Staring at the menu in front of him his mind went blank and then complete chaos In truth a rare option like this would generally be highly prized and the fact that it had a triple S rank quest attached was even more incredible but the requirements were also hard almost everyone would select a class before entering the game some would try out a few then select one. A number of people who would at the start of the game research to the point of having to translate a book at level 0 were almost nonexistent. The class was most likely something meant to be discovered by players after a few years of play. However thinking of the disadvantages it posed was terrifying if he was outed then the three groups that every player belonged to would come for him .
Not only that but there would be no one to receive training on being an adventurer, unlike other classes that had skill vendors and the like. Minimizing the screen he placed the book down with a sigh he left the library and went towards the guilds wandering around he eventually came to a street that was full of signs. The street was where any player could go and learn to fight in any field such as how to actually fist fight or wield a weapon properly amongst others. Any class could come to this street and learn the basics mages could come to learn staff martial arts for emergencies archers could learn daggers or light swords. However, a player wasn’t limited to learning what would be beneficial to their class a mage could if they so choose to learn to use the giant dragon swords but it would prove useless in the end.
However, a classless person could also benefit but if they had no idea what they wanted to do it could be a total waste of time plus there was the charge that each school required in order to enter. While the cost was small it would add up if you just ran around randomly. Thus most people would wait till they had a class then after select some additional training. As spencer entered the first door a group of large men was training seeing the no name no class Lvl 0 Spencer walk in they almost burst out laughing a couple of them couldn't help but snicker. Suddenly the master of the school noticed him and sighed walking towards spencer he could tell it was another one of the travelers people who had no talent but would quickly learn the moves no matter how sloppily they might use them how large the openings were and another one had come.

“Young nameless how may I help you today”
“This is the karate School right?”
“Yes it is but for one who has no class there is little point in teaching you”
“Does it really matter that I don’t have a class”
“To be honest no but I would rather not waste my time teaching someone who may or may not use it as well as you haven’t received the welcome gift from any of the guilds so I doubt you could afford it”
“Not that it matters but I can afford it but I doubt there is anyone here within 5 LVL's who could beat me I was going to Issue a challenge”
“You arrogant little… You have no experience no skill you have nothing within our school we do not permit the weak this would include you”
Spencer stared at the headmaster coldly like a tundra
“There are two moronic statements in what you said do you want me to use small words so you won’t hurt yourself”
“You little ba..”
“Firstly you should know I'm a traveler while my stats stay the same my skills are set to zero for all you know I may be the ultimate fighter there secondly do you really have no Idea why martial arts were even created?”
“...Th..”
“They were made so that the weak could rise against the strong using your hands and farm tools because you can't afford a sword becoming adept at reading the opponent because you can't afford armor or the kind you can afford are little better than paper in front of powerful weapons”
The headmaster's eyes had a hint of rage before having to give in what the kid said on both points was true but he couldn’t allow this brat to mock him in front of his students.
“Young Nameless you have given me much to think about however your request is impossible as in order to become a full-time student one must be LVL 7”

“That's fine”
“R… Really?”
“Yeah as long as it’s just hand to hand with nothing else”
“Alright then Dave come and fight this young man”
A large man of around 2 m (6 ft.6ish) looking more like a golem then a man walked forward and stood to one side of the ring spencer stepped on at the other end
“Are you both ready”
Both spencer and the golem faced man nodded
“BEgin”
The two men moved towards each other slowly the Golem face moving in a traditional stance inching forward and spencer moving with one hand in his pocket the other behind his head eventually the two were an arms length apart Dave stared at the kid in front of him so arrogant as to not even put up a guard with a swing of his right fist the kid had vanished and before he could even put up a guard a heel kick had arrived at his temple knocking him out.
What everyone besides dave saw was Spencer sway to his left then in one motion spin till his back was against Dave’s arm while motioning for a heel kick. Dave’s punch had been countered with a spinning heel kick to the temple. The students were shocked the headmaster even more so even for people who specialize in the class defeating someone a couple LvL's below is incredibly hard let alone above you and to not be specialized in it impossible but it had happened a critical hit using the opponent's strength against them. Walking back to his corner with a yawn
“So am I a member or not.”
With a flick of his wrist, the headmaster threw a small bronze pin to spencer
“That Pin confirms that you are an official member of the karate school be it a beginning member. The pin will transform to indicate your level of mastery”
“Do I have to spar to increase my mastery?”
“Yes and no, half of the mastery comes from practice the other half is used in combat whether it’s sparring or for real”
“Alright I’ll see you then”
With a flash, a screen popped up
