“Hey look, its her.”

“What is she doing here.”

“I heard she’s a demon.”

“Really, I heard she was a pshyco.”

The people around me as I walked through the halls called with whispered tones. Some better, most worse. Wanting to just get to my next class, I opened a pink portal not visible to those I don’t wish, and walked through to my next class, sitting in the back corner, shunned by pretty much everyone.

They past month had been like this. All because I was braver then everyone else. During a lockdown that was tripped by magic use, we were all within our rooms, waiting out the events when suddenly, a large purple door appeared.

Everyone else panicked except for me and they fled the room. I stayed with a close friend and we investigated the door. After it seemed safe, I entered first. I remember there being a open plain dosed in a variety of sectioned colours. In a large circle, hundreds of doors appeared, each coloured to the area they appeared in. My friend entered behind and that’s the last thing I remembered. I awoke surrounded by trained mages and guards in the class room. I was curled around a pink hued metal orb which when the guards asked for, I gave knowing they would take it if I didn’t. But upon handing it over and stepping back, it turned into a stream of liquid metal and hit me.

I don’t know how long I was out but I awoke in a white bed in a plain white room with a mana lock on my arm which caused me to panic. With a flash of white from overloading the lock, a pink rectangle appeared at the end of the bed which I could see my room. My parents ran in to comfort me and after a while I calmed down. With that I started to play around and show off my abilities which my parents were sceptical about. I don’t know why though. This was amazing!

Eventually a scientist came in and tried to figure out stuff but it made me uncomfortable. So I just went home! The look on his face. I eventually went back to school after the director and the scientists deemed, I was safe to be around other people. But when I came back, I learned that my friend never came back. And rumours went around the school that my powers came from demons or something of the like. And, like that, I was outcast by most in the school. The small group of friends I had made acted like they didn’t know me. It was the start of arriving at this school all over again.

No friends. No one to back me up. No one to help me. It sucks. As class ended. I walked out after what I thought was everyone but I was grabbed by something and pulled back in. I turned to see the telekinetic mean girl Julien with her 5 ‘friends’.

“So its you that everyone talks about.” She said in a sickly sweet voice. “I’ve heard you have a rather, useful ability. And you are a bit lacking for friends. What you say you join my group?”

“No thanks but I will pass on your little, group.” As I start to leave before I’m suddenly held in place and forcefully turned to face them. “I said no.” I growl to the woman.

“I don’t think you understand.” One her group said back to me. “You don’t simply just say no to being in our little group.” She aggressively states as pale blue flames rise of her hair. She rose her hand to throw fire towards me before I’m suddenly alone in the room. I quickly leave through one of my portals to my next class. Both relieved and worried as to what just happened.
