting you were with this stupid deal.

"I promise on Kingdom Hearts, y/n."
You nodded and raised your hands in defence, letting the darkness flow into you and corrupt you.
Ansem opened a portal and let you walk in, he followed right after. You saw Terra fighting the last of the heartless bunch. Your hearts started to flutter and you ran up to him, wanting to hug him tightly but the puppet master had other plans, you took out your keyblade and stricken Terra down, you kept him pinned to the floor and looked around for a second.
The realm of darkness.. the last place you wanted to be with terra, but your powers would have a stronger effect. Terra caught you off guard and kicked you off of him, getting up and panting a little "y/n?how did you get here?"
You opened your mouth to speak but no words came out, you looked back for the portal you came through but it was gone.
"Y/n, talk to me- this isn't funny."
You sighed, sitting down on the dark sand. Your dress now a little dirty at the edges. "you know- when I thought we were gonna be together forever I didn't think we'd be together forever stuck in the realm of darkness."
"you made the deal... didn't you?" he asked sitting next to you.
"how did.-"
" I made the same deal. I wanted both of us to be safe together. where we don't have to fear of heartless attacking us every minute." He spoke calmly and looked into the distance.
" We have to find a way out... I'm not gonna sit here anymore, this place is creepy and this dress is heavy and I just want to help our friends defeat this old ragdoll" You sighed standing up and pacing back and forth. trying to connect your heart with mickey or Sora.
Sora was your lucky charm sometimes. he'd literally answer any message you sent him, no matter what it was about. You begged sora to help get you and Terra out, and so he did. it took him and mickey a long time to figure out how to get you two of the realm of darkness but they managed. They pulled you both out of the realm and handed you both healing potions to regain some form of strength for the final Xehanort fight.
~ The final Xehanort Fight~
It seemed to have taken forever to get this battle over with, Sora managed to get the Ultima keyblade, Eraqus showed up and Terra, Aqua and Ven had their moment. you stood back to admire the happy ending, no one seemed to notice your little escape back to that godly room.
You acted as if Terra was right in front of you and you both dance forever, a moment you thought was personally beautiful. The music played faintly while you spun around and smiled, you were so caught up in the moment you didn't realize the real Terra was dancing with you, taking hold of your waist and hand and pulling you closer than ever before.
This was the never-ending Waltz...
Something that couldn't be stopped...
Much like death.

Fortuna Verto
A girl’s luck changes when her world changes upon itself, sending her back and forth between a world she knows and another that shouldn’t even exist. Working with her parallel self from that other world, the two must adjust to their alternate form when visiting the other’s world, as they search for a way to escape the chains of misfortune they are bound to. While this story is the conclusion of the trilogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, as the world of Celese itself is no longer a place the characters will be journeying through. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for all previous books, in case that matters to anyone. This book has an additional chapter after the final chapter that represents the trilogy conclusion, and should not be read until all three books are read first. Fortuna Verto continues the events of Essentia Animus to advance society into a sci-fi interpretation of Celese, bringing events to a distant world of another star. At the same time, events interpret a real-world advancement into a similar sci-fi age of another planet that shares Earth’s galaxy, a planet that has also been linked by the Celesi Veil. English remains predominant in both worlds of the story, but the presence of both sides makes certain Aethyx terms stand out, while Earth-styled scientific terms will also stand in a powerful contrast. Instrumentation remains an important aspect of the Elemental Era, but the influence of the gift has grown distant after discovering the superiority of the elements. Harnessing the elements had eliminated some of the original limitations of instrumentation, allowing for a self-sustaining focal source that provides solutions to problems such as automation. This turns the development available from the previous modern-day sense of a fantasy to one that is deep-future. Finally, opening access to the passage across the veil will open this progress in comparison to a very similar deep-future parallel world without such fantasy elements, contrasting the laws of physics with the laws of elements in a convergence of time and space.
