《A Moth's Stories》A Druids Blessing
Advertisement

Watching from a distance is such a lonely thing. Being in place, trapped watching from far away. Its such a lonely existence. But one day it could change. What if perhaps, a young girl wandered near by and showed appreciation for your work despite not knowing you did it. So you approach them. They fear your sudden appearance, but you manage to assure her you mean her no harm. You start to talk about yourselves. You listen to stories from them, and they listen to yours.
Its so wonderful you chat until sunset, and they have to leave. But you ask for them to stay and chat. They say their parents and siblings would worry and promises to return to talk. So, with a hopeful reluctance, you see them off from your distant viewpoint.
A few days pass and you wonder if they tricked you and left you alone again before they are calling out to you. You rush over and find them next to a lake with a small bag of food which she offers you. You continue to chat and play throughout the day before the day starts to set once more. She once again must leave but once again promises to return which you happily await. A few days pass once more, and she calls out to meet. You show her your home although it isn’t much. A simple shack made from trees growing in a specific way which they find amazing much to your delight.
But sadly the day ends once more and she returns back the her family, leaving you from your view point which no longer feels so distant. A week passes before the girl returns and want to give you something. As you both return to your home, she gives you a small seedling which the girl had been growing with the hopes of gifting a beautiful flower but couldn’t wait to give it to you. She apologised for it not being grown but you show her your abilities. Within seconds the vibrant lavander bundle of petals blooms from a now large golden stem which amazes them. They wish they too could use the lay lines of this forest and world but they were not born gifted.

So, you plan. Weeks, months, and eventually even a year goes by with the girl, who slowly grows older, continues to visit on occasion. She always brings small gifts to a clearing you both enjoy, which are all planted and helped to flourish, creating the start of an orchard that even the animals love. You both make help create a small pond which fills with the rain. An old dying tree given new life which houses birds. And throughout all this time you help her create your gift to her.
Once a new spring rolls around, and after over a year of solid preparation, you decide to give her your gift. You have her stand in the centre of the clearing as you trace out the lines which connect the natural mana paths that are now fuelled by the various plants that she has brought over the past 1 and half years. Finally, you trigger the ritual, granting a druids blessing to the girl who had become your closest friend.
At first, your friend doesn’t know what happens till they are able to weild nature magic. After the initial shock of suddenly wielding a power she long believed incabled to her, the girl is astounded and brought to tears by your gift. And you let her embrace you. You spend some time teaching her the ways of your magic, and slowly but surely, another druid of your forest is born. The woman suddenly doesn’t return for several months, making you feel cheated and abandoned. So you wander your forest looking from your once again, distant view point. But from here you notice over the months, more trees appear in the distance, as a new forest grows. Eventually it reaches your home, and you are finally able to know where your closest friend was and what they were doing. They were creating a home for you both.

So with you friend, you travel to distant lands, moving your viewpoint from distant to as close as it can get.
And while this event might never happen to you. Well, it happened to me.
And it truly was a blessing from a druid. Just not the one I expected.

One Piece No Go No Ken
Work discontinued and ending. Other authors are free to message me if they want to take it A synopsis serves to attract attention without lying. This is useful because it gives a first impression of the novel, and immerse even before plunging into the story. Unfortunately, it does not count as one of my specialties. This fanfic is really peculiar and I think that few people will be able to appreciate it. So instead of trying to make you salivate, then have you disappointed, it would be better for you to make your own opinion, that is if you have time on your hands. If you do not like one piece or shounen animes, then you'd better turn back, as it would be a worthless read for you. If you've made it this far and have time to spare for yet one worthless attempt at making an original one-piece fanfic, then have a good read. N.B: I do not own one Piece or Fist of the north star, the image above, or any other anime/fictional character referenced in this fiction Please do not donate on this particular fanfic!

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.

For a Change - A Slice of Life LitRPG
Change is constant. Starting over without your own memories? Connected to some System AI? Probably a pretty big change. Join Monday March as she attempts to deal with these changes and many others in a fantasy future with magic, monsters, AIs, and dating. Notes / Expectations: - About the writing style - Almost always First Person past tense (aside from the prologue), Chapters are short by design. Also, I'm not rushing to the conclusion, it's there, I'm in no hurry. - Genres - Fantasy is the most obvious umbrella, Action, Comedy, Romance, Psychological and everything else that makes a character into a comprehensive person will likely crop up, but won't be the main focus, at least not for hundreds of pages - Tags - Dungeon, Gender Bender (closer to gender themes), Post Apocalyptic and a few others might be a valid fit, but anything that doesn't fit most chapters will be set aside tag wise for now. Possible updates in the future if needed. - Content Warnings - While I want to write this story as accessible and friendly, sometimes a narrative gets messy, and sometimes people are naked, or get hurt either physically or mentally. Best to be prepared. As for cussing, well, our main character will avoid it. - Initial posting schedule is once a week, updates to the schedule will be posted here or in chapter notes.
