《The Devil's Parcel》Chapter 4: Mistrust

"Ok, everyone, line up and get your weekly mission."
Every week at Greenville Academy, the students carry out a mission ranging from helping civilians to assassinations, and Lilith's group got the latter.
"Oh man, it's an assassination mission" Lilith felt sad because she hated taking people's life.
Benjamin took the mission paper and asked Lilith if she was going to Civilian assistant form. Lilith replied, "Alastor isn't going to come this time."
Leon looked at Lillith confused and asked the obvious, "Why?"
"I can't keep on relying on his help when it comes to assassinations."
Benjamin looks at the target then says, "Lilith, I don't think that we have a choice in this situation."
"Why?"
"Because the target is one of the chairmen of the neighboring country."
*Slam*
Lilith pushes The headmaster's office doors open
"WHY WOULD YOU WANT US TO ASSASSINATE A CHAIRMEN?!"
"Well, hello to you too, Lilith."
"Answer my question! Or else you will be dealing with Alastor."
"Well, you just answered your own question. You always bring Alastor on assassination missions, so you might as well take on someone with a high target on their head. Also, don't try to opt-out of the mission, or else you and your boyfriend will be dealing with the whole school."
Lilith slams her hand on his desk and says, "Fuck you!" before walking out of his office and slamming his door.
As the door slams shut, Alastor appears in front of the headmaster
Lilith can hear screams as she walks away, and she smiles. Lilith makes her way to the oak tree, where Alastor is with the others. "What took so long we have an Assassination to carry out."
After four days of traversing the land, they finally reach the border that leads into the neighboring land of Sol.
Out of breath, Lillia exclaims, "We finally made it to the border."

"We still have two days until we reach the border," Alastor said, which instantly shattered Lillia's hopes.
Lilith smacked his head. "Stop shattering her hopes."
"Hey, it's not my fault you guys wanted to walk."
"What do you mean not our fault?" Lillia was getting angry. "It is our only form of transportation!"
"I could've flown us there."
The entire group looks at Alastor.
Lilith looks down at Alastor and says, "You can fly?"
"Yes"
"Why didn't you tell us this sooner!"
"I just thought you wanted me to carry you on my back this whole time."
Lillia finally snapped, "Then just fly us there now."
"Cant"
"WHY NOT!"
"Sol has a no-fly zone through the whole nation, and any who break the law get shot down."
"So then why did you say you would fly us there."
"When I said there, I was referring to the border. Regardless there is a lake nearby where we can set up camp for the day; anyways, it's not like we have a time limit to carry out this assassination."
Lillia sighed and said, "Fine."
Ten minutes later, Alastor is in the lake taking a bath with Lilith
"Oh man, this is refreshing," Alastor said while enjoying the water
Lilith wasn't enjoying the water as much because she had to cover her chest so the other boys wouldn't see. Alastor noticing this releases his wings, protecting everyone's view of Lilith. His wingspan covered a good portion of the lake, so they had a lot of privacy.
Lilith looks at his wings and says, "Hey Alastor, arent those the wings of a dra-"
Lillia comes out of nowhere and jumps on Lillith. "I came over to make sure you guys weren't doing anything dirty."
Lillis also notices Alastors wings and says nervously, "Arent these dragon wings."
Alastor looks down only to see Lillia's chest. "Are you sure you want to be in here naked"

Lillia covers her chest in embarrassment, and Lillith reprimands him for looking at another girl's chest. Still, he assures her that Lillias is too small and that he only likes hers.
"Mine are still growing, you know" Lillia was fuming
Alastor pissed her off more with his answer, "Cool story didn't ask."
While Lillia was fuming, Lillith noticed that Alastor had removed everything except his bicep bands. "Hey, Alastor, why don't you remove your bands?"
"They were from my friend that isn't here anymore, so I vowed to never remove them."
"Oh. Who was he?"
Alastor gets flashbacks of Abel and everything they have been through and replies with "No one you need to trouble yourself with," and underneath his breath, he says, "Not yet, at least."
"Well, it's nice of you to always remember your friend."
The three finish their bath and go finish setting up camp. After setting up camp, Alastor goes into the woods and catches a big deer for dinner. While Alastor was away, the group discussed his wings.
"You guys saw his wings, right?" Benjamin stated
Leon stated in a shaky voice, "Yea, all of us saw them; they were dragon wings."
Lillia was the next one to speak up. "What race is Alastor from anyway."
Everyone looks at Lilith
"Why are you guys looking at me?"
Leon said in a matter-of-fact tone, "You are the only one to get close with him."
"Doesn't mean I know everything about him."
"If you guys really want to know, ill tell you" Everyone turns around and sees Alastor carrying a deer on his shoulder.
Benjamin spoke up, "If you don't mind telling us, that would be nice."
Alastor puts the deer down and tells them, "I am of dragonkin."
Everyone except for Lilith picks up their weapons and points them toward Alastor.
"You bastard" Benjamin yelled.
"Your kind slaughtered millions of innocent people," Lillia said aggressively.
"Your kind can go back to hell," Leon said
"Put those weapons down before you get hurt." flames erupt from Alastors hands.
Lilith was the next to speak up. "Can you all stop! Let's talk this out; we don't need senseless violence while we are on a mission."
Everyone puts down their weapons and sits down around the campfire.
Lillia asks the first question, "New dragons haven't been born in centuries, so how old are you? And isn't it wrong to be with a girl so young"
"It doesn't matter how old I am because Lilith is the oldest person in the country."
Lilith asks the following question "What do you mean by that."
"You are of catkin, and they live long lives and are said to be immortal. And you are the last surviving member of their race. They died out thousands of years ago."
"So you're saying I'm thousands of years old."
"Yes, the only problem is catkin take along time to mature. You, Lilith, are older than even your own father and Mistress Amaya."
Benjamin asked the following question "Why are you in the mortal plane."
"To carry out a mission."
"What type of mission?"
"It doesn't matter anymore because the mission was canceled, and as to why I'm still here, it's because the gates of hell are closed."
"What makes you think we can trust you?" Leon asked
"I'm not looking for trust. and the only reason I'm here right now is that Lilith is here" Alastor looks everyone in the eyes and says, "Do I make myself clear."
Everyone nods
"Then good we have nothing to worry about," and In a cheering voice, Alastor says, "Let's carry out this Assassination."
